Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait literasi pemanfaatan digitalisasi dalam menunjang pemasaran UMKM. Pelaksanaan  kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi yang dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap yakni tahapan kegiatan perencanaan pengabdian, serta tahapan kegiatan pelaksanaan penyuluhan. Selain itu pelaksanaan kegiatan ini sudah berjalan dengan lancar dan warga masyarakat telah menyambut baik acara kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Performance is a result used by an organization to improve employee performance which originates from the results of employee work implementation as a form of their accountability to the organization where they work. This study aims to test whether workload and need for achievement can influence work results. The total population in this study was 114 employees. The sample used in this research was 53 respondents with the sample collection technique carried out through simple random sampling using a questionnaire. The results of regression testing using SPSS show that workload has a significant effect on employee performance, this condition is different from the need for achievement, which shows that the need for achievement does not contribute to performance achievement.

Abstract

The demand to produce performance to each individual (employee) is based on the conformity between the realisation and the target that must be achieved by employees and formulated on the established performance indicators and organisational needs. This study investigates and analyses the effects of transformational leadership style and the use of Information technology on employee performance. The data collection used primary data through distributing questionnaires using all employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province as a population, the sample was drawn using total sampling so that a sample size of 138 employees was obtained, but the results of distributing questionnaires showed that there were 11 defective questionnaires leaving 127 questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using structural equation analysis with the assistance of Partial Least Square. The results of testing the outer model show that if the construct of transpormational leadership style in the ideal influence dimension, so it must be excluded from the research model. The test results show that all constructs used meet the outer model testing criteria. Hypothesis testing through inner models provides evidence that the transformational leadership style is in a good categorization as well as the construct of the use of information technology which shows high intensity so that it is proven to be able to improve employee performance towards higher. Abstract

The Effect of Liquidity on Return on Asset with Firm Size as a Moderating Variable in Cosmetics and Household Appliances Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Guided by Edy Jumady and Heslina. Cosmetics and household goods companies are one of the consumer goods industry subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that are engaged in the production of food and beverages, body care products, cosmetic products, traditional medicine products (herbal medicine), fragrance products, hair care products, and home care products. The increasing business competition in the era of globalization makes companies have to adjust and must be able to read the situation in order to manage the company well and improve performance so that the company's goals can be achieved. The method used in this study is an explanatory method with a quantitative research approach and secondary data sources. The data analysis obtained in this study will use a statistical data processing program known as Eviews Software version 12. Panel Data Regression Estimation Method There are three models that can be used, namely the Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM). Based on the results of the study, the results of statistical testing through eviews-12 software can be concluded that the Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. The results of statistical testing so that it can be concluded that Firm Size has a negative and significant effect on Return on Asset. The results of statistical testing so that it can be concluded that the moderation of Firm Size between Current Ratio (CR) and Return on Asset (ROA) has a positive and significant relationship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh parsial komunikasi dan motivasi kerjaterhadap kinerja karyawan dan mengetahui variable yang memiliki pengaruh lebih dominanterhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan metode kuesioneryang didistribusi kepada 75 orang karyawan PT. Trans Kalla Makassar. Hasil kuesionerkemudian diuji instrument dan asumsi klasik untuk memenuhi persyaratan analisis regresilinear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini melaporkan, pengaruh parsial dari komunikasi dan motivasi kerjaterhadap kinerja karyawan, adalah pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi dan kompensasiberpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi motivasi pada PT. TASPEN (Persero)Kantor Cabang Utama Makassar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yangdiperoleh dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Populasinyaadalah seluruh karyawan PT. TASPEN (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Makassar sejumlah47 karyawan, sedangkan sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sejumlah47 responden. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji dengan uji outer model berupa validitaskonvergen, validitas diskriminan dan reliabilitas, juga telah diuji dengan uji inner model berupauji koefisien determinasi (R Square), uji f Square dan uji prediktif relevan (Q Square). Metodeanalisis data menggunakan teknik analisis jalur dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap motivasi. Budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi motivasi. Kompensasi berpengaruhtidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi motivasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan akademik dannon akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa program studi manajemen STIEM Bongaya.Dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan mulai dari angkatan 2014 – 2017 berjumlah sebanyak3.579 orang. Data tersebut didapat langsung melalui observasi dibagian pusat pangkalan datastiem bongaya. Pendekatan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatifmelalui explanatory survey.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan akademik berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Kualitas pelayanan non akademikberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Kualitas pelayananakademik dan non akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasanmahasiswa.

Abstract

ABTRACT The exhibition of representatives who have insight that isn't just on scholarly knowledge, but at the same time is upheld by Enthusiastic Insight and Otherworldly Insight. The impact of passionate knowledge and profound insight on worker execution is significant, on the grounds that it is one of the determinants of representative execution and authoritative achievement and is the way to advance in the present and what's to come. Regarding that, the foundation of the issue brought up in this examination is the means by which the reactions of workers at the Haji Medical clinic Office of South Sulawesi Area impact passionate insight and otherworldly knowledge on representative execution. This investigation means to inspect and examine the impact of passionate insight on worker execution, the impact of otherworldly knowledge on representative execution and the impact of synchronous use of enthusiastic knowledge and profound insight on worker execution. Abstract

Mimpi besar Bank Permata Tbk adalah menjadi bank Top Ten dapat diwujudkana melalui strategi pembalikan arah (Turnaround) dicurigai memakai budaya organisasi dan memiliki efikasi diri. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian adalah mengivestigasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenu, dimana seluruh jumlah popolasi dijadikan sebagai sampel karena terbatas jumlah sampel sebanyak 59 orang sebagai responden pada PT Bank Permata Tbk (PermataBank) Cabang Makassar. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi. Selanjutnya, budaya organisasi dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kemudian, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Pula, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja.. Teakhir, budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui kepuasan kerja.
