Abstract

This paper aims to determine whether there is any significant partial and simultaneous influence of CAR, FDR, NPF and BOPO ratios on ROA profitability at PT Bank NTB Syariah in 2020-2022. The sample used was 12 PT Bank NTB Syariah interim financial reports obtained through purposive sampling method. The method employed is a desk research analysis of the financial statements of PT Bank NTB Syariah. This research data is the secondary data of quarterly financial statements (Q1-Q4) during the 2020-2022 time period which is analyzed using hypothesis testing, namely Simple Linear Regression Analysis Partial t-test and Simultaneous F-test Multiple Regression Analysis. The most important result of this research is that there is no significant influence on CAR, FDR and BOPO on the ROA of NTB Syariah Bank. While NPF has a significant effect with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.028. Therefore, through the simultaneous F test, all financial ratios CAR, FDR, NPF, BOPO have a significant effect on the ROA of Bank NTB Syariah with an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.037. From the results of the ratio scores, it is known that the ROA of Bank NTB Syariah has a very healthy rating

Abstract

This research is motivated by the growth of ASN financing which is getting better from year to year amid banking competition in NTB requires Bank NTB Syariah to maintain growth and become the market leader in ASN financing. This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy at PT Bank NTB Syariah Sriwijaya Branch in increasing ASN financing and the factors that influence the increase in the number of customers in the financing. This is a descriptive qualitative research, with primary and secondary data sources. Secondary data is obtained from literature in the form of books, scientific papers, financial reports and other information. The data collection technique uses snowball sampling.The results of this study shows that the ASN consumer financing business has grown significantly, known from the increase in the number of customers and financing of Bank NTB Syariah Sriwijaya Branch. This is inseparable from the marketing strategy carried out by referring to the elements in the marketing mix, namely product, pricing, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. There are several factors that influence it, such as cooperation between the bank and related agencies, services provided, marketing strategies that are in accordance with customer needs and desires, customer satisfaction with the features provided, and Word of Mouth

Abstract

An organization that serves as a strategic partner for MSMEs in their endeavors to enhance economic welfare and promote sustainable company growth is required in order to boost MSMEs' revenue and get beyond a number of challenges (barriers) encountered in the industry. The challenge of funding Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Businesses supported by the West Nusa Tenggara Zakat Institution is what spurred this study. The quality of human resources is actually poor, and a lack of business acumen and proficiency with digital marketing technologies leads to lower productivity. The study's goal was to ascertain if the income of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (Y) supported by the West Nusa Tenggara Zakat Institution might be impacted by business capital assistance (X1), mentoring (X2), and the use of digital marketing (X3). Association for Zakat in West Nusa Tenggara. This research is a quantitative survey quantitative. 60 respondents made up the whole sample, which was selected using the Cluster Area Sampling approach. sampling of an area. The Slovin formula is used by the author to determine the number of samples with a big population. Interviews with several micro, small, and medium company players reinforce the data gathered via survey distribution and analysis using SPSS software version 25. The study's findings show that the West Nusa Tenggara Zakat Dasi Institution's support of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises is significantly impacted by mentorship, business capital assistance, and the use of digital marketing. While the revenue of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises is not significantly affected by the usage of digital marketing, these firms do benefit from business capital support and coaching. As a result, H3 is rejected while H1, H2, and H4 are allowed.

Abstract

As part of their product marketing strategy, MSMEs receive digital marketing training aimed at expanding market reach and increasing consumer interest in the goods supplied. The limited reach of SME marketing, which needs a broader reach in orders for its products to reach customers, is what drives this study. Training, mentorship, and the use of media, including digital marketing, are therefore required. This study sought to ascertain if digital marketing (X3), mentorship (X2), and training (X1) may impact the growth of small, medium, and very small enterprises (Y) selling halal food goods in Selaparang District, Mataram City. 600 persons make up the population of this quantitative study, and 240 respondents from small, medium, and micro companies that provide halal food goods in Selaparang District, Mataram City, were chosen as samples using the Slovin method. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 25 was used to process the questionnaires that were sent and interview the respondents in order to collect data. The study's findings show that UMKM and UMKM in Selaparang District, Mataram City, significantly impact the growth of halal food items through training, mentorship, and digital marketing, indicating that H4 is acceptable. H1 is rejected because training has a negligible and minor impact on MSMEs' growth, but H2 and H3 are accepted because digital marketing's development and application have a substantial impact on MSMEs' development.

Abstract

The economic development of Islamic boarding schools through business units is an additional activity besides teaching and learning to support the operational costs of Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of this research is to find out the economic management development model of PPSM Tohir Yasin and its implications for the boarding school, alumni, administrators and the surrounding community. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, to get significant results, the interview process involves the board of CV. Tohir Yasin consists of the Director, Brand Manager and Employees of the business units. The results of this study explain that there are two economic management development models used, namely First, the holding model is a management system that combines all business units into one to facilitate the acceleration of business achievements, financial administration using the digital-based SIDIK (Collective Digital Information System) application system, vision and mission of building a cottage. The two service models are systems that are accepted to empower alumni in managing existing business units such as the business unit sector, agriculture, plantations, fisheries, animal husbandry, health, services without being paid but given honorarium from business income. Then the implication of the development of business units on the boarding school is that the alumnus is not a member of the boarding school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kinerja karyawan lulusan non-perbankan syariah di Bank BPD DIY Syariah serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam bekerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, yang mana dalam penelitian kualitatif instrument utama adalah penelitian itu sendiri. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi pada karyawan di Bank BPD DIY Syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja dari lulusan perbankan syariah dan lulusan non-perbankan syariah. Tingkat kinerja mereka diukur dari cepat tanggapnya dalam memahami pelatihan kayawan yang meliputi pemahaman aspek hukum, akad-akad syariah, jasa perbankan, produk bank syariah serta kualitas pelayanan karyawan kepada nasabah Bank BPD DIY Syariah. Kendala yang dialami oleh karyawan bank BPD DIY Syariah yang berlatar belakang non-perbankan syariah meliputi kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai jenis akad, sistem operasional, bentuk layanan jasa perbankan syariah, hingga produk-produk bank syariah itu sendiri
