Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh Standar Operasional Prosedur, Disiplin, Komitmen Afektif terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta. Populasi untuk penelitian pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 62 responden, dan memakai teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian memakai pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan uji instrumenya memakai uji validitas serta uji reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis memakai uji t serta uji f. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan, standar operasional prosedur (SOP) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate, work involvement, and affective commitment on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Bhakti Astawira Sejahtera, totaling 50 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that there is an influence of Organizational Climate, Work Involvement, and Affective Commitment together or simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variable intervening pada pegawai toko Dunia Fashion. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja, kepuasan kerja, organizational citizenship behavior dan komitmen organisasi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada toko Dunia Fashion yang berjumlah 73 pegawai dan sampel yang digunakan adalah Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (angket), sedangkan teknik analisis data yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji sobel dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan komitemen organisasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan (bersama-sama). Serta komitmen organisasi terbukti mampu memediasi kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Conscientiousness, Communication Satisfaction and Job Characteristic variables on employee performance. This research was conducted at KUD Sadar Sejahtera Musi Rawas. The sample of this research used total sampling so that the respondents in this study were 67 respondents. The test instrument used in this research is the Test of Validity and Reliability, Test of Classical Assumptions. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that Conscientiousness, Communication Satisfaction and Job Characteristics affect employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organizational climate on the behavior of organizational citizenship with job satisfaction as a mediator. The population used in this study consisted of employees of the Yogyakarta Department of Transportation, the sampling method was saturated sampling (census). The information was collected through questionnaires that were distributed to employees. The number of questionnaires processed was 51 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has no positive and significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior. The organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. There is no significant effect of the work environment on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. There is no significant effect of the organizational climate on the behavior of organizational citizenship with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Organizational culture has a long-term impact on performance and as a major factor in determining or influencing the failure or success of an organization for the next few years. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. (2) The effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction. (3) The effect of interpersonal communication on employee job satisfaction. (4) The influence of organizational culture, compensation, and interpersonal communication on employee job satisfaction. This research is a type of quantitative research, with the total population of all employees of the Yogyakarta City Land and Spatial Planning Office. The sampling technique in this study is a non-probability sampling technique where the technique used is saturated sampling (census). The number of samples in this study was 65 employees of the Yogyakarta City Land and Spatial Planning Office. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaires. The data analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, descriptive test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. Data analysis is performed to identify the independent variable that affects the dependent variable. The results showed that (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. (3) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. (4) Organizational culture, compensation, and interpersonal communication simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze employee performance as influenced by work motivation, climate, and work ethic. Then the technique implemented in sampling is a saturated sample and research data is collected through questionnaires. Furthermore, the researcher applied multiple linear regression testing methods to analyze the data. Based on the test results, the dependent variable, namely work performance is significantly positively influenced by the independent variable, namely, work motivation, work climate, and work ethic.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the influence of democratic leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of Basa-Basi Café Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The research population is all employees of Cafe Basa-Basi Yogyakarta, totaling 50 employees. The research sample is the entire population, amounting to 50 employees of Cafe Basa-Basi Yogyakarta. The technique of determining the sample using gross sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis, and classical hypothesis testing included testing for normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, as well as multiple regression testing. The results showed that democratic leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction had a partial and simultaneous positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment at Café Basa-Basi Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to build competitive strategy of higher education institution, and also to know the preference of students to make their choice in a college. The research method applied mix method that is the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The sample uses informant validated by 72 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is SWOT method, with Cochran Q Test technique to test the SWOT identification perception similarity. To know student preference, this research uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of this reseach showed that the position of the institution in the SWOT quadrant is already being known, also known the segmentation of students with different preferences. Implications of the findings of this research showed that: First, the development of strategies should take account of the quadrant positions; second, using the findings of student preferences for each segmentation as a basis for developing appropriate marketing strategies for each segmentation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at BLPT Yogyakarta which is mediated by work motivation. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method that takes samples from the entire population of 105 people and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool with a Likert scale. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique (census). The data analysis technique used is inner model with SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results of this research show that the impact that Self-Efficacy has on Employee Performance is shown by the Original Sample Coefficient (OS) value of 0.320 and the p-value of 0.000 is smaller than the 5% significance level (0.05) which indicates a significant effect. Work Discipline on Employee Performance is shown by the Original Sample Coefficient (OS) value of 0.400 and the p-value of 0.000 is smaller than the 5% significance level (0.05) which indicates a significant effect. Work Environment on Employee Performance is shown by the Original Sample Coefficient (OS) value of 0.295 and the p-value of 0.000 is smaller than the 5% significance level (0.05) which indicates a significant effect. It can be concluded that employee performance can be influenced by self-efficacy, work discipline and work environment.
