Abstract

This study investigates the role of knowledge-based recruitment, a component of knowledge-based human resource management (K-B HRM), in mediating the relationship between the value proposition of key employees and employer branding. This research uses the PLS-SEM method and purposive sampling to survey employees working in 3- to 5-star hotels in West Java and Jakarta. The results reveal that the value proposition of key employees has a positive and significant impact on both knowledge-based recruitment and employer branding. However, it is observed that knowledge-based recruitment only has a positive but insignificant effect on employer brand, indicating that it does not significantly mediate the relationship between key employees' value proposition and employer branding. These findings offer valuable insights to hotel companies in their efforts to enhance their reputation and image as sought-after workplaces for top talent within the hotel industry. Furthermore, these findings support the Indonesian government's initiatives to foster the development of human resources in the tourism sector. By strategically optimizing key employees' value propositions and diligently implementing knowledge-based recruitment practices, hotel companies have the remarkable opportunity to enhance their employer brand significantly.

Abstract

Paulo Freire dikenang sebagai salah satu tokoh Pendidikan yang mengubah paradigma pendidikan, menjadikannya alat transformasi sosial dan keadilan. Paulo Freire adalah seorang filsuf dan pendidik asal Brasil yang menekankan pentingnya pendidikan sebagai alat pembebasan. Media video dapat memberdayakan siswa dengan Keterampilan Digital dimana sejalan dengan teori Freire mengenai Pendidikan pembebasan. Siswa perlu diberi kebebasan untuk dapat mempelajari hal-hal yang sesuai dengan zamannya. Era saat ini merupakan era digital dimana banyak melibatkan teknologi informasi dalam pembeljaran. Belajar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam penggunaan salah satu aplikasi pembuatan video untuk pembelajaran adalah hal yang dibutuhkan untuk era revolusi industry 4.0 ini dan era society 5.0. Para siswa sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan dan sangat serius mengikut tahapan demi tahapan pelatihan.

Abstract

Keberadaan Lahan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan (LP2B) perlu disikapi dengan bijak guna menekan laju alih fungsi lahan pertanian ke non pertanianPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh implementasi kebijakan perlindungan LP2B terhadap efektivitasnya dalam menekan laju alih fungsi lahan pertanian. Implementasi kebijakan yang baik dan tepat akan berhasil dan memberikan dampak dalam menekan alih fungsi lahan pertanian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel yang digunakan adalah efektivitas kebijakan dan implementasi kebijakan. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 54 responden. Data dianalisis dengan uji Chi-Square untuk melihat pengaruh implementasi kebijakan perlindungan LP2B di Kabupaten Gunungkidul terhadap efektivitas kebijakan dalam menekan laju alih fungsi lahan pertanian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai Asymp.Sig 0,051. Nilai ini lebih besar dari nilai kritis 0,05. Berdasarkan hipotesis penelitian, maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Hal ini artinya kebijakan perlindungan LP2B di Kabupaten Gunungkidul tidak efektif dalam menekan laju alih fungsi lahan pertanian. Sehingga diperlukan koordinasi dan konsolidasi antara pemangku kebijakan serta partisipasi masyarakat.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, customer satisfaction is one of the key benchmarks for assessing the quality of services in various sectors, including education. The development of a Service Excellence model aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction in schools is crucial to achieving educational quality. This model not only focuses on the service aspect but also encompasses improvements in teaching quality and parental involvement in the educational process. Therefore, the implementation of this model is expected to create a better learning environment and encourage collaboration among all stakeholders to achieve optimal educational goals. The application of this model also provides schools with the opportunity to adapt to the needs and expectations of students and parents, resulting in a more relevant and fulfilling educational experience. Consequently, collaboration between schools, students, and parents becomes a vital factor in creating an innovative and responsive learning atmosphere. By integrating technology into education and supporting efficient communication, schools can build a more engaging and suitable learning experience for students. Innovation in curriculum and teaching methods can also enhance student creativity, preparing them to face future challenges with better skills and a deeper understanding of a constantly changing world. Ongoing evaluation should not be overlooked, as it allows schools to adjust their strategies and ensure that every student receives the support they need to reach their full potential.

Abstract

This research aims to look at traditional practices that are still part of the culture of the people of Bleberan Village in Gunungkidul Regency. The existence of the "Kedung Poh" spring cannot be separated from the life of the community. To maintain the existence of the spring, the community carries out the traditional "merti spring" ceremony. The "merti spring" ceremony is a tribute to God Almighty, who has provided a source of water for the community. The method used in this research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation techniques. The resource persons in this research consisted of community members and community leaders in the Bleberan Village area, "Kedung Poh" spring is in the Bleberan Village area, Kapanewon Playen, Gunungkidul Regency. The results of this research show that the residents of Bleberan Village, with various dynamics of social life, always carry out "merti spring" as a form of gratitude to God Almighty for the existence of the Kedung Poh spring. The "merti spring" ceremony is an important part of maintaining the existence of the spring which has been a source of water to fulfill the water needs of the community.
