Abstract

This research endeavors to scrutinize the determinants influencing consumers' satisfaction for repurchasing intention on the Shopee platform, with customer satisfaction posited as an intermediary variable. Employing a quantitative methodology, data from respondents were collected through a google form survey. The sampling strategy involved convenience sampling, yielding a cohort of 102 participants. Data analysis was executed using a partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM), validated through SmartPls 3.0. The findings indicated that delivery service, brand reputation, and cashback promotions exerted a favorable impact on customer satisfaction, thereby positively influencing repurchase intentions. Moreover, customer satisfaction emerged as a mediating factor in the correlation between service delivery and repurchase intentions, as well as between cashback promotions and repurchase intentions.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hak tiap tiap warga negara, dari pendidikan lah perubahan pola pikir dan perilaku dapat tercipta, melalui pendidikan juga membuka cakrawala baru bagi tiap insan manusia di suatu negara. Tugas pokok dan fungsi seorang pendidik salah satunya dengan melaksanakan unsur pendidikan, diluar 3 unsur tri-dharma lainnya. Tiap- tiap mata kuliah yang diajarkanpun seyogyanya memiliki implementasi yang sesuai dengan keadaan yang terjadi saat ini di dunia pekerjaan. Untuk itu tim pengabdian Universitas Jakarta Internasional menyelenggarakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terhadap siswa/i SMA Kristoforus II, Jakarta sebagai bentuk tanggungjawab sosial seorang pendidik terhadap lingkungan sebagai bekal untuk para siswa/i menghadapi hari-hari setelah kelulusan mereka dari sekolah menengah. Abstract

This research aims to investigate how digital influencers and social presence impact consumer interest in live streaming commerce in Indonesia, with customer trust playing a mediating role. The study utilizes a quantitative approach, collecting data through online questionnaires distributed via Google Form. The population consists of consumers who have engaged in online purchases through live streaming commerce. Purposive sampling yielded 258 respondents. Data analysis employed the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) using SmartPls3.0. Findings indicate that digital influencers influence customer trust, social presence affects both customer trust and purchase intention, and customer trust mediates the relationship between social presence and purchase intention.

Abstract

Corona virus began to run the world in 2019, and started to enter Indonesia in 2020. The government of Indonesia then implemented an alert status telated to public health, and made effort to increase people’s immunity through various ways, where one of which is by vaccination. However, there is a lot of Indonesian refuse to take the vaccine due to their believe, and the massive publication in media that sayas a lot of people die since they had vaccination. Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Sabda Setia collaborate with Dinas Kesehatan, Pengendalian Penduduk, dan Keluarga Berencana socializing the benefits of vaccination, especially the third vaccination called booster to the community in Bengkayang regency. The socialization attended by 100 people from all over Bengkayang. At the end of the socialization, both parties agreed to sign a declaration of the willingness of all officials to carry out the third vaccine.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara variabel job crafting, perceived organizational support, dan work engagement terhadap job satisfaction dengan menggunakan work engagement sebagai variabel pemediasinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di direktorat penyehatan lingkungan, kementerian kesehatan republik Indonesia. Data diolah dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui google-form, dan terkumpul sebanyak 127 responden, kemudian diolah menggunakan SEM-PLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian inimenunjukan bahwa variabel job crafting, perceived organizational support, dan work-life balance berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction, work engagement juga berhasil memediasi tiap variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya, dalam hal ini variabel job satisfaction. Dalam hal ini direktorat penyehatan lingkungan dapat lebih meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawainya dengan memberikan para pegawai ruang untuk mendesain ulang pekerjaannya. Dukungan organisasi juga terbukti sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan seseorang dalam pekerjaannya melalui keseimbangan beban bekerja dan kehidupan diluar pekerjaannya. Hal juga terbukti meningkatkan kepuasan kerja seorang pegawai, hal ini dikarenakan seorang pegawai tidak akan merasakan kelelahan dalam bekerja, dan kepuasan bekerjanya akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial intention is a critical determinant of business venture sustainability, particularly among small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) owners. This study investigates the influence of social media, motivation, and creativity on entrepreneurial intention using the framework of Social Learning Theory. A quantitative research design was employed, with data collected through an online survey administered to 61 SME owners in South Tangerang, all of whom have operated their businesses for a minimum of three years and employed at least five staff members. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS version 26. The findings demonstrate that social media exerts a positive and statistically significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, whereas motivation and creativity have no significant impact. From a theoretical perspective, this study contributes to the application of Social Learning Theory in the context of established entrepreneurship. Practically, the results underscore the strategic importance of social media as a tool for fostering entrepreneurial learning and community engagement, thereby enhancing the entrepreneurial intentions of experienced SME owners.

Abstract

The Healthy living community movement as known as GERMAS is a systematic and planned program that symergized with several ministries and institution. This program aims to increase people’s willingness and awareness to adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle and behavior, such as : physical activity, consuming fruits, and vegetables, and also regularly check up. This program (community service) was carried out in kota tangerang selatan, attended by 200 participants from various elements of the surrounding community, and reached an agreement to commit to healthy living, one of which was signing a healhy living commitment.
