Abstract

Keterampilan kerja yang berkualitas sangat penting untuk bersaing dalam pasar global yang semakin terhubung dan canggih. Pemerintah Indonesia telah meluncurkan program SMK Pusat Keunggulan melalui Dirjen Vokasi untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut. Program ini bertujuan memperbaharui pendidikan vokasi sesuai dengan tuntutan industri. Terdiri dari tiga kategori, yaitu SMK Pusat Keunggulan 2021, SMK Pusat Keunggulan Lanjutan, dan SMK Pusat Keunggulan Skema Pemadanan, yang memberikan dukungan infrastruktur serta pengembangan kapasitas fisik dan non-fisik. Tujuan program ini adalah membentuk hubungan antara pendidikan dan dunia kerja melalui pelatihan guru, pengembangan kurikulum, dan penerapan Teaching Factory. Di SMKN 1 Sekampung, tim dari Fakultas Teknik UMMAT memberikan bimbingan selama tiga bulan dengan fokus pada koordinasi, proyek industri, dan Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK). Dampaknya terlihat dari peningkatan hasil tracer study dari 80% menjadi 90%, panduan sarana prasarana baru, serta penyesuaian kurikulum dengan konsep Merdeka Belajar. Meskipun dihadapkan dengan tantangan teknis dan non-teknis, upaya ini telah berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan serta kesesuaian kurikulum dengan kebutuhan industri. Kolaborasi antara sekolah, dinas pendidikan, dan perguruan tinggi menjadi kunci sukses dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Program ini menjadi contoh bagus dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan vokasi dengan mengintegrasikan dunia pendidikan dan industri, yang diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk program serupa di masa depan.

Abstract

Lembah Sari Village is one of the villages located in Batu Layar sub-district, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The village has an area of 500 hectares with a population of 3,161 people. Lembah Sari Village is surrounded by hills and lots of green land, making it a special attraction for visitors to the village. The large population in Lembah Sari Village has its own problems, namely the number of villagers who use plastic waste in their daily activities so that this becomes a problem that needs to be addressed. As a form of scientific service to the community, the teaching staff together with Civil Engineering students of Muhammadiyah Mataram University together provide assistance in utilizing plastic waste into eco-bricks which are appropriate technology. This eco-brick is made by utilizing plastic waste around the village and then utilized into a form of building material or other materials. This eco-brick can be one of the solutions to reduce plastic waste in Lembah Sari village and be utilized as a business for the Lembah Sari village community

Abstract

In the modern era like today, development projects are developing rapidly. In a development project, several problems often occur that can hinder project completion. Problems that occur are often caused by the level of difficulty and complexity of each work carried out. Therefore, the Primavera 6.0 program can be used to improve performance in project completion. The problem itself can be overcome by accelerating the addition of labor and working time. This research uses a project to add additional buildings and hydromechanical equipment to the Bintang Bano Dam in West Sumbawa Regency. This research aims to obtain efficiency in project implementation, therefore a work network analysis was carried out using the PDM (Precedence Diagram Method) strategy to obtain critical work and the crashing method to obtain acceleration duration using Primavera 6.0 software as a tool. From this analysis, critical work was found in the cliff safety sub-work (shotcrete) and the construction of stop log houses. The efficiency obtained from accelerating critical work is the result of accelerating by adding workers who get 24 days less than the normal time. As a result of the acceleration carried out, the total project cost was initially Rp. 10,600,900,901.24 in 224 days to Rp. 10,549,232,260.12 in 200 days, there is a difference of Rp. 51,668,641.11 from the normal project or a decrease of 0.49%. Meanwhile, acceleration was carried out by adding working time (overtime) to get 19 days shorter than normal time. As a result of the acceleration carried out, the total project cost was initially Rp. 10,600,900,901.24 in 224 days to Rp. 10,590,687,924.51 in 205 days, there is a difference of Rp. 10,212,976.73 from the normal project or a decrease of 0.10%.
