Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dirasakan sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa Setanggor, khususnya bagi mereka yang berasal dari keluarga TKI. Di mana kegiatan ini telah menumbuhkan semangat baru dalam belajar dan bekerja, serta yang terpenting adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan dan wawasan baru dalam hal pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Dengan adanya pembinaan semacam ini masyarakat menyadari bahwa betapa pentingnya mengetahui khususnya cara pengelolaan uang kiriman serta pengelolaan keuangan keluarga pada umumnya. Selain itu peserta di harapkan mampu merencanakan keuangannya dengan lebih baik dan terarah, setelah diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini disarankan agar para peserta keluarga TKI ini dapat mengaplikasikan ilmunya dalam melakukan pengelolaan uang kiriman dalam kehidupa mereka sehari-hari.Â Di samping itu di sarankan juga agar mereka membagi ilmunya kepada masyarakatÂ lainnya yang tidak dapat mengikuti pelatihan ini

Garap is a ritual that is believed by the Sasak Islamic community in the southern part of Lombok as an alternative to the settlement of the crime of theft. This ritual is carried out since the death of the Nyatok Guardian. This research aims to describe the meaning of garap for the Sasak Islamic community, the reason the garap tradition is able to become the main mechanism for resolving criminal acts, explain the position of garap as the settlement of criminal acts informal law and describe the relationship between adat and Islam in the Garap process. The method used is descriptive qualitative research using a legal anthropological approach. Data mining using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the garap ritual has a very important meaning, in terms of function, it is not only used as a mechanism for resolving cases of theft an sich, but also as a guardian of a village community order. Work on as an alternative to resolving disputes over its position via vis with state law. The thick culture and the strength of the community in holding religious teachings make the garap ritual inseparable from the influence of religion (belief) so that the relationship of religious customs can be seen from the process of working on rituals such as reading the holy verses of the Qur'an in the process of the cultivation path.

Copyright Protection of Indonesian Indigenous Peoples in the form of Traditional Knowledge (TK) &Traditional Cultural Expression (TCE) currently does not meet the sense of justice. The state is obliged to provide comprehensive protections capable of guarding the rights of Indigenous peoples under an adequate legal umbrella. Because the existence of Indigenous peoples, along with copyrights in the form of TK & TCE is part of the wealth and identity of the nation, this research focuses on how the view of Islamic law (Legal Opinion of Indonesian Ulama Council No.1 of 2003 concerning Copyright and Legal Opinion Of Indonesian Ulama Council No.1 of 2005 concerning Intelectual Property Right) with the maqasid al Shariâ€™ah approach in protecting the rights of indigenous peoples. Islamic law is one of the secondary legal materials in determining state law and is expected to strengthen in providing solutions to this problem. The research method is normative with a concept and case approach to conclude that Islamic law (legal Opinion Of Indonesian Ulama Council) with the Maqasid al Shariâ€™ah approach in protecting Traditional Knowledge (TK) &Traditional Cultural Expression (TCE) is a must. This is based on an obligation order covering several matters, including; the protection of life and hifzul nafsi/hifzul â€˜irdhi, protection of reason (hifzul aqli), and protection of property (hifzul maal).

This paper aims to determine whether there is any significant partial and simultaneous influence of CAR, FDR, NPF and BOPO ratios on ROA profitability at PT Bank NTB Syariah in 2020-2022. The sample used was 12 PT Bank NTB Syariah interim financial reports obtained through purposive sampling method. The method employed is a desk research analysis of the financial statements of PT Bank NTB Syariah. This research data is the secondary data of quarterly financial statements (Q1-Q4) during the 2020-2022 time period which is analyzed using hypothesis testing, namely Simple Linear Regression Analysis Partial t-test and Simultaneous F-test Multiple Regression Analysis. The most important result of this research is that there is no significant influence on CAR, FDR and BOPO on the ROA of NTB Syariah Bank. While NPF has a significant effect with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.028. Therefore, through the simultaneous F test, all financial ratios CAR, FDR, NPF, BOPO have a significant effect on the ROA of Bank NTB Syariah with an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.037. From the results of the ratio scores, it is known that the ROA of Bank NTB Syariah has a very healthy rating

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Sharia Cooperatives in North Lombok Regency. The research method used is qualitative research. The research data is described or explained in the form of descriptions according to the actual situation. There are two sources of data in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Sharia Cooperatives in North Lombok Regency is carried out by referring to the management function itself which includes planning, organizing, actuating and controlling which are carried out effectively and efficiently. In addition, the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) (society), respect for people, management based on facts and continuous or ongoing improvement and implementing standard operating procedures in cooperative management.

This article aims to comprehensively examine polygamy from various perspectives, with a particular focus on the legal protection afforded to second wives within polygamous practices in Indonesia. It explores the complex dynamics experienced by women who occupy the position of a second wife, including their roles, rights, and social perceptions. Furthermore, this study seeks to deconstruct the existence and identity of women in polygamous marriages by critically assessing the challenges they face and the efforts made to safeguard their legal and social well-being. Employing a qualitative research approach, this study utilizes Simone de Beauvoir’s existentialist feminism theory as an analytical framework to understand how women’s roles in polygamy are constructed and contested within patriarchal legal and social systems. The findings reveal that, although polygamy is permitted under Indonesian law, its practical implementation often leads to various injustices, particularly in the form of legal uncertainty and limited protection for second wives. These women frequently encounter stereotyping, social stigma, discrimination, and even the threat of criminal consequences when the polygamous marriage is carried out without the consent of the first wife. This article advocates for the reconstruction of the identity and social role of second wives, emphasizing the need for comprehensive legal reforms, increased public awareness, and the promotion of marriage registration to ensure the fulfillment of women’s rights and the creation of a more equitable marital framework in polygamous settings.

This study explores the implementation of Islamic economic concepts in community empowerment at DWH Bilebante. Through a qualitative approach, the research identifies that DWH Bilebante integrates values such as divinity, prophethood, governance, justice, and accountability in their efforts to enhance economic and social well-being of the community. These concepts not only emphasize fairness in the distribution of resources and opportunities but also promote honesty, transparency, and responsibility in economic activities. The study demonstrates that this approach successfully creates a balanced environment between material gain and spiritual well-being, fostering economically and socially resilient communities.

Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), as traditional centers of Islamic education, are increasingly confronted with the challenges posed by modernization, particularly in the domain of financial technology. In response, PPSM Thohir Yasin implemented an electronic payment system utilizing smart card technology through its affiliated business unit, Thohir Yasin Mart. This study aimed to examine the influence of electronic payment, lifestyle, and financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) students at PPSM Thohir Yasin. Employing a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional survey method, data were collected from 300 students selected through stratified purposive sampling based on class level, gender, and residential status. Structured, closed-ended questionnaires were disseminated online during the pesantren’s Ramadan holiday in 2025. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, incorporating validity and reliability testing, classical assumption checks, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that electronic payment exerted a negative and significant influence on consumptive behavior (t = -8.760; p < 0.001), lifestyle demonstrated a positive and significant impact (t = 5.719; p < 0.001), while financial literacy had a positive but statistically non-significant effect (t = 1.682; p = 0.094). Collectively, the three variables significantly influenced consumptive behavior (p < 0.001), explaining 29.8% of the variance (R² = 0.298). The study concludes that lifestyle is the most influential factor driving students’ consumptive behavior, whereas financial literacy does not yet exert a substantial effect. These findings underscore the need for pesantren-based policies that promote responsible electronic transactions and strengthen financial education in alignment with Islamic values.

Pariwisata halal telah menjadi tren dalam ekonomi global untuk produk makanan, minuman, keuangan, dan gaya hidup. Salah satu pariwisata halal di NTB yaitu Tetebatu di wilayah Kecamatan Sikur, Lombok Timur. Namun, potensi pariwisata syariah belum dioptimalkan sehingga kurangnya wisatawan lokal berkunjung ke Desa wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peluang, Tantangan dan Strategi Pengembangan Pariwisata Syariah Berbasis Ekonomi Komunitas Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Tarik Wisatawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan yakni penelitian kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan objek, fenomena, setting sosial penelitian sesuai fakta dilapangan. Sumber data yakni data primer dan sekunder. Instrumen penelitian peneliti sendiri. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data redukasi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data triangulasi, deduktif dan penilaian teman sejawat. Hasil penelitian, peluang pengembangan pariwisata syariah; a) Objek wisata sebagai tempat belajar, b) menciptakan kesempatan kerja, c) banyaknya wisatawan yang berkunjung,d) berkembangnya penggiat pariwisata syariah,e) berkembangnya digitalisasi wisata syariah, f) memfasilitasi kebutuhan wisatawan dan memberikan profit daerah wisata. Tantangan pengembangan pariwisata syariah; a) Persaingan daya tarik dan infrastruktur pariwisata syariah, b) minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat tenang pariwisata syariah, c) keterbatasan modal dalam pengembangan, d) wisatawan tidak mengikuti arahan di tempat wisata. Strategi pengembangan pariwisata syariah; a) Memberikan fasilitas dan pelayanan yang baik, b) meningkatkan ciri khas dari daerah wisata, c) mengembangkan koneksi wisata halal, d) mengembangkan promosi dan marketing, e) melakukan pemasaran wisata berdasarkan tujuan asal, waktu, serta preferensi dari pasar travel muslim
