Abstract

Development of Letter Cube Learning Media in Early Childhood Alphabet Letter Introduction Material to increase the learning activity of KB B Al-Ikhlas Grabagan students. So that later it becomes a learning medium that has positive value for students in increasing their activity in playing while learning. This letter cube learning media is designed to be as attractive as possible and is equipped with illustrated flash cards which aim to increase students' activeness in learning to recognize letters. And it can motivate educators in their ability to develop learning variations through the alphabet letter cube learning media so as to create fun learning for students. So the activity level at the age of 3-4 years is also not well developed. Based on the problem formulation, namely: What is the level of validity, practicality and effectiveness of the letter cube media with the aim of describing the level of validity, feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of the letter cube media. The type of research used is research and development using the 4-D development model, but the author only carried out three stages, namely the definition, design and development stages. The types of data collection instruments used are validation sheets, practicality sheets, and effectiveness sheets. From this research (1) Expert validation, the material expert validation results were 92.5% in the very valid category. Meanwhile, the media expert validation results were 86% in the very valid category. (2) The practical teacher response questionnaire results were 93.3% in the very practical category, while the student response questionnaire results were 93% in the very practical category. (3) The effectiveness test from the results of the observation sheet obtained an increase in score of 0.7 in the high category from an initial average score of 41.8% to a final average score of 82.5% from 12 students in the effective category. This proves that students experienced improvement after the Gain Normality Test was carried out.

Abstract

This research discusses the management of Arabic language instruction at RA Nurul Jadid Sembungrejo Plumpang, Tuban, aiming to understand the effectiveness of management approaches applied in introducing Arabic to early childhood students. Using a qualitative approach and field study methods, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The study findings indicate that the learning management process includes planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation phases, designed to create a structured and enjoyable learning environment. In planning, selected materials are relevant and age-appropriate, while the organization and implementation stages focus on utilizing engaging media and interactive methods to attract children's interest. Evaluation is conducted through direct observation and worksheets to assess students' understanding of Arabic vocabulary. The study concludes that effective learning management at RA Nurul Jadid not only aids students in mastering Arabic basics but also holistically supports their cognitive and spiritual development.

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence serves as the fundamental foundation for character formation in children from an early age, particularly within the framework of Islamic education. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research to explore the conceptual understanding of children's spiritual intelligence. This method enables an in-depth analysis of both classical and contemporary literature from Islamic sources as well as theories of developmental psychology and modern spiritual intelligence. The analysis follows systematic and iterative stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to achieve a comprehensive understanding. Research on children's spirituality from the perspective of Islamic education reveals that spiritual intelligence is an innate spiritual potential present from birth, which can be nurtured through guidance, habituation, and a supportive environment. Islamic education emphasizes the integration of spiritual values into children's education through three main approaches: philosophical (morality, compassion), psychological (integration of Islamic values with modern psychology), and prophetic pedagogy (the exemplary model of Prophet Muhammad PBUH). The development strategies are holistic, including the habituation of worship practices, curriculum integration, teacher role modeling, family involvement, and the use of technology. Its implications for educational practice include the habituation of religious values, use of visual media such as illustrated stories, the central role of parents, and direct experiences such as fasting, all aimed at establishing a strong spiritual foundation from an early age

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak signifikan penerapan pembelajaran STEAM berbasis kearifan lokal terhadap kemampuan problem solving anak usia 4–5 tahun. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi STEAM dengan nilai-nilai budaya lokal secara nyata meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kemandirian, serta keterampilan sosial anak. Pendekatan ini membuat proses pembelajaran lebih kontekstual, menyenangkan, dan bermakna karena dekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari anak, sehingga mereka lebih aktif bertanya, bereksplorasi, dan menemukan solusi secara mandiri. Penerapan STEAM berbasis kearifan lokal tidak hanya berdampak pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga memperkuat identitas budaya dan karakter anak sejak dini. Anak-anak menunjukkan antusiasme belajar yang tinggi dan rasa bangga terhadap budaya lokal mereka. Guru dan orang tua turut merasakan manfaatnya karena pendekatan ini mempermudah pemahaman konsep abstrak serta meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran STEAM berbasis kearifan lokal direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara lebih luas di lembaga PAUD guna menumbuhkan keterampilan abad ke-21.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi inovasi pembelajaran coding hijaiyah dan dampaknya terhadap keterampilan problem-solving anak usia dini. Penelitian dilakukan di PIAUDQ Nur Fadhilah Jenu, Kabupaten Tuban, dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah anak usia 5–6 tahun pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Fokus penelitian meliputi langkah- langkah penerapan pembelajaran coding hijaiyah, respons anak terhadap metode tersebut, serta kontribusinya terhadap pengembangan keterampilan memecahkan masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran coding hijaiyah diterapkan melalui kegiatan bermain yang interaktif dan terstruktur, menggabungkan pengenalan huruf hijaiyah dengan pola berpikir logis. Anak-anak menunjukkan respons positif berupa antusiasme, keterlibatan aktif, dan peningkatan kemampuan dalam menyusun strategi serta memecahkan masalah sederhana. Pembelajaran ini terbukti mampu menstimulasi kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif anak, serta relevan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan abad ke-21 berbasis nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas tentang perkembangan moral siswa sekolah dasar perspektif Teori Lawrence Kohlberg. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu penelitian yang data dan informasinya diperoleh dari kegiatan lapangan kerja penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada siswa sekolah dasar perkembangan moral masih pada tahap paling bawah yaitu prakonvensional, Teori Lawrence Kohlberg menyatakan ada tiga tingkat perkembangan moral dan pada setiap tingkatnya mempunyai dua tahap. Lingkungan sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan moral anak karena mereka menemukan standart moral itu dari keluarga dan sekitarnya. Orang tua menjadi salah satu yang paling penting dan berpengaruh dalam tahap perkembangan moral saat anak kecil.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini berjudul “Pendampingan Unplugged Coding Berbasis Aktivitas Visual Motorik untuk Menstimulasi Computational Thinking Anak Usia 3–5 Tahun di RA Hidayatul Islamiyah”. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan guru RA Hidayatul Islamiyah dalam menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang mampu menstimulasi keterampilan Computational Thinking (CT) pada anak usia 3–5 tahun. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang serta mengimplementasikan aktivitas Unplugged Coding berbasis visual motorik yang sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak usia dini. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan guru secara aktif dalam tahap identifikasi masalah, pelatihan, implementasi, observasi, dan refleksi bersama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru sebesar 50,2% dalam pemahaman konsep dan penerapan Unplugged Coding, serta peningkatan kemampuan CT anak sebesar 68,05% setelah penerapan aktivitas pembelajaran visual motorik. Kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pengembangan berpikir logis, kritis, dan kreatif anak sejak usia dini. Dengan demikian, pendampingan ini dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran inovatif di RA dan dapat dijadikan model pengembangan pendidikan anak usia dini yang berbasis pada penguatan keterampilan abad ke-21.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of full day school, the diverse perspectives surrounding it, and its psychological implications for Generation Alpha in Tuban Regency. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected from teachers, students, and parents across five Islamic elementary schools. The study found that full day school is implemented through a structured combination of academic learning, religious activities, and character development. Its novelty lies in revealing how extended school hours shape the social psychology of Generation Alpha particularly their self-confidence, discipline, responsibility, and patterns of social interaction. While the system offers notable developmental benefits, the research also identifies risks of psychological fatigue and diminished family engagement. The findings contribute to the scientific discourse by providing contextualized insights into how full day school affects the socio-psychological dynamics of a generation growing up in the digital era, emphasizing the need for balanced program design to sustain student well-being.
