Abstract

The science of Balaghah is very famous for Arabic language learners so many have researched related to the existence of this science in strengthening the context of Arabic language learning. In this case, researchers also do the same thing, namely conducting research related to Balaghah Science which relates to Philosophy of Science material that discusses ontology, epistemology, and axiology. The purpose of this research is to find out the ontology, epistemology, and axiology contained in Balaghah Science. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with the research method used by the author being a literature study or literature study. The results of this study found that the ontology of Balaghah science concerns the nature of what will be studied and highlights the existence and nature of rhetorical reality, epistemology focuses on how Balaghah knowledge is obtained and the use of Balaghah science, while axiology evaluates ethical and aesthetic values in delivering messages. Axiology is also concerned with assessing the beauty and values contained in the use of language.

Abstract

Salah satu solusi bagi masyarakat yang ingin mempelajari bahasa Arab adalah dengan mengambil pelajaran di lembaga kursus. Setiap lembaga khusus kursus tentunya memiliki manajemen pembelajaran yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara deskriptif manajemen program Mahir Bahasa Arab yang dilaksanakan di lembaga kursus Naatiq International Arabiyah. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan mengumpulkan data dengan wawancara, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan untuk analisis data meliputi reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa empat fungsi manajemen, yaitu (1) perencanaan; merancang beberapa program yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta kursus dan menentukan materi serta bahan ajar yang digunakan pada setiap program. (2) pengorganisasian; menentukan pembagian kelas dan pembagian tutor yang mengajar. (3) pelaksanaan; kelas mubtadi' dan mutawassith melaksanakan kegiatan istima', hiwar (percakapan), hafalan mufrodat, kegiatan best speaker. Kelas mutaqoddim melaksanakan kegiatan istima', penulisan makalah, latihan debat. (4) monitoring atau evaluasi; dilakukan kepada peserta kursus secara nonformal yaitu dengan penilaian akumulatif oleh tutor.

Abstract

Arabic language learning is only applied in a few schools and its application experiences several obstacles due to lack of interest. However, if Arabic language learning is applied from the beginning, student interest in learning will increase and will affect student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is (1) to examine the correlation or relationship between educational background and Arabic learning outcomes (2) to examine the correlation between students' learning interest and Arabic learning outcomes (3) to examine the correlation between students' educational background and students' learning motivation on students' learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were 12 students of class X IIBS Al-Maahira. the data collection technique was to distribute questionnaires related to students' educational background and learning motivation. Data related to student learning outcomes using Arabic midterm exam scores. The data analysis technique is simple correlation analysis. The results of this study are (1) there is a relationship between educational background and learning outcomes as much as 0.710 (2) a simple correlation between learning motivation and correlation results with results as much as 0.710 (3) there is a high and significant relationship between students' educational background and student learning motivation with Arabic learning outcomes by showing a correlation coefficient of 0.736 and a coefficient of determination of 0.541

Abstract

Arabic language learning currently experiences several obstacles, especially in learning speaking skills. However, the course institution ‘Naatiq’ focuses on improving Arabic speaking skills like ‘native speakers’. And the learning method used is debate with the Qatar Debate system. Debate is one of the highest components in speaking skills because it requires good skills in speaking, rhetoric, logical acumen and understanding of the mindset of a theme. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Qatar Debate system in Arabic language learning at Naatiq Pare Kediri course institution. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is based on the theory of Miles and Hurberman which is carried out through three steps namely data reduction, data exposure and data verification or conclusion making. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the Qatar Debate system in Arabic language learning is very suitable for practicing the use of Arabic vocabulary and increasing confidence in speaking Arabic.
