Abstract

The biggest crisis in the world today is the crisis of example or uswah. The need for a leader who has character like the Prophet Muhammad is very necessary because many people who serve as leaders do not have the character that a leader should have in terms of educational leadership. Leadership is the characteristic of a leader in assuming formal moral and legal responsibility for all the implementation of his authority which has been delegated to the people he leads. As an exemplary leader who is an ideal model of leadership, Rasulullah was gifted with four main characteristics, namely: Sidiq, Amanah, Tablighi and Fathonah. Sidiq means honest in words and deeds, amanah means being trustworthy in maintaining responsibilities, tablig means conveying all kinds of goodness to the people and fathonah means being intelligent in managing society

Abstract

Mahasiswa dituntut menjadi lebih kreatif dan inovatif termasuk mahasiswa program studi pendidikan yang sedang melaksanakan pengenalan lapangan persekolahan karena mereka perlu menyiapkan perangkat yang akan mendukung pembelajaran, salah satunya media. Menentukan media sendiri bukan hal yang mudah karena jika salah dalam menentukan maka akan membuat siswa tidak nyaman dalam belajar yang berdampak pada kebosanan. Sesuai dengan permasalahan yang terjadi di SMK Jayabeka 01 Karawang yang setelah peneliti melakukan observasi di kelas khususnya kelas XI banyak siswa yang tidak serius dalam belajar. Permasalahan tersebut disebabkan oleh guru yang jarang menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang menarik seperti tidak menggunakan media yang sesuai. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode deskriptif dengan memusatkan suatu pengamatan terhadap fenomena aktual yang benar-benar terjadi. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh setelah peneliti mengimplementasikan media inovatif tersebut yaitu siswa banyak memberikan respon positif dengan menunjukan antusiasme dalam mengikuti pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study on the relevance of Islamic Education (PAI) lesson planning to the enhancement of students' character is to foster students' awareness of the importance of character values embedded within themselves. This research employs field research methodology, which involves collecting data directly from the research location. To support the success of the study, a relevant approach was used, specifically a qualitative descriptive method for this analysis.The findings indicate that the overall PAI learning system at SMK Jayabeka 01 Karawang demonstrates a strong relevance between the planning, implementation, and objectives of the lessons with students' character values. This alignment supports the achievement of students with exemplary character, well-prepared to face the professional world. In conclusion, PAI lesson planning plays a crucial role in instilling faith, piety, and character values in students, aligning with educational goals and the school's vision and mission. By designing structured syllabi, lesson plans, methods, and evaluations, PAI teachers contribute to shaping students with noble character, confidence, independence, and curiosity. The learning process is enhanced through innovative approaches, such as interactive media and group discussions, creating an effective and enjoyable learning environment. Supporting factors include students' freedom to express opinions, relevant learning media, and good communication between teachers and students. However, challenges such as uneven religious understanding and Qur'an reading abilities require additional intervention from teachers and parental support.

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan mental pada remaja semakin meningkat seiring dengan tekanan sosial dan akademik di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pendekatan spiritual dan psikologis dalam menjaga kesehatan mental remaja di SMK Jayabeka 01 Karawang. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap siswa, guru, kepala sekolah, serta orang tua, kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan spiritual seperti shalat berjamaah, membaca Al-Qur’an, dzikir, dan doa bersama, serta layanan konseling memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan mental peserta didik. Sebanyak 92% siswa merasa lebih tenang dan 93% mengalami perubahan positif dalam kesehatan mental mereka. Pendekatan ini terbukti efektif membangun ketenangan batin, meningkatkan resiliensi emosional, dan memperkuat karakter religius remaja. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperluas pemahaman tentang integrasi nilai-nilai spiritual dan psikologis dalam pendidikan, serta merekomendasikan penerapan program serupa di lembaga pendidikan lain.
