Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of the ability of research and development (R&D) and human capital on the innovation’s ability in Furniture Business in Morowali. This is quantitative research and the sampling technique applied in this study is purposive sampling with number of sample are 60 respondents with consideration based on the characteristics of respondents namely a minimum operational experience of 1 year and representation of each district. The results of this study indicate that the ability of Research and Development (R&D) and Human Capital Simultaneously and Partially significantly influences the innovation’s ability in Furniture Business in Morowali.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of subjective well-being and psychological capital on the performance of the Morowali Government employees. The type of research used is quantitative and the sampling technique used in this study is proportional random sampling with a total sample of 120 respondents. The results of this study found that subjective well-being and psychological capital simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on the performance of the Morowali Government employees. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan 39 sampel (responden). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian adalah persamaan regresi linear sederhana yaitu Y = 35,229 + 0,163x dan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,22 serta koefisien determinasi r² sebesar 0,050 atau 5%. Setelah melakukan perhitungan uji-t didapatkan hasil t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel atau 1,397 < 2,02619 maka Ha ditolak dan menerima H0 dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diketahui maka disimpulkan tidak ada pengaruh kemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai..Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Pegawai.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance. This study used 39 samples (respondents). In this study using primary data and secondary data. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The results obtained in the study are simple linear regression equations, namely Y = 35.229 + 0.163x and the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.22 and the coefficient of determination r² is 0.050 or 5%. After calculating the t-test, the results of the t-count are greater than t-table or 1.397 < 2.02619, then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted, thus the proposed hypothesis is rejected. Based on the research results that have been known, it can be concluded that there is no influence of leadership on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial dari kecerdasan spritual dan iklim spritual kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP. Morowali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh atau sensus dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan spritual  dan iklim spritual kerja secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP. Morowali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan unsur-unsur modal intelektual terhadap organizational learning dan kinerja pengembangan produk baru pada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Kota Kendari Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Hubungan antar variabel diperiksa dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan software smartPLS 4. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tekhnik purposive sampling. Kuesioner didistribusikan pada 100 responden dan dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa unsur-unsur modal intelektual mempengaruhi kinerja pengembangan produk baru secara berbeda melalui organizational learning. Dimana organizational learning memediasi pengaruh modal manusia dan modal struktural terhadap kinerja pengembangan produk baru. Namun berbeda dengan modal relasional, terdapat pengaruh langsung modal relasional terhadap kinerja pengembangan produk baru pada usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) Kota Kendari Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview and analysis of segmentation of data users and their level of satisfaction as well as recommendations on the types and quality of data and statistical information, service variables that need to be improved, anti-corruption behavior that need to be improved, as well as follow-up actions on research results. The scientific approach used is quantitative research and qualitative research with the method of index analysis, percentage, and gap analysis. Respondents in this study were BPS data users during the past 1 (one) year as many as 40 respondents with representation from government agencies, private sector, educational institutions, and others. Preferred data collection through face-to-face interviews or direct visits using a questionnaire. The results of the study found that in general consumers or customers of BPS Morowali were already in a condition that was satisfied with the service, and the quality of data and anti-corruption behavior in the BPS Morowali environment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek human capital yang terdiri dari owner human capital dan employee human capital terhadap kinerja bisnis usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Kota Palu Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Hubungan antar variabel diperiksa dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tekhnik purposive sampling. Kuesioner didistribusikan pada 50 responden dan dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pertama, human capital yang terdiri dari owner human capital dan employee human capital secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Kedua, owner human capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Ketiga, employee human capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Kota Palu. Hasil studi ini memiliki implikasi praktis bagi pemilik bisnis dan profesional di bidang kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of transformational leadership on human resource performance through organizational climate and organizational commitment in the Morowali Regency Government, using a sample of 77 respondents and data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The findings of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational climate and organizational commitment and that organizational climate has a significant influence on employee performance. At the same time, organizational commitment had no significant effect on employee performance in the Morowali Regency Government.

Abstract

This study examines the strategy for improving Village-Owned Enterprises in Sigi Regency. This research aims to develop strategies through institutional transformation towards digitalization. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which aims to explore information by investigating events on the object of research through observation, interviews, and focus group discussions. The results show that out of 153 Village-Owned Enterprises in Sigi Regency, only 17 are productive out of 77 that are still active, so there is a need to increase human resource capacity and develop digital infrastructure through multi-party collaboration. The Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach has an impact on the development of Village-Owned Enterprises.
