Abstract

Oranges are one of the most consumed fruits worldwide, and Indonesia is one of the largest orange producers globally. However, the quality of oranges in Indonesia varies widely and is heavily influenced by seasonal and weather conditions. This study aims to optimize the quality of oranges using various modern technologies in an orange orchard in Sidikalang, Dairi Regency, North Sumatra. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach through observation and interviews. The results indicate that the use of technologies such as precision irrigation systems, soil sensors, and drones can enhance the size, color, texture, sugar content, and nutritional value of oranges. Additionally, these technologies improve production efficiency by reducing water and fertilizer use and lowering labor costs. However, the adoption of these technologies faces challenges such as high initial costs and the need for farmer training. Therefore, support from the government and financial institutions is essential to overcome these challenges and improve the quality of oranges in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk, inovasi layanan, dan inovasi promosi secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Suzuya Lhokseumawe. Penurunan kepuasan pelanggan meskipun perusahaan telah menggunakan berbagai taktik inovasi adalah hal yang mendorong penelitian ini. Sebanyak 180 orang yang telah membeli di Suzuya setidaknya dua kali dalam enam bulan sebelumnya berpartisipasi dalam survei sebagai bagian dari pendekatan kuantitatif. Efek parsial dan simultan dari ketiga variabel independen terhadap kepuasan pelanggan diselidiki dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,817, temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersamaan, inovasi produk, layanan, dan promosi secara signifikan berdampak pada kebahagiaan pelanggan. Secara parsial, setiap variabel juga memiliki dampak yang besar, tetapi yang paling penting adalah inovasi promosi (β = 0,408), yang diikuti oleh inovasi layanan (β = 0,368) dan inovasi produk (β = 0,174). Hasil ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya pendekatan inovasi terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman berbelanja dan menumbuhkan loyalitas pelanggan. Studi ini memberikan saran yang berguna bagi manajemen Suzuya tentang bagaimana memusatkan inovasi pemasaran mereka, terutama pada taktik promosi digital.

Abstract

This research aims to identify horizontal communication barriers faced by PT Masterindo Jaya Global Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, descriptive data were obtained through literature study and observation of the research subjects, namely companies in Indonesia that experience horizontal communication problems. The results of qualitative data analysis show that communication barriers between units within the company can interfere with operational efficiency and effectiveness. Based on the findings, several solutions are proposed, such as choosing the right communication method, using easy-to-understand language, giving and asking for feedback in communication, increasing openness, maintaining harmonious inter-personal relationships, planning job placements correctly, and clarifying relationships within the organization. This research is expected to provide better insight into horizontal communication and provide guidance for managers and management system developers to improve communication effectiveness within the company.
