Abstract

Merebaknya digital marketing berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan berbagai aspek usaha yang memakai digital marketing termasuk pada industri kuliner. penurunan pendapatan berbagai aspek usaha termasuk pada industri kuliner. Tantangan pemasaran dunia digital kemudian menuntut pemilik Kerupuk Miskin sebagai pelaku usaha yang menyajikan produk makanan harus mampu bertahan di tengah persaingan bisnis kuliner digital. Berdasarkan latar belakang diperoleh 2 rumusan masalah yaitu: Bagaimana bentuk pemasaran digital yang diterapkan UMKM di Subang dalam meningkatkan penjualan di era new normal. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah digital marketing dan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi pendekatan kualitatif. Objek material penelitian ini adalah Kerupuk Miskin Bu Hana, sedangkan objek formalnya adalah digital marketing. Jenis pengumpulan datanya adalah kualitatif dari sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi atau observasi terfokus, wawancara mendalam, dipadukan dengan studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan.Kata Kunci : UMKM, Analisis SWOT, Pemasaran Dunia Digital

Abstract

Along with the development of the era, technology is developing very rapidly and affecting all lines. Companies can take advantage of this by using digital information systems such as employee performance appraisals whose data can be used for evaluation. In educational institutions, technological developments also have a lot of influence and make work easier. The object of this study is the Miftahul Huda Subang College of Economics, the intent and purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of lecturer performance assessments and website-based human resource developers. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. This analysis is strengthened by existing sources adapted from research journals and websites regarding performance appraisal systems, human resource development and the use of digital technology. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance appraisal system can help the process of human resource development, assisted by digital technology that is utilized properly.

Abstract

Management information system is a system that is created to make it easier for all parts of the company to get the information they need. Information systems have a big role in changing the company, one of which is improving employee performance with data loaded through the information system. In a company, employee performance will affect how the company develops, it can be fast or slow, this depends on the quality of the company. Batara Mas Company implements various types of information systems, according to the needs required. All activities carried out in the company are collected through the information system to be used as an evaluation and to improve employee performance towards a better direction. Data retrieval will be carried out through the website research journal adjusted to the data needed regarding the analysis of the application of the management information system to the performance of Batara Mas employees.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are a key factor in facing the challenges and opportunities that arise in the current digital era. Abstract

ABSTRACT As more people become aware of the importance of sharia principles in financial transactions, sharia banking is expanding in Indonesia. However, in the face of fierce competition from conventional banks, Islamic banks encounter certain obstacles in their efforts to become more competitive. The purpose of this study is to pinpoint the difficulties Islamic banks encounter and create workable plans to boost their competitiveness. Using a qualitative methodology, this study analyzes relevant documents and conducts in-depth interviews with participants in the conventional and sharia banking sectors. According to the study's findings, Islamic banks confront significant obstacles because of their limited product offerings, inadequate technology, and the general public's ignorance of the Islamic banking system. Islamic banks must therefore put plans into place that emphasize the growth of human resources (HR), the use of digital technologies, product innovation, and public education.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of leadership style, organizational culture, and career development in improving human resource (HR) performance through a qualitative approach. The leadership style applied in an organization can shape communication patterns, motivation, and relationships between leaders and employees, which in turn affect individual performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture formed from shared values, norms, and habits creates a work climate that supports or hinders productivity. Career development also plays an important role in providing opportunities for employees to improve their skills and knowledge, which has an impact on job satisfaction and overall performance. This study uses in-depth interviews and participant observation to explore views from various parties in the organization regarding the influence of these three factors on HR performance. The results show that empowering leadership, positive organizational culture, and support for career development have a close relationship with improving HR performance. These findings provide important insights for organizations to understand how these internal factors can be optimized to achieve better performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pencapaian Return on Assets (ROA) pada bank syariah dan bank konvensional dari tahun 2020 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah rata-rata ROA pada bank syariah dan bank konvensional adalah sama secara signifikan. Data diperoleh dengan melibatkan 10 bank syariah dan 32 bank konvensional melalui metode pengambilan sampel purposif. Data yang dimasukkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Data pengujian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pencapaian ROA pada bank syariah adalah 1,907, sedangkan pada bank konvensional adalah 2,571. Rasio Pengembalian Aset (ROA) pada bank syariah lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan ROA pada bank konvensional. Untuk menentukan apakah perbedaan tersebut signifikan, perlu dilakukan uji dengan using uji dua rata-rata sampel tidak berpasangan. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa nilai F yang dihitung adalah 11,327 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,002. Nilai signifikansi ini kurang dari 0,05. Ini menunjukkan bahwa data pada ROA memiliki sifat varians yang tidak setara antar kelompok. Pada uji t untuk kesetaraan rata-rata, diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,132. Nilai ini melebihi 0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara rata-rata ROA bank Syariah dengan rata-rata ROA bank konvensional.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) keripik pisang U & Z Snack Ria yang berlokasi di Desa Mundusari, Kecamatan Pusakanagara, Kabupaten Subang. UMKM ini menghadapi beberapa permasalahan, termasuk legalitas usaha yang belum lengkap, sistem manajemen dan akuntansi yang masih manual, serta pemasaran yang belum optimal, terutama dalam penjualan online. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, dilakukan berbagai intervensi seperti pendampingan pembuatan perizinan usaha, pelatihan manajemen keuangan dengan sistem akuntansi sederhana, serta strategi pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam sistem pengelolaan keuangan dan perluasan jangkauan pemasaran UMKM melalui platform online. Selain itu, upaya legalisasi juga telah membantu UMKM ini untuk lebih diakui secara resmi oleh pemerintah daerah, yang diharapkan dapat membuka peluang baru dalam mengembangkan usaha di masa mendatang. Dengan pendekatan holistik dalam mengatasi berbagai permasalahan UMKM, diharapkan usaha ini dapat lebih berkembang dan berkelanjutan, serta memberikan kontribusi positif bagi ekonomi lokal dan pemberdayaan masyarakat setempat.
