Abstract: This research aims to explore the application of technology in career guidance services and its impact on high school students' career maturity through a literature study. Information was collected from various research databases such as ScienceDirect, PubMed, and Google Scholar using appropriate keywords. Qualitative methods are used, with a focus on collecting descriptive data to understand the individual as a whole. The results show that the application of technology, such as the internet and computer-based systems, has the potential to increase students' career maturity through wider access to career information and a more interactive and flexible guidance approach. Digital platforms also allow students to get more accurate information regarding career choices and developments in the world of work. However, research also identifies challenges such as technology infrastructure gaps in various schools and a lack of digital skills among guidance and counseling teachers and counselors that hinder technology optimization. In conclusion, the application of technology in career guidance can strengthen these services and support increasing student career maturity if accompanied by effective preparation, training and collaboration from various related parties.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan teknologi informasi dalam layanan bimbingan karir serta dampaknya terhadap kematangan karir siswa SMA melalui studi literatur. Informasi dikumpulkan dari berbagai basis data penelitian seperti ScienceDirect, PubMed, dan Google Scholar dengan menggunakan kata kunci yang sesuai. Metode kualitatif digunakan, dengan fokus pada pengumpulan data deskriptif untuk memahami individu secara menyeluruh. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi, seperti internet dan sistem berbasis komputer, memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa melalui akses informasi karir yang lebih luas serta pendekatan bimbingan yang lebih interaktif dan fleksibel. Platform digital juga memungkinkan siswa mendapatkan informasi yang lebih akurat terkait pilihan karir dan perkembangan dunia kerja. Namun, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti kesenjangan infrastruktur teknologi di berbagai sekolah dan kurangnya keterampilan digital di kalangan guru BK dan konselor yang menghambat optimalisasi teknologi. Kesimpulannya, penerapan teknologi dalam bimbingan karir dapat memperkuat layanan tersebut dan mendukung peningkatan kematangan karir siswa jika disertai persiapan, pelatihan, dan kolaborasi yang efektif dari berbagai pihak terkait.
