Abstract

Research on how to understand religious moderation in creating harmony in society where previously there were still some people who did not understand religious moderation. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. This research is descriptive in nature. This study collects data through observation techniques, interviews and documentation review. The results of this study indicate that understanding religious moderation is very important to build or create inter-religious harmony because religious moderation is one of the main indicators as an effort to build culture and national character. Religious moderation can be used as a cultural strategy to care for an Indonesia that is peaceful, tolerant and respects diversity. Religious Moderation is a way of life to get along in harmony, respect, maintain and tolerate without having to cause conflict because of differences. By understanding and strengthening religious moderation, it is hoped that religious people can position themselves appropriately in a multi-religious society, so that social harmonization and balance in social life occur

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei - Juni 2022 selama 40 hari di Laboratorium Pembenihan dan Pembibitan Ikan, Fakultas Perikanan dan Kelautan, Universitas Riau, Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan waktu pemberian pakan alami terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup larva ikan patin siam (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimental, yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor dengan empat taraf perlakuan dan tiga kali ulangan. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah P1 (larva Artemia umur 5-10 hari, larva Artemia + kutu air umur 11-12 hari, larva kutu air umur 13-18 hari, larva kutu air + Tubifex sp. umur 19-20 hari, Larva Tubifex sp. umur 21-44 hari), P2 (Larva Artemia umur 5-12 hari, Larva Artemia+kutu air umur 13-14 hari, Larva kutu air umur 15-20 hari, Larva kutu air+Tubifex sp.umur 21-22 hari, Larva Tubifex sp. umur 23-44 hari), P3 (Larva Artemia umur 5-14 hari, Larva Artemia+Kutu air umur 15-16 hari, Larva kutu air umur 17-22 hari, Larva kutu air+Tubifex sp. umur 23-24 hari, Larva Tubifex sp. umur 25-44 hari), P4 (Larva Artemia umur 5-16 hari, Larva Artemia+Kutu air umur 17-18 hari, Larva kutu air umur 19-24 hari, Larva kutu air+Tubifex sp. umur 25-26 hari, Larva Tubifex umur 27-44 hari). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan waktu pemberian pakan alami berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup larva ikan patin siam. Perlakuan terbaik pada penelitian ini adalah perlakuan P2 yaitu (larva Artemia umur 5-12 hari, larva Artemia + kutu air umur 13-14 hari, larva kutu air umur 15-20 hari, larva kutu air + Tubifex sp. umur 21-22 hari, larva Tubifex  sp. umur 23-44 hari), dengan berat mutlak 1,11 g, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak 5,96 cm, laju pertumbuhan spesifik 16,09 % dan kelulushidupan 80,83 %.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the strategy of the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM in Jeneponto Regency in marketing horse-based food products using qualitative research methods, the number of informants was 7 people. The results of the research were 1) product strategy consisting of collaboration with agencies, conducting seminars and training, participating in regional innovation exhibitions, prioritizing customer satisfaction, durability, selection of raw materials and packaging as well as flavor variants. However, only three horse-based food UMKM were recorded. 2) the price strategy was based on the price of horse meat ingredients. 3) The place strategy, namely UMKM were mostly located on the side of the main street Jeneponto Regency, where it was clean and comfortable, the food was cooked halal and hygienic. 4) promotion strategies such as making a Jeneponto specialty food house, holding exhibitions, giving souvenir food to officials who made regional work visits. Meanwhile, some UMKM had not implemented an effective promotion strategy. The implementation of the program to increase creativity and innovation carried out by the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM in Jeneponto Regency was not felt evenly.
