Abstract

Keabsahan politikus sebagai saksi nikah dalam perspektif hukum Islam merupakan topik yang menarik dan penting untuk dieksplorasi. Saksi nikah memiliki peran krusial dalam validasi pernikahan menurut hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keabsahan politikus sebagai saksi nikah dengan menelaah literatur hukum Islam dan pandangan ulama terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis dengan kajian pustaka yang melibatkan Al-Qur'an, hadis, serta pendapat para ulama dan hukum Islam kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa syarat sahnya saksi nikah menurut hukum Islam meliputi: harus beragama Islam, berjenis kelamin laki-laki (atau dalam beberapa pandangan, satu laki-laki dan dua perempuan), dewasa (baligh), berakal, adil, dapat mendengar dan melihat, bersih dari tuduhan, dan memahami bahasa ijab qabul. Dari perspektif ini, politikus yang memenuhi syarat-syarat tersebut dapat dianggap sah sebagai saksi nikah. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang peran politikus dalam institusi pernikahan menurut hukum Islam dan memperkuat pandangan bahwa setiap individu, termasuk politikus, harus memenuhi syarat-syarat tertentu untuk menjadi saksi yang sah dalam pernikahan.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi pemahaman dan preferensi keuangan Islam di kalangan Generasi Z dengan merujuk pada Surah Al-Kahfi ayat 46. Generasi Z, sebagai kohort yang tumbuh dalam era digital dan globalisasi, memiliki peran yang semakin penting dalam perkembangan ekonomi global. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk memperoleh wawasan mendalam tentang perspektif dan keyakinan finansial generasi ini, sementara ayat 46 dari Surah Al-Kahfi dipilih sebagai landasan teologis untuk menafsirkan nilai-nilai keuangan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun terpapar pada budaya global, Generasi Z menunjukkan minat yang signifikan terhadap konsep dan prinsip keuangan Islam, sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam Surah Al-Kahfi ayat 46. Pemahaman mereka tentang nilai-nilai ini mempengaruhi preferensi mereka terhadap produk dan layanan keuangan. Implikasi dari temuan ini untuk industri keuangan dan pembuat kebijakan disajikan, dengan menyoroti pentingnya memahami dan mengakomodasi preferensi generasi muda dalam pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan yang lebih inklusif, sejalan dengan ajaran Surah Al-Kahfi ayat 46. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana nilai-nilai keuangan Islam, sebagaimana tercantum dalam Al-Qur'an, dapat membimbing transformasi ekonomi global menuju keberlanjutan dan inklusivitas yang lebih besar.

Abstract

Online stores have become one of the most important aspects in the world of e-commerce, with increasing attention to factors that affect customer confidence in online transactions. The study aims to investigate the impact of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer confidence in the TikTok online store. The method used involves the use of online surveys using data filling forms (Google Forms) to users of the online shop. The data collected is analyzed using regression analysis to evaluate the relationship between independent variables (service quality and client satisfaction) and dependent variables. (customer trust). The results show that good service quality and customer satisfaction levels positively affect the level of customer confidence in TikTok online stores. These findings show the importance of providing high-quality service and paying attention to customers’ satisfaction to build trust in an e-commerce environment. The uniqueness of the study is the use of online surveys with data filling forms, which enables efficient data collection that can reach respondents from a variety of geographical backgrounds, as well as focusing on TikTok's still relatively new online shopping platform in the e-commerce market, adding insight into factors affecting customer confidence.

Abstract

. This research aims to investigate the validity of politicians as witnesses in marriage contracts from the perspective of Islamic law. The objectives of this study are to analyze the views of scholars regarding the requirements that must be fulfilled by marriage witnesses in Islam and to evaluate the suitability of politicians in that role. The research method employed is literature analysis, involving the exploration and analysis of various scholars' views on marriage witnesses in Islam found in classical Islamic legal texts as well as the opinions of contemporary scholars. The findings indicate that the majority of scholars emphasize that marriage witnesses must be a Muslim who is just, with additional emphasis on criteria such as maturity, integrity, and fairness. However, there are differing opinions regarding the validity of female witnesses. Additionally, the evaluation of the suitability of politicians as marriage witnesses according to Islamic law encompasses aspects such as moral integrity, honesty, and their leadership competence. This research provides relevant insights into understanding the role of politicians in the context of marriage in Islamic law and highlights the complexity in determining the suitability of witnesses in the institution of marriage within Islamic society.

Abstract

This study explores the understanding and preferences of Islamic finance among Generation Z by referring to Surah Al-Kahf verse 46. Generation Z, as a growing cohort in the digital era and globalization, has an increasingly important role in global economic development. Qualitative research methods are used to gain in-depth insight into the financial perspectives and beliefs of this generation, while verse 46 of Surah Al-Kahf was chosen as the theological basis for interpreting Islamic financial values. Results showed that, despite exposure to global culture, Generation Z showed significant interest in the concepts and principles of Islamic finance, as described in Surah Al-Kahf verse 46. Their understanding of these values influences their preferences for financial products and services. The implications of these findings for the financial industry and policymakers are presented, highlighting the importance of understanding and accommodating young people's preferences in more inclusive sustainable economic development, in line with the teachings of Surah Al-Kahf verse 46. This research aims to contribute to a better understanding of how Islamic financial values, as stated in the Qur'an, can guide the transformation of the global economy towards greater sustainability and inclusiveness.
