Abstract

Pernikahan usia dini adalah perkawinan yang dilakukan oleh pasangan atau salah satu pasangan yang masih dikategorikan sebagai anak-anak yang berusia di bawah umur 19 tahun di mana ketentuan tersebut diatur dalam Undang Undang no.16 tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan atas Undang Undang No.1 tahun 1974 tentang perkawinan. Gejala ini telah menjadi isu nasional di mana Sulawesi Selatan menempati urutan ke 14 sebagai Provinsi dengan Pernikah Usia Dini tertinggi di Indonesia. Untuk Kabupaten penyumbang angka Pernikahan Usia Dini di Sulawesi Selatan yaitu Kabupaten Wajo yakni 24,04 persen di mana angka tersebut mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yakni (1) Faktor Budaya (2) Faktor Ekonomi (3) Pendidikan yang rendah (4) Masalah Remaja (5) Globalsasi (6) Celah Regulasi (7) Kesehatan Reproduksi. Mengingat besarnya risiko yang ditimbulkan oleh Pernikahan Usia Dini yaitu meningkatkan risiko kematian ibu dan bayi saat proses melahirkan. Berdasarkan hasil pendataan yang didapat di Lingkungan Labaje Kelurahan Limpomajang tingkat pernikahan dini mencapai 80 persen, perempuan 60 persen sedangkan laki-laki 20 persen begitu juga dengan perceraian yang mencapai 40 persen.

Abstract

Exploring the inhibiting factors in the intelligence role of the Wajo District Attorney's Office is the purpose of this research. In general, the literature method and the method of direct interviews and field observations for in-depth exploration of data and information. Then, the resulting data will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. This study found that the inhibiting factors of Wajo District Attorney's intelligence in carrying out its role are the existence of organizations or individuals related to cases that are not cooperative in providing information, poor governance systems, ineffective work methods, and problems and obstacles faced by witnesses in providing information or information required by investigators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Wajo Regency Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2018 Concerning Parking Implementation and the efforts made by the Wajo Regency Transportation Agency. The study was conducted at the Wajo Regency Transportation Agency. In this study, the author used a qualitative analysis method. From the results of this study, to deal with parking problems, there are several efforts made by the Wajo Regency Transportation Agency, namely coaching efforts and supervision efforts. Based on the data and facts that the author has obtained, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the effectiveness of Wajo Regency Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2018 Concerning Parking Implementation are organizational effectiveness factors consisting of 1) clear objectives, 2) organizational structure, 3) community support and participation, 4) adopted value system. Second, the parking attendant work effectiveness factor which includes 1) motivation, 2) work environment, 3) parking attendant characteristics.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the right to vote for people with disabilities in the 2024 general election based on Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections. The data collection method used was primary legal materials with interviews and secondary legal materials, namely other legal literature and official archives. The results of this study indicate that the factors that hinder the implementation of the right to vote for people with disabilities in Bola Village, Bola District, Wajo Regency are 1) there is still data that is not synchronized and concrete between the Wajo Regency KPU and the Wajo Regency Social Service regarding data on people with disabilities in Wajo Regency, 2) Socialization related to elections for people with disabilities is not evenly distributed, 3) PPS still does not understand the provision of assistance services to people with disabilities, so they are considered less friendly by voters with disabilities, 4) There are still people who are less able to accept differences and have not been able to act inclusively towards people with disabilities, 5) Rejection of families of people with disabilities who do not want to be registered

Abstract

This community service research aims to provide a tangible contribution to the community through a legal outreach program for the people of Wewangrewu Village, Wajo Regency. The main material for this civil law outreach program concerns land disputes and inheritance rights, considering the community's still low understanding of the legal aspects governing land ownership and inheritance. The implementation method for this activity includes interactive lectures, open discussions, and question and answer sessions with residents and village officials. The results of this activity indicate an increase in the community's legal understanding after the outreach program. Residents became more aware of the importance of legal documents such as land certificates and inheritance deeds, as well as procedures for resolving disputes through mediation or legal channels. This program is expected to be the first step in building legal awareness in the village community in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause errors in land boundary measurements during the land registration process in Wajo Regency and to determine legal remedies for errors in land boundary measurements during the land registration process at the National Land Office of Wajo Regency. This study was conducted at the National Land Agency (BPN) of Wajo Regency using an empirical research approach with data collection through interviews so that the data obtained were analyzed comparatively and presented descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the main factors causing errors in land measurement occur due to the absence of land owners and bordering parties during the measurement, the lack of installation and maintenance of boundary markers, technical errors by surveyors, limited human resources and technology, and inefficient administrative procedures. Community unpreparedness and lack of education also exacerbate this situation. To overcome this problem, a comprehensive approach is needed through improving the service system, increasing technical capacity, and empowering communities to maintain and understand the boundaries of their land rights. Meanwhile, legal resolution efforts for errors in land boundary measurements during the land registration process at the National Land Agency Office in Wajo Regency can be carried out by referring to the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA) and Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997, Regulation of the Head of the National Land Agency Number 3 of 2011, and other related regulations. Handling land ownership disputes due to errors in boundary determination, one of which is through the courts by revoking land certificates that are proven to have legal administrative defects. This revocation must be based on definite evidence. In addition to going through the courts, in resolving disputes, the applicant and related parties can be involved in finding a joint solution
