Abstract

Pendidikan adalah gerbang menuju kehidupan yang lebih baik dengan memperjuangkan hal-hal terkecil hingga hal-hal terbesar yang normalnya akan dilewati oleh setiap manusia. Pada setiap zamannya selalu ada pembaharuan dalam sistem pendidikan. Di abad ke-21 ini, pendidikan dituntut untuk bisa semakin maju dan mudah diakses oleh semua kalangan. Salah satunya, diciptakannya “Revolusi Industri 4.0” dalam kata lain era yang berbasis digital.Salah satu tantangan industri 4.0 yaitu dalam dunia pendidikan adalah inovasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh Sumber Daya Manusia, dalam hal ini guru PAI dengan memanfaatkan sarana teknologi informasi yang berkembang pesat di era revolusi industri 4.0 sehingga dapat berperan meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Tantangan pendidikan dalam era ini adalah bagaimana mempersiapkan guru PAI dalam pemanfaatan teknologi saat ini serta memaksimalkan kemampuan yang dimiliki guru PAI dalam menggunakan peralatan teknologi terkini. Maka dari itu Indonesia harus segera menyiapkan tenaga pendidik professional yaitu pendidik yang mampu mengunakan e-learning, karena kemampuan pendidik dalam menggunakan teknologi merupakan salah satu solusi untuk menyiapkan generasi milineal yang kompeten.

Abstract

Science is very important for every individual and can even increase human dignity. In Islam, seeking knowledge is also a worship to Allah and there are certain goals in the process of studying. The importance of having knowledge is to prove the power of Allah SWT. This goal is to strengthen human trust and faith in Allah SWT. With knowledge, humans can read the Qur'an which contains all the problems that exist on this earth. Science also allows humans to examine the universe created by God.This type of research is field research, namely research conducted by being directly at the object, especially in an effort to collect data and various information. While the nature of this research is qualitative, namely the form of research as a research procedure as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from the people or actors observed.PKM regarding the socialization of the Urgency of Knowledge (Lectures) for the Young Generation and is also sustainable is aimed at teachers at the Islamic boarding school students of Pondok Salaf Nurul Hidayah, Bogor Regency, which has been carried out well. This PKM regarding the socialization of the Urgency of Knowledge (Lecture) for the Young Generation and is also sustainable is aimed at the students of Pondok Salaf Nurul Hidayah, Bogor Regency, getting an enthusiastic response from the participants. Two questions were obtained from socialization participants (santri-students) regarding the material Urgency of knowledge at the pesantren. They hoped that there would be socialization/seminar/workshop activities again related to the Urgency of knowledge (Lectures) for the Young Generation which is good and correct, directed, and also sustainable. Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk penguatan strategi manajemen kurikulum dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Dengan memanfaatkan potensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ada di madrasah dan melalui kolaborasi dari berbagai pihak, diharapkan bahwa setelah pelaksanaan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) ini, para guru di MTs An Nuriyah Diharapkan bahwa para pengelola dan staf pengajar di MTs An Nuriyah dapat dengan cepat memahami dan menerapkan strategi manajemen kurikulum yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan menciptakan daya saing kualitas lulusan madrasah tersebut baik di tingkat lokal, nasional, maupun internasional. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melalui beberapa langkah-langkah kegiatan: Identifikasi kualitas pendidikan, Penguatan kualitas, Pembentukan jaringan kerja, Pendampingan dan Monitoring. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa MTs An-Nuriyah Bogor melakukan beberapa strategi yang sudah diimplementasikan, diantaranya: a. Pengembangan kurikulum melibatkan proses perancangan cara pengajaran dan organisasi pembelajaran secara umum. b. Penyediaan buku-buku teks utama untuk siswa, c. Pengadaan peralatan pendidikan,. Pelatihan para dewan pengajar dan dosen (lecture). e. Penyediaan literatur berkualitas yang mempromosikan kesejahteraan mental dan fisik melalui sarana perpustakaan di lingkungan sekolah. Kesimpulannya adalah MTs An Nuriyah sudah melakukan berbagai strategi manajemen kurikulum dengan baik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan karena dengan menerapkan strategi manajemen yang baik maka akan menghasilkan mutu pendidikan yang bermutu

Abstract

Universities are required to have lecturers who are competent and have good performance. The role of the lecturer is crucial to the success of the Vision, Mission and Goals of the Higher Education. Universities expect their lecturers to have better performance, be more process oriented, more involved in leadership, and more capable in knowledge and competence so as to provide added value to the Higher Education which in the end the Higher Education has competitiveness with other universities. Richard S Wellins (2015:525) argues that engagement is when employees enjoy their work, are satisfied with their work conditions, contribute enthusiastically to meet team targets, organizational goals, and there is a sense of belonging to the company, and are committed to the organization. Gibson et al (2006: 113-117) stated that personality is a relatively stable set of characteristics, tendencies, and temperaments (of individuals) that have been formulated by inheritance and by social, cultural, and environmental factors. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between personality and engagement. Based on the results of the research by testing the hypothesis, it is known that the correlation coefficient between personality and engagement (ry1) is 0.995 with the category having a very high/very strong relationship. The probability value is 0.000 < 0.005, then Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient is significant. Thus, this study confirms that there is a significant relationship between personality and engagement. The diversity in engagement related to personality is reflected in the coefficient of determination of 0.990 or 99.0%, while the remaining 1.0% is influenced by other factors. The results of this study get the equation = -13.659 + 1.047 X1 can be used to predict engagement based on personality scores, it can be predicted that every 1 increase in personality score will increase engagement by 1.047 times at a constant -13,659. Abstract

Abstract In the development of human civilization, education has experienced significant and continuous progress, extending throughout life. The concept of lifelong education in the Islamic perspective emphasizes the importance of learning without age limits, including for the elderly. This study aims to analyze curriculum management in improving the quality of elderly pesantren education, with a case study at Pesantren Lansia Al Hikmah Cibungbulang, Bogor. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The research subjects include leaders, educators, and students of the pesantren. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of the study reveal that: (1) Curriculum planning based on spiritual values at Pesantren Lansia Al Hikmah applies the learner-centered design concept with an existentialist philosophical approach, emphasizing the development of students as the central focus of learning. (2) Curriculum implementation employs a direct learning system model and andragogical approach, encompassing learning activities and evaluations through tests on *tahsin*, *tahfiz*, *Juz Amma*, and worship practices. (3) Curriculum management evaluation based on spiritual values is conducted using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). In conclusion, curriculum management based on spiritual values at Pesantren Lansia Al Hikmah has proven effective in improving the quality of elderly education through integrated planning, implementation, and evaluation. Abstract

The objective of this community service program is to provide assistance in the development of a geragogy-based religious curriculum aimed at improving the spiritual and physical well-being of the elderly. By utilizing the potential of existing human resources at the elderly Islamic boarding school (pesantren lansia) and through collaboration with various stakeholders, it is expected that following the implementation of the Student Creativity Program (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa/PKM), the teachers at Al-Hikmah Elderly Islamic Boarding School in Cibungbulang, Bogor, will be able to quickly understand and apply the geragogy-based religious curriculum. This curriculum is specifically designed to enhance both the spiritual and physical quality of life of elderly learners. The implementation of this community service program consists of several key stages: identification of educational quality, quality enhancement, network development, mentoring, and monitoring. The results of the program indicate that Al-Hikmah Elderly Islamic Boarding School in Cibungbulang, Bogor, has implemented a number of effective strategies, including: a) the development of a geragogy-based religious curriculum that involves the design of teaching methods and overall learning organization; b) the provision of core textbooks; c) the procurement of educational equipment; d) training for the teaching staff and lecturers; and e) the availability of high-quality literature that promotes both mental and physical well-being. In conclusion, Al-Hikmah Elderly Islamic Boarding School in Cibungbulang, Bogor, has actively implemented various geragogy-based religious curriculum strategies to support the spiritual and physical welfare of its elderly community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study on the relevance of Islamic Education (PAI) lesson planning to the enhancement of students' character is to foster students' awareness of the importance of character values embedded within themselves. This research employs field research methodology, which involves collecting data directly from the research location. To support the success of the study, a relevant approach was used, specifically a qualitative descriptive method for this analysis.The findings indicate that the overall PAI learning system at SMK Jayabeka 01 Karawang demonstrates a strong relevance between the planning, implementation, and objectives of the lessons with students' character values. This alignment supports the achievement of students with exemplary character, well-prepared to face the professional world. In conclusion, PAI lesson planning plays a crucial role in instilling faith, piety, and character values in students, aligning with educational goals and the school's vision and mission. By designing structured syllabi, lesson plans, methods, and evaluations, PAI teachers contribute to shaping students with noble character, confidence, independence, and curiosity. The learning process is enhanced through innovative approaches, such as interactive media and group discussions, creating an effective and enjoyable learning environment. Supporting factors include students' freedom to express opinions, relevant learning media, and good communication between teachers and students. However, challenges such as uneven religious understanding and Qur'an reading abilities require additional intervention from teachers and parental support.

Abstract

Purpose –This study aims to investigate the concept of a youth education curriculum based on Islamic hadith literature. The study is based on the idea that curriculum design should be thoroughly understood by educators, particularly by institutional leaders who engage with teenagers.Methodology – This qualitative study employs a library research design combined with a descriptive method. The key sources of information are Sahih Bukhārī, Fathul Baari, and Umdatul Qaari. Secondary materials include Tarbiyatul Awlad and an educational resource on curriculum development. Data was obtained using triangulation and the term "Anas," which refers to Anas ibn Malik, the Prophet's teenage companion. To verify the data, the double-entry method was applied, and data analysis followed a deductive approach supported by thematic categorization.Findings – The research identified 11 hadiths related to the objectives of the youth education curriculum, 403 hadiths for the content component, 25 hadiths addressing instructional strategies, and five hadiths related to evaluation. These findings suggest that the prophetic model provides a comprehensive and systematic approach to youth education, offering extensive guidance on learning goals, topic selection, teaching methods, and assessment criteria tailored to the developmental needs of teenagers.Contribution – This study advances the subject of Islamic education by providing a structured curriculum framework based on hadith. It offers significant insights for educators, curriculum creators, and institutional leaders seeking to develop exceptional youth education programs grounded in prophetic traditions and tailored to the needs of today's learners.

The students of Pondok Salaf Nurul Hidayah in Bogor Regency also responded well, even hoping for the socialization/seminar/workshop activities related to the Urgency of Knowledge (Lectures) for the Younger Generation to be good, correct, directed, and sustainable.
