Abstract

The purpose of this study is expected to be able to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of logistics management. The article on the role of logistics management in supporting the management of goods for equitable distribution and having an impact on regional economic growth is a scientific literature article in the scope of logistics management. The approach or method used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Sage, WoS, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Logistics Management plays a role in Equitable Distribution; and 2) Logistics Management plays a role in Regional Economic Growth.

Abstract

Research articles on the role of organizational culture, market competition, mitigation strategies and information systems on risk management are scientific literature articles within the scope of risk management. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or review relevant previous articles. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan dengan variiabel bebas yaitu Risiko Kredit diproksikan Non-Performing Loan, Risiko Pasar diproksikan dengan Net Interest Margin, Risiko Operasional diproksikan dengan Beban Operasioanl Pendapatan Operasional, dan Likuiditas diproksikan dengan Loan to Deposit Ratio terhadap kinerja keuangan diproksikan Return On Assets. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu berupa data laporan keuangan. Sumber data penelitian ini di peroleh dari internet melalui situs resmi PT Bank Tabungan Negara berupa data laporan triwulan 2019-2023. Hipotesis ini diuji dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis yaitu uji analisis regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan menggunakan program Eviews versi 12. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel risiko kredit, risiko pasar, risiko operasional, dan likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Secara parsial risiko kredit, risiko pasar, risiko operasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan, likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-life balance and career development on employee performance at Bioskop XXI Grand Kota Bintang. This study used a quantitative method with a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. The population in this study were 72 employees at Bioskop XXI Grand Kota Bintang. The number of samples in this study was 72 employee respondents at Bioskop XXI Grand Kota Bintang. The measurement scale used was a Likert scale (1-5). The tests carried out in this study were the outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis test using the SEM-PLS technique using SmartPLS statistical software. The results of the study conducted at XXI Grand Kota Bintang Cinema are as follows: 1) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; and 2) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research is a study that studies the influence of investment knowledge and returns on investment decisions through investment interest in Bekasi City. This research uses a quantitative approach and population of this study is not known with certainty but the unit of analysis used is investors who invest in gold instruments and are the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This research sample adopted previous research which used the Lemeshow (1997) approach with a sample size of 100 respondents.  The results of this research indicate that investment knowledge does not influence investment decisions, return and investment interest influence investment decisions. Meanwhile, the indirect effect found that investment knowledge influences investment decisions through investment interest, while returns do not influence investment decisions through investment interest. This research focuses on the millennial generation and specifically those who invest in gold instruments. This research also focused on the city of Bekasi, which is one of the developing capital cities of Indonesia. The novelty of this research is in the research model where the researcher adds a return variable to this research which has never been done before to the best of the researcher's knowledge.

Abstract

This research aims to study and analyze the influence of brand image and social media on purchasing decisions which are mediated by purchasing interest. This research uses a quantitative design with sample in this study consisted of 105 respondents who were users of the Traveloka application in Bekasi City. This research uses multivariate statistical analysis (SEM) techniques to process research data. This research found that there is an influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, but social media has no influence on purchasing decisions. The same results show that buying interest influences purchasing decisions. Other findings show that brand image influences purchasing decisions through purchasing interest, but other findings show that social media has no influence on purchasing decisions through purchasing interest. This research focuses on the influence of brand image and social media marketing on purchasing decisions which are mediated by purchasing interest. This research also focuses on discussing users of the Traveloka application in Bekasi City to see how the Trevaloka application can be of interest to consumers. Theoretically, this research has an improvement research side where this research model has never been examined before during the researcher's research.
