Abstract

The condition of the export market, which is very sluggish, has put the MSME economy and the people who produce environmentally friendly handcrafts in Kasiman Village in an alarming condition; exports of handcraft products have stopped entirely as a result of the crisis after the Covid 19 Pandemic and the war that occurred in Europe. This mentoring program aims to help provide solutions for target partners. Handcraft product innovation and digital-based marketing assistance are expected to boost sales of handcraft products to compete in the local market by targeting millennial generation consumers and e-commerce and social media-based sales strategies. The implementation of innovation assistance for the diversification of handcraft products and the implementation of digital marketing has been going well, which has proven to have succeeded in boosting the sales of handcraft products for the people of Kasiman Village through various e-commerce channels, social media, or direct sales at galleries selling home decor and handcraft products made from friendly materials-environment in Kasiman Village.

Abstract

The distribution of government cash assistance during the pandemic for people affected by Covid-19 is aimed at easing the economic burden of the community. However, the provision of cash assistance is indicated not to be used to alleviate needs; aid funds are used to meet hedonic needs. This study determines whether the social assistance funds are consistent in meeting the needs of life or only for hedonic desires. A study was conducted on the effect of hedonic shopping and money available on impulse buying. Samples were 213 respondents. This study uses SEM PLS. The results of this research showed that hedonic shopping positively affected impulse buying. However, money available does not affect impulse buying. Positive emotion will further strengthen hedonic shopping and money available in impulse buying. This study concludes that it is not proven that cash transfer funds are used to fulfil impulse buying behaviour. However, if people with hedonic shopping and money available characters receive an in-store stimulus, they are vulnerable to impulse buying. Future research of this study is to compare impulse buying behaviour in people in big cities and small cities.

Abstract

AbstrakMunculnya pelayanan berbasis Digital Cedak Mas (Cepat Dekat Masyarakat) berawal dari banyaknya keluhan masyarakat tentang pelayanan terpusat di Dukcapil Kabupaten Tuban. Keluhan yang muncul mengenai jarak yang relatif jauh dan biaya transportasi pada saat pengurusan administrasi pada Dukcapil. Penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif, bertujuan mengetahui proses dan dampak dari Pelayanan berbasis digital pada Dukcapil Kabupaten Tuban. Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alur tahapan analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Validitas data akan menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pelaksanaan Cedak Mas mendekatkan tempat pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penerapan proses pelayanan sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur. Dampaknya, Pelayanan Dukcapil menjadi lebih dekat dengan masyarakat. Pelayanan ini merupakan pelayanan berbasis digital dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang kedepannya bisa lebih diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan lagi sarana dan pasarana pendukung dari pelayanan berbasis digital Cedak Mas untuk menunjang pelayanan lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan Digital; Cedak Mas; Dukcapil. ANALYSIS OF DIGITAL-BASED SERVICES CEDAK MASAbstrackThe emergence of ‘Cedak Mas’ Digital-based services began with many public complaints about centralized services at the Tuban Regency Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil). Complaints that arise regarding the relatively long distance and transportation costs during administrative management at the Dukcapil. This research is qualitative research, aimed at determining the process and impact of digital-based services on the Tuban Regency Population and Civil Registration office. Sample was selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using Observation, Interviews and Documentation. While the Data Analysis Technique uses the flow of stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data will use triangulation of the data source. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of ‘Cedak Mas’ brings the place of service closer to the community. The service process in application is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. As a result, the Dukcapil services becomes closer to the community. This service is a digital-based service by utilizing technology that in the future can be more considered and improved.Keywords : Digital Services; Cedak Mas; Dukcapil

Abstract

Employees with high job satisfaction will reduce the desire to leave the organization. Organizations try to retain high-potential employees by paying attention to variables that affect employee job satisfaction. Negative workplace gossip and LMX allegedly affect organizational trust and job satisfaction. Organizational trust may affect job satisfaction. Quantitative research with a total sample of 41 from educational institutions and electrical installation companies. Data analysis used Smart PLS. The results showed that negative workplace gossip had a negative and significant effect on organizational trust, LMX had a positive and significant effect on organizational trust. LMX has a positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction. However, negative workplace gossip and organizational trust have a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. The results show that to retain potential employees, efforts are needed to increase employee job satisfaction. Companies can do this by paying attention to negative workplace gossip and improving LMX to increase organizational trust.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the infuence of the fashion involvement and money available toward the impulse buying behaviors through positive emotion. The research was conducted in the biggest shopping center in Surabaya with the samples of 218 samples. The data analyses were by using SEM. The result of the research pointed out that fashion involvement signifcantly be infuenced toward the positive emotion and the impulse buying, the positive emotion was also infuenced signifcantly toward the impulse buying. Money available was infuenced signifcantly toward the positive emotion however was not signifcantly infuenced toward the impulse buying. Summary, purchasing activities were not caused by fashion-oriented impulse buying only, but also caused by planned impulse buying and reminder impulse buying.Key words: involvement, money, emotion, impulse buying

Abstract

The community empowerment program was implemented in Ngradin Village, Padangan District, Bojonegoro Regency. Program of STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro is aimed at developing the skills of the members of the PKK in handicrafts, specifically the skill of making flower bouquets. The activities are designed to improve family economic conditions. The program implementation goes through the stages of survey, preparation for activities, and finally reporting. Participants who attended the flower bouquet arrangement training were 20 members of the PKK of Ngradin Village. The result of the program is that participants have new skills in flower bouquet arrangement. It is hoped that this ability will have economic value that ultimately becomes an additional income for the members of the PKK of Ngradin Village. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Ngradin, Kecamatan Padangan, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Program dari Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat STIE. Cendekia Bojonegoro ditujukan pada pengembangan kemampuan anggota PKK Desa Ngradin dalam kerajinan tangan, yaitu ketrampilan merangkai buket bunga. Kegiatan ini sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Pelaksanaan program melalui tahapan survey, persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan terakhir pelaporan. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan merangkai buket bunga adalah 20 anggota PKK Desa Ngradin. Hasil dari program adalah peserta memiliki kemampuan baru dalam ketrampilan merangkai buket bunga. Diharapkan kemampuan ini memiliki nilai ekonomi yang pada akhirnya menjadi tambahan penghasilan bagi anggota PKK Desa Ngradin.
