The aim of this research is to determine the low learning motivation of class II students in the process of learning activities at SD Negeri 33 Lubuklinggau. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this research were all 21 class II students. The method used in this research is data collection in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research show that there are still class II students who have low motivation in studying at SD Negeri 33 Lubuklinggau as seen from the results of student questionnaire responses regarding motivation in learning activities in class.

Diabetes mellitus and hypertension are co-morbidities that are often found in COVID-19 patients. Diabetes can reduce the body's immunity and increase the rate of viral replication, and is associated with vascular problems. Hypertension is one of the comorbid diabetes with high morbidity and mortality. To determine the relationship between hypertension and the death of COVID-19 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Dr Sardjito General Hospital. Observational study with a retrospective cohort study design, using COVID-19 registry data at Dr Sardjito General Hospital for the period March 2020-July 2021. COVID-19 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who had hypertension and those who did not have hypertension were selected at Dr Sardjito General Hospital and Collected data on mortality, age, sex, other comorbidities, severity and length of stay. Data were processed using SPSS, in univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis models. the results of multivariate analysis using logistic regression found that hypertension, age, and ischemic heart disease did not have a significant association with the death of COVID-19 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The variable that had the greatest power as a predictor of death in COVID-19 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 is ARDS with a risk of death 20.8 times higher than without ARDS. Patients with kidney failure are at risk of dying 2.7 times higher than those without kidney failure. The addition of length of stay (LOS) 1 day of treatment reduces the risk of death by 16.3%. Hypertension has no significant relationship as a predictor of death in COVID-19 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Dr Sardjito General Hospital. Significant predictors of death in this study were ARDS, kidney failure, and were associated with length of stay (LOS).

The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) and the internet has entered all areas of life such as business and commerce, so that many shops use the internet to expand their business processes. In various industrial cases, even though they are very strong in their traditional business form, they will not hesitate to implement the e-catalog application, because this sistem can really help the loyal customer during the time to know what in the store is, the profile of specification of products. The purpose of this is to convince customers not looking for other stores. Tiara Fashion store is a store that sells women's clothes. In the marketing process, the store does not have media or a place to promote the store and the products it sells. It causes difficulties for customers in finding information about products being sold. Furthermore, the process of managing sales data is still recorded manually in book. This condition could accure errors in recording the oaculation of sales, data stacking and retrieving data. Based on this description, it is necessary to create a sistem that is able to facilitate the process of delivering information to the public through an e-catalog application that is applied to the web with sistem development using Waterfall with the initial stage is user’s requirements to identify the needs of the sistem to be build.

Street children are children who are forced to take to the streets due to a number of factors. The situation of street children is sometimes exacerbated by physical, verbal, emotional and sexual violence against children. Violence that occurs in the child's environment often occurs in the form of bullying. Bullying incidents do not only occur in the school environment, but also in the street children's environment. This study aims to analyze the types of bullying experienced by street children in the city of Padang. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a case study method. Sources of data in this study were street children as research subjects, as well as additional information in the form of research informants. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used refers to the interactive analysis model from Miles and Huberman. To test the validity of the data, the technique used is triangulation with sources. The results showed that the types of bullying experienced by street children in the city of Padang, namely direct bullying, in the form of being hit, pushed, tripped over, thrown things, teased, humiliated, humiliated, grabbed, compassed, pulled by his clothes, beaten up, cursed at, and slapped. For this type of indirect bullying, in the form of being expelled from social groups, spreading rumors, being insulted via the internet and being threatened via the internet. It can be concluded that every street child experience different types of bullying.

This research aims to produce Snakes and Ladders Media for PKN Learning Based on Problem Based Learning. Testing the validity, practicality and effectiveness of Snakes and Ladders Media in Problem Based Learning for Class V Students at SD Negeri 33 Lubuklinggau. This type of research is Research and Development with the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this research were 18 class IV students at SD Negeri 33 Lubuklinggau. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and tests. Based on the validation results of Ular Ladder Media based on the assessment of language 0,97 material 0,82 and media 0,81 experts, it shows that Ular Ladder Media meets the valid criteria. Meanwhile, from the analysis of teacher 83% student 88% and 90% practicality sheet assessments, it was found that Snakes and Ladders Media met the practical criteria. In the field test, an N-gain (g) of 0.74 was obtained with a high classification, which means that Snake and Ladder Media has high effectiveness. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Snakes and Ladders Media has been proven to be valid, practical and effective in Problem Based Learning for Class V Students at SD Negeri 33 Lubuklinggau. Inovasi teknologi pada administrasi persuratan sudah diterapkan oleh Universitas Mulawarman khususnya Fakultas Teknik dengan menyediakan website E-Surat (Elektronik Surat) yang berfungsi untuk melayani pengajuan surat secara online yang dilengkapi dengan tanda tangan digital. Perancangan ulang penelitian ini menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) agar menghasilkan desain antarmuka yang dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Terdapat 4 tahapan dalam metode User Centered Design (UCD) yaitu understand the context of use, specify user requirements, produce design solution dan evaluate design against user requirement. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan baru desain website E-Surat FT Unmul yang telah diuji kepada pengguna website tersebut menggunakan metode Usability Testing dan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS). Setelah melakukan pengujian, didapatkan hasil bahwa rancangan baru website E-Surat FT Unmul mendapatkan skor SUS 88 yang berarti telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna sehingga dapat dijadikan rekomendasi desain untuk pengembangan website kedepannya serta termasuk ke dalam kategori “excellent”.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of pressure, opportunity and rationalization on academic cheating behavior. This type of research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study were active students of the employee class of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trilogi University who participated in online learning. The sampling method used in this study was convenience sampling with a sample size of 135 respondents, the type of data in this study was primary using a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 4. The results of this study indicate that pressure and opportunity do not affect academic cheating behavior in online learning, but rationalization has a positive and significant effect on academic cheating behavior in online learning

Dalam era digital, proyek perangkat lunak menjadi hal penting bagi kesuksesan organisasi dalam dunia bisnis dan industri. Namun, tidak semua proyek perangkat lunak berjalan lancar, sering kali dihadapi dengan tantangan dan kesulitan yang dapat berdampak negatif. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan proyek perangkat lunak guna mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR) untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang menyeluruh dari berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil literatur review yang telah dilakukan, ada banyak faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam suatu proyek perangkat lunak. Namun terdapat 3 faktor yang paling mempengaruhi yaitu kualitas informasi yang akurat dan relevan membantu pengguna membuat keputusan yang lebih baik. Kualitas sistem yang handal dan mudah digunakan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan kinerja perangkat lunak. Keterlibatan manajemen memastikan dukungan, sumber daya dan adopsi perangkat lunak dalam organisasi maupun perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini terdapat banyak sektor yang telah merancang proyek perangkat lunak, terutama bidang pemerintahan dan pendidikan. Dengan hasil temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu sektor-sektor tersebut untuk meraih kesuksesan dalam proyek perangkat lunak mereka. Sehingga mereka dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kegagalan dan memperbesar peluang dalam mencapai kesuksesan proyek perangkat lunak.
