Abstract

This research aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of literature related to workload in the digital era. Bibliometric analysis methods are used to explore and understand recent developments in workload research, particularly in the context of the digital era. This research collects data from primary bibliographic sources including scientific journals, conferences, and other related literature.The results of the bibliometric analysis provide an in-depth understanding of workload research trends, dominant measurement methods, as well as the significant contributions of researchers in this field. In addition, through network analysis, relationships and collaboration between researchers as well as research interdisciplinarity can be identified. The findings of this research provide valuable insight into recent developments in workload analysis in the digital era. The implications of this research can help researchers, practitioners and policy makers understand research dynamics related to workload and map potential research directions in the future. The conclusions from this bibliometric analysis can serve as a basis for developing a better understanding of workload challenges and opportunities in the changing world of work.

Abstract

In an era of ever-evolving research, a deep understanding of work productivity is crucial to improving the performance of individuals, institutions, and the research field as a whole. This study explores the potential use of bibliometric analysis as an effective tool in analyzing and improving work productivity and by using the VOSViewer application to be able to find improvements in work productivity in the period 2019 to 2024. This approach allows us to look beyond the number of publications, taking into account factors such as h index, citation rate, and collaboration patterns. This article data was obtained from the Goggle Schooler database using the Publish or Perish reference manager application. From this search, there are 200 articles that are considered relevant. These results show that the number of publications related to this topic from 2019 to 2024 is fairly large. With an average number of publications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Transformasi Bisnis Startup: Pengaruh Budaya, Kepemimpinan, dan Teknologi di Era Digital" dan bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dinamika kompleks yang memengaruhi kesuksesan perusahaan rintisan di tengah lanskap bisnis Indonesia yang terus berkembang. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada interaksi antara budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan inovatif, dan adopsi teknologi digital sebagai faktor utama keberhasilan startup. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan menerapkan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) untuk menganalisis data dari 100 perusahaan rintisan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan inovatif, dan adopsi teknologi digital terhadap keberhasilan bisnis startup. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi profil demografis startup, termasuk tren industri, usia, dan ukuran perusahaan, yang memberikan wawasan tambahan mengenai dinamika sektor startup di Indonesia. Temuan penelitian ini memiliki implikasi praktis yang signifikan bagi para praktisi startup, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti yang berupaya memperkuat semangat inovasi dan keberlanjutan ekosistem startup di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of visionary leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, as well as to analyze the moderating role of innovation and digital competence within organizational settings in Indonesia. The research is motivated by the growing need to enhance employee performance amid organizational dynamics and digital transformation. This study employs a quantitative explanatory approach with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale from 150 employees in public and private organizations across Indonesia. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, data quality testing, inferential and moderation analysis, and cause–effect mapping using the Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagram. The results indicate that visionary leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, innovation and digital competence significantly strengthen these relationships as moderating variables. The Fishbone Diagram structure confirms that employee performance is influenced by an integrated set of managerial, human resource, process, and technological factors. These findings highlight the importance of aligning leadership, organizational culture, and digital capability development to achieve sustainable improvements in employee performance.

Abstract

Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) is a form of community engagement carried out by university students through an interdisciplinary, institutional, and partnership-based approach as a realization of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This program is mandatory and is based on the principles of academic competence, entrepreneurship, and professionalism in order to produce high-quality, relevant, and synergistic community service activities that enhance community empowerment. Based on this background, the KKN program was implemented in Sukadami Village with the objective of providing basic knowledge and skills, particularly in the fields of education, religion, and governance. The main issues identified in the village were related to the quality of human resources, especially the low level of digital literacy in supporting UMKM activities and tourism development. Therefore, the KKN activities aimed to address these challenges and foster a digitally literate community. The results of the program indicate an increase in sales turnover of local UMKM products and improved community satisfaction following the renovation of the local fishing facility.
