Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Probolinggo dalam memberdayakan UMKM. Badan Amil Zakat Nasioal (BAZNAS) membuat sebuah program khusus dalam memberdayakan umkm melalui program pemberdayaan ekonomi ummat. Dengan kata lain zakat yang diperuntukkan bagi mustahiq dapat digunakan sebagai modal usaha, dimana usaha yang dikembagkan oleh mustahiq pada umumnya masih berskala kecil, yang tidak terakses oleh lembaga keuangan BANK, hal ini merupakan salah satu program BAZNAS Kabupaten Probolinggo dalam mengelola zakat produktif yaitu dengan meminjamkan modal usaha tanpa bunga. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi secara langsung ke lapangan. Strategi yang digunakan oleh BAZNAS dalam memaksimalkan program ini yakni dengan melakukan survey ke lapangan, pembinaan dan pembekalan kepada orang yang menerima bantuan dalam program pemberdayaan ekonomi ummat. Indikator keberhasilan BAZNAS dalam menjalankan program ini adalah ketepatan sasaran, pengarahan, dan evaluasi program agar program BAZNAS dalam memberdayakan usaha umkm dapat berjalan dengan maksimal.Kata kunci : strategi, UMKM,  Ekonomi Ummat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam meningkatkan pendapatan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Tamansari, Kecamatan Sumbermalang, Kabupaten Situbondo melalui kerajinan besek bambu. UMKM salah satu sektor yang berperan penting dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, khususnya bagi ibu rumah tangga yang ingin menambah pendapatan keluarga tanpa harus meninggalkan tanggung jawab domestik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku UMKM yang bergerak di bidang kerajinan besek bambu. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM kerajinan besek bambu memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan ibu rumah tangga. Selain itu, keberadaan UMKM ini juga mendorong pemberdayaan perempuan, meningkatkan keterampilan, serta memperluas jaringan pemasaran produk. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan modal, kurangnya akses pasar yang lebih luas, serta minimnya inovasi dalam desain produk. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan dari pemerintah dan pihak terkait untuk memperkuat peran UMKM dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

This research intends to analyze and compare the influence of Mudharabah and Murabahah funding to the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) Besuk Agung branch, through a quantitative approach with comparative analysis. Data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and financing documentation from MSME actors who are customers of BMT Besuk Agung branch. The findings suggest that both types of financing contribute positively to the development of MSMEs, but Murabahah financing is proven to be superior to Mudharabah financing. Murabahah financing provides cost certainty, ease of margin calculation, and reduces the risk of loss for BMT Besuk Agung branch, so that it is more in demand by MSMEs. Meanwhile, mudharabah financing, although it offers a profit-sharing system, tends to be less than optimal in encouraging the development of MSMEs due to the high risk and uncertainty of business results. Based on these findings, BMT Besuk Agung branch is advised to continue developing the murabahah financing scheme to support the growth of MSMEs more effectively.

Abstract

Penerapan literasi keuangan dan etika bisnis Islam dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi pelaku bisnis meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak literasi keuangan dan etika bisnis Islam terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM. Penelitian dengan metode kuantitatife deskriptif, pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner sebanyak 40 responden. Menerapkan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan penggunaan IBM SPSS versi 23. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan kepada kinerja bisnis UMKM, sementara etika bisnis Islam memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan kepada kinerja bisnis UMKM. Koefisien determinasi menghasilkan kedua variabell x berpengaruh secara simultans kepada kinerja bisnis umkm. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pemangku kepentingan UMKM dan pembuat kebijakan dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training and development programs on employee productivity at the Ronggo Mukti Batik Company. In an increasingly competitive business environment, improving the quality of human resources is a crucial element in enhancing a company's competitiveness. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Information was collected through intensive interviews and direct observation of employees to understand their personal experiences, perspectives, and behavioral transformations following the training and development program. The findings revealed that training and development positively impacted employee productivity, reflected in improved skills, job insight, and increased motivation to carry out responsibilities. Structured training initiatives and ongoing development activities have proven effective in enhancing employee capabilities and work enthusiasm, thus supporting improvements in individual and overall organizational performance. These results emphasize the urgency of a company's commitment to human resource management as a strategy for achieving long-term goals.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a series of activities that include planning, organizing, developing, motivating, and supervising human resources in an organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. This study aims to examine the role of human resource management in increasing employee creativity and productivity at Rumah Batik Dewi Rengganis. Increasingly fierce competition in the batik industry requires business actors to continue to innovate and produce high-quality products. In this context, effective human resource management is a key factor in organizational success. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, which is carried out through data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that human resource management which includes skills training, increasing work motivation, and implementing open and effective communication has a significant contribution to increasing employee creativity in producing innovative and diverse batik designs. In addition, the effectiveness of employee management also has a positive impact on increasing production productivity at Rumah Batik Dewi Rengganis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human resources on employee performance in managing rafting tourism in Probolinggo. The adventure tourism industry, especially rafting tourism, requires optimal human resource management to ensure tourist satisfaction, safety, and business sustainability. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method on Pekalen Rafting tourism in Probolinggo. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies with informants consisting of managers, rafting guides, operational staff, and support employees. The results of the study indicate that the role of human resources, including the recruitment process, training and development, and a fair compensation system, has a positive effect on employee performance in managing Pekalen Rafting tourism in Probolinggo. Good employee performance is reflected in the level of operational safety, customer satisfaction, and service efficiency. The conclusion of this study confirms that the role of human resources on employee performance is a key factor in increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of rafting tourism businesses.

Abstract

Human resource development through training is a strategic investment to strengthen the competitiveness of banking companies. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in Probolinggo implements various training programs to improve employee capabilities in responding to the increasingly competitive developments in the banking industry. The successful implementation of training programs is a crucial factor in achieving optimal employee competency improvement, thus requiring a comprehensive evaluation of the implementation process and the results obtained. This study aims to analyze the implementation of training programs conducted by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in Probolinggo and evaluate the impact of these training programs on employee competency. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods to obtain a comprehensive picture of the phenomena that are the focus of the study. Data collection was conducted through review and analysis of various relevant written sources. The results show that the implementation of training programs at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Probolinggo is carried out in a structured manner through several stages, namely identifying training needs, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The training program includes improving technical competency in the banking sector, developing managerial capabilities, and strengthening soft skills tailored to individual and organizational needs.
