Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the financial statements of Eastparc Hotel by using financial ratios to determine its performance. The methodology used in this article is quantitative descriptive analysis method, which seeks to explain the research findings by presenting financial statement data relating to the company's performance. This research has identified specific issues to be investigated about the financial performance of the Eastparc Hotel company, specifically focusing on the company's financial statement data. on 31 December 2021 to 31 March 2022. Based on the results of the research analysis obtained, PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk showed improvements in several aspects of profitability, especially in terms of operational efficiency and financial management. However, the decline in gross profit margin needs to be examined and analysed further to ensure the right strategy in managing costs and revenues. Nonetheless, improvements in net profit margin, ROI, and ROE indicate better financial performance and effectiveness in using resources and equity. In addition, the company successfully reduced reliance on debt, increased the use of equity capital, and delivered better returns to shareholders. This analysis provides important insights into the company's financial health and performance as well as areas that require improvement to ensure sustainability and continued growth.

Abstract

The study aims to determine how incentives affect employees' performance at Alfamart Kertasari. This study uses all employees of Alfamart kertasari as a sample. Five respondents in total. The data analysis at Alfamart Kertasari demonstrates the effects of incentives on employee performance by employing qualitative analysis techniques. This study demonstrates that rewards can boost employee performance at Alfamart Kertasari.

Abstract

As competition gets tougher, the business world must acquire skilled personnel. Developing a recruitment strategy is an important first step in helping businesses attract top talent. The aim of this research is to ascertain how recruitment practices affect employee performance. PT employees. Nawa Setia Perkasa is the population used in this research, and respondents were chosen as supporting informants. Using survey data, a qualitative descriptive research approach was used. The conclusion of this study shows that a number of other variables, including previous work history, educational background, and personal traits, are also determining factors in the quality of an employee. Additionally, a number of circumstances can make recruiting efforts futile, such as: For example: Job postings are not detailed enough, and hiring practices are not in line with company policies.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan online review memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan dan substansial terhadap keputusan yang diambil pelanggan tentang barang yang mereka membeli wardah di kalangan Mahasiswa UBP Karawang, Menurut studi penelitian pada menyimpulkan bahwa pertimbangan konsumen online (X) memengaruhi keputusan pembelian (Y). Dan Pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Ulasan dan Peringkat Pelanggan Online secara bersamaan dan secara parsial memengaruhi minat beli. Begitupun pada penelitian penulis saat ini, bahwa Online Customer Review memiliki dampak bagi mereka mahasiswa Universitas Buana Perjuangan dalam melakukan pembelian dengan melihat review ulasan pada onlinestore.Temuan Penelitian ini menunjukkan korelasi yang kuat dan bermakna antara review ulasan pada onlinestore pilihan pembelian konsumen di kalangan mahasiswa UBP Karawang dalam konteks produk kosmetik brand Wardah Beauty. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat dampak terhadap pada faktor online costumer review terhadap pilihan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Today's business world is very competitive in all fields, especially in the beauty industry. With the various types of beauty products on the market, consumers are increasingly cautious in choosing the skin care they are interested in. The development of a global cosmetic and skincare business has had a significant impact on the rapid expansion of the Indonesian market. Somethinc, a local facial care business, was founded in March 2019 by Irene Ursula, a highly accomplished woman.  This study aims to test and assess the influence of product quality on consumer purchasing choices among UBP Karawang students regarding Somethinc facial care products. In this study, quantitative methodology was applied, and the sample size was one hundred people. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methodology was used in this study, and SmartPLS software was used to conduct the investigation. According to the results of a study conducted in 2024 by Sukawati and colleagues, product quality does not have a substantial impact on the decisions consumers make regarding their next purchase. It is true that this is the situation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between work performance and employee performance in the workplace environment. Job performance is often considered an important determinant of employee quality and productivity in an organization. Using qualitative methods, data was collected through in-depth interviews with employees of Badab PusatbStatistik Karawang from various company backgrounds. Regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses proposed in this research. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a deeper understanding of how the performance of Central Statistics Agency employees directly or indirectly contributes to employee performance in different organizational contexts. We also discuss the practical implications of this research for helping employees and organizational leaders effectively improve performance management and employee development.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin dinamis dan kompleks di era globalisasi ini, sebuah organisasi dituntut untuk terus beradaptasi dan kinerja karyawan serta kualitas pelayanan memegang peran kunci dalam menentukan keberhasilan untuk menghadapi tatangan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan dan kualitas pelayanan serta faktor penghambat/kendala dan faktor pendukung kinerja karyawan dalam pelayanan pengadaan barang dan jasa di Perum Peruri. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif, penelitian kualitatif adalah prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan pada indikator kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, efektivitas dan komitmen sudah baik, mengenai indikator ketepatan waktu sudah cukup baik namun masih perlu ditingkatkan disiplin kerja bagi beberapa karyawan.  Kualitas pelayanan departemen pengadaan pada seluruh indikator yaitu Bukti Fisik, Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan dan Empati sudah baik, hal itu dibuktikan dengan wawancara kepada user/pengguna layanan pengadaan. Faktor penghambat kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan pengadaan barang dan jasa karena alur proses yang panjang sehingga membutuhkan waktu lebih namun memang harus di lalui dikarenakan prosedur, kendala ketika sistem error, keterbatasan jumlah karyawan dengan beban kerja yang cukup banyak,  proses pengadaan masih ada yang manual yaitu penandatanganan kontrak pengadaan dan masih ada user/pengguna layanan yang belum menyadari atau peduli terhadap SLA (Service Level Agreement) waktu proses pengadaan. Faktor pendukung kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan pengadaan barang dan jasa yaitu adanya pelatihan dan sertifikasi karyawan sehingga karyawan pengadaan berkompeten, regulasi yang jelas, lingkungan kerja yang mendukung serta sarana dan prasarana sangat memadai.
