Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait literasi pemanfaatan digitalisasi dalam menunjang pemasaran UMKM. Pelaksanaan  kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi yang dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap yakni tahapan kegiatan perencanaan pengabdian, serta tahapan kegiatan pelaksanaan penyuluhan. Selain itu pelaksanaan kegiatan ini sudah berjalan dengan lancar dan warga masyarakat telah menyambut baik acara kegiatan ini.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work family conflict and role ambiguity on work stress at PT.Hond Makassar Indah Main Branch. The population in this study was 150 employees. The sampling technique used was the Slovin Formula technique, so the entire population at the Kudam XIV/Hasanuddin Office was sampled, namely 60 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and dominant test with the help of SPSS version 27 software. The research results show that (1) Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Job Stress. (2) Role Ambiguity has a positive and significant effect on Job Stress. (3) Work Family Conflict is the most dominant variable in this research

Abstract

PURPOSE - The purpose of the study is to analyze and predict the causal relationship of the impact of providing credit facilities to MSEs in Makassar City, in order to maximize their business income. Descriptive quantitative research model with sample determination through non-purposive sampling.METHODOLOGY - . The research sample was 100 Makassar MSE actors who were used as respondents. Data collection from respondent questionnaires. Data analysis uses variant-based SEM to test models and theories. Testing of structural models and measurement models with the help of smartPLS 3.0.FINDING - The test results show that the provision of credit facilities optimally has a significant and positive impact on increasing the business income of MSE actors in Makassar City. Financial literacy owned by MSE actors is able to increase their business income and the role of moderation. Financial literacy does not have an influence on the relationship between credit optimization and MSE empowerment

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of marketing strategy on customer loyalty, test the influence of service quality on customer loyalty and the influence of trust on customer loyalty. The population in this study is all customers at PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar Head Office. The sampling technique is determined by purposive sampling, which is a technique for determining samples based on certain criteria. The criteria for selecting the sample taken in this study are customers at PT. Bank of South Sulawesi, Makassar. Malhotra 2006 if the population is large and the number is unknown, then the number of samples is calculated with 5-10 x Estimate Parameter. So the number of samples in this study is (5.20) = 100 people. In this study, the variables were measured using the Likert Scale. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS by means of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, testing the influence of service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the influence of trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the effect of shopping enjoyment, price discount and partial live streaming on impulse buying. The methodology used in this article is a type of quantitative research, a descriptive method with an explanatory survey approach. The population in this study is the people of Makassar City who have shopped at Shopee e-commerce whose number is not known for sure, while the sampling method uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling techniques. The number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents. This study uses the Accidental Sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regrelis analysis. The results of this study found that shopping enjoyment has a partial effect on impulse buying, price discounts have a partial effect on impulse buying and live streaming has a partial effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, promosi, kemudahan penggunaan, dan online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian pada ShopeeFood di Kota Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa ITB Nobel Indonesia yang pernah menggunakan layanan ShopeeFood yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti, sedangkan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Data dalam penelitian ini didapat langsung dari pengisian kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden dalam bentuk pertanyaan tertutup yang kemudian akan dijawab oleh responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regrelis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, promosi, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi dan online customer review secara keseluruhan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ShopeeFood. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang baik, strategi promosi yang menarik, aplikasi yang mudah digunakan serta ulasan pelanggan yang meyakinkan mampu meningkatkan minat dan keputusan konsumen untuk bertransaksi di ShopeeFood. Dengan demikian, keputusan pembelian konsumen tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh satu faktor, tetapi merupakan hasil dari kombinasi berbagai aspek yang membentuk pengalaman pengguna secara menyeluruh.
