Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of economic growth on the poverty rate by meta-analysis using Stata 15.0 software. The number of observations used was 41 research articles in Indonesia which examined the relationship between economic growth and poverty levels. In general, the results of his research show a negative effect with a parameter coefficient value of -0.170 percent . This is influenced by the type of data and the number of observations that have a significant effect. In variable data types, if the data used is panel data it produces a stronger negative relationship than using time series or cross section data types . In the number of observations variable, the more the number of observations (N) used tends to produce a positive coefficient value, research that produces a negative coefficient value occurs in certain cases regarding the relationship of economic growth to the poverty level. Of the 41 research articles analyzed through the meta funnel plot of the standard error coefficient , it is known that there is publication bias, as seen from the study with a small sample size that is not symmetrically distributed.

Abstract

The use of digital technology, particularly AI (Artificial Intelligence)-based chatbots, has great potential to improve efficiency and customer experience for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the implementation of this technology in MSMEs, especially in Madura specialty snack MSMEs, still faces various challenges. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies to analyze the use of digital marketing with the prospect of implementing AI-based chatbots in Madura specialty snack MSMEs. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using NVivo 15 software. The results of the analysis show that although chatbots are already in use, their use is still considered limited by certain parties. The main benefits felt are work efficiency and quick responses. However, there are several major obstacles that hinder optimization, such as the limited understanding of MSME players, technical issues related to accuracy and language, as well as concerns about costs and resistance to change due to fear of losing personal interaction. Nevertheless, expectations for chatbot development vary, with business owners focusing on system integration, while consumers and employees expect product recommendation features. This study concludes that to optimize the use of this technology, continuous education and the availability of affordable chatbot solutions are needed.

This study aims to analyze risk management in Rumah Donat SMEs in Lenteng District, Sumenep, by adapting the ISO 31000 framework. The methods used are a qualitative approach through surveys, observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. In addition, data analysis was carried out using the Miles & Huberman model combined with the preparation of a risk register and risk matrix. The results of the study identified four main risk categories, namely operational risks (increase in raw material prices, low product durability), strategic risks (limitations in digital promotion, seasonal market competition), human resource risks (lack of employee management), and natural and environmental risks (instability of raw material supply, power outages). Probability and impact analysis showed that seasonal market competition had the highest level of risk, followed by limitations in digital promotion. The proposed mitigation recommendations included establishing cooperation with suppliers, product innovation, employee training, expanding online marketing, improving business management, and developing a framework to address environmental risks. The study seeks to provide valuable contributions to theory as well as practical guidance for MSMEs in managing risks effectively and efficiently.
