Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk Menganalisis Dampak Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Energi Metal Indonesia lepo-lepo. Untuk Mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan data kuantitatif Teknik pengumpulan data dengan Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi Pustaka. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan uji Hipotesis yaitu uji t Parsial serta menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan PT. Metal Indonesia Kelurahan Lepo-Lepo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus atau sampel jenuh adalah jika semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel yaitu dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh secara positiv dan signifikan antara pengawasan kerja terhadap kinerja pada PT. Energi metal Indonesia lepo-lepo dengan nilai t hitung 5,673 > t tabel 1,66159 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 ≤ 0,05, Sehingga hipotesis yang di ajukan dapat di terima. Berdasarkan hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa pengawasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Energi Metal Indonesia Lepo-lepo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect partially and simultaneously of the brand image consisting of corporate image, product image, and user image on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Motorcycles in Morowali Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study using 120 respondents who were taken by accidental sampling technique. The data collection used a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regressionThe results of the study found that (1) there was a partially positive and significant influence of corporate image on purchasing decisions, (2) there was a partially positive and significant effect of product image on purchasing decisions, (3) there was a partial positive and significant effect of user image on the decision. purchase, (4) there is a positive and significant effect of corporate image, product image, and user image simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Motorbikes in Morowali Regency.

Abstract

The development of technology in the modern era, especially information technology, makes people easily find information very quickly, both containing positive and negative elements. With internet access within the household, it is definitely very supportive of work to access information, one solution to overcome this is by subscribing to internet without a quota as the primary connection and mobile internet as a secondary connection. This study aims to 1) determine the influence of consumers in deciding to use Indihome services in Kendari City, and 2) determine the variables that have a dominant influence on consumer decisions in deciding to use Indihome services in Kendari City. The research method used is field research (field studies). The sample in this study was taken using the Judgment sampling method and the determination of the number of samples using the population proportion estimation method and the convident level used was 95% so that the number of samples was 100 people. Statistical test using multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results showed that 1) partially the product quality variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Indihome products (Y); 2) the price variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Indihome products (Y); 3) the distribution variable does not have a significant influence on the decision to use Indihome products (Y); 4) the promotion variable does not have a significant influence on the decision to use Indihome products (Y); 5) based on the results of the simultaneous test analysis (F test) it is known that the consumer behavior variables consisting of, product quality (X1), price (X2), distribution (X3), and promotion (X4) together (simultaneously) have an effect on on the decision to use Indihome products in Kendari City (Y); and 6. the product quality variable is the variable that has the strongest influence on the decision to use Indihome PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk. Kendari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal's leadership on teacher work discipline at SMA Negeri 3 Konawe Selatan. The sample in this study were 60 respondents who were all teachers at SMA Negeri 3 Konawe Selatan. This study uses simple regression analysis as an analytical tool. The results of this study found that the principal's leadership had a positive and significant effect on teacher work discipline with a value of 40.6%.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa semakin berkualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, maka akan semakin meningkatkan minat nasabah pula. Pemilihan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas menjadi salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan. Apabila sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan mempunyai tingkat produktivitas yang rendah, maka akan menurunkan kinerja sumber daya manusia itu sendiri. Maka dari itu, untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, diperlukan suatu proses pengembangan. Demikian halnya seperti yang terjadi di salah satu Bank Sultra. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang telah di lakukan oleh peneliti mendapatkan bahwa dalam melakukan proses pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan baik, antara lain seperti pelatihan, seminar internal, rotasi pekerjaan dan lain sebagainya, guna meningkatkan mutu pelayanan terhadap nasabah karena dapat berdampak pada produktivitas karyawan sehingga bank mampu memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi nasabah.

Abstract

Analisis Dampak Pendapatan Asli Daerah Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Pemerintah Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terhadap kinerja keuangan pada Pemerintah Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif statistik. Sumber data adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan model regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 26 For Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah mempunyai dampak positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil Uji t pada penelitian ini dampak PAD terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0.05.
