Abstract

Program Community Development ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola keuangan dengan teknologi digital, yang sangat penting agar usaha dapat bertahan dan berkembang di tengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Kegiatan ini mencakup pemahaman laporan keuangan, manfaatnya bagi bisnis, serta proses pencatatan transaksi yang sistematis. Peserta juga diperkenalkan dengan berbagai aplikasi keuangan digital yang dapat membantu pencatatan dan pengelolaan bisnis mereka, salah satunya adalah Kledo yang menawarkan fitur lengkap seperti pencatatan transaksi harian, analisis keuangan, serta pembuatan laporan keuangan otomatis. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan pelaku UMKM dapat lebih memahami pentingnya digitalisasi dalam pengelolaan keuangan, meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis, serta memperkuat daya saing mereka di era digital. Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang tepat, UMKM dapat lebih mudah mengontrol arus kas, mengoptimalkan strategi bisnis, dan meningkatkan transparansi keuangan yang akan berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan usaha mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how service standards and merchandise management are implemented by members of the Koperasi Pedagang Pusat Perbelanjaan Depok (KPPD). This cooperative plays an important role in supporting the economic activities of traders in the shopping center, particularly in providing merchandise and improving service quality to customers. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through direct observation, interviews with cooperative members, and documentation of cooperative activities. The findings show that most members have applied good service standards, such as friendliness, punctuality, and cleanliness of their business premises. However, there are still several challenges, such as irregular inventory management and a lack of regular training provided by the cooperative. In terms of merchandise, most members offer products that meet consumer needs, although not all have adopted neat and systematic record-keeping practices. This study recommends that the cooperative take a more active role in providing training and conducting regular supervision to maintain consistent service standards and merchandise quality. By doing so, KPPD can continue to grow as a professional and trustworthy collective economic institution for its members.

Abstract

The implementation of construction work, there are still many problems, namely schedule mismatches, delays, and cost calculations that are sometimes inaccurate because they still use conventional methods. In the Al-Multazam Islamic Boarding School Building Construction project, Kuningan still uses traditional methods, where this method has the potential for human error because in making calculations it can be wrong to enter data which will ultimately change the calculation results to be greater. This research aims to show that the BIM method is very important to be applied in construction projects to streamline work productivity in building construction projects. In this case, there are differences in the results of the calculation of Quantity Take Off on the project, the difference in the results of the analysis shows that there is a difference between the existing volume and the volume of the Quantity Take Off results using the BIM concept, Foot plate foundation work has an average difference of 6.67%, Tie Beam has a difference of 7.62%, Beams have a difference of 5.30%, Columns have a difference of 8.26%, and Floor Plates have an average difference of 2.51%.  This research has implications for the application of BIM to enable a more structured, efficient, and accurate planning and implementation process, thereby reducing the potential for errors caused by human factors. In addition, the use of BIM can also increase efficiency in overall project management, including in schedule monitoring, cost estimation, and resource management, which in turn can increase work productivity on building construction projects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan informasi mendalam terkait penjelasan dan memperoleh hasil olah data mengenai seberapa besar pengaruh dari promosi terhadap penjualan. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini diterapkan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi atau sampel yang terlibat berjumlah 100 responden, yang merupakan calon wali murid atau orang tua dari calon peserta didik. Data diperoleh melalui kajian lapangan dan pengisian kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung. Hasil koefisien korelasi (r) yaitu sebanyak 0,928 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara promosi dengan penjualan dengan tingkatan hubungan yang cukup tinggi dan searah, korelasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan signifikan karena p < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil koefisien determinasi yaitu Adjusted R Square bahwa kontibusi variabel promosi terhadap variabel penjualan sebesar 0,860 atau 86% dan sisanya 14% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang diteliti. Hasil persamaan regresi linear sederhana dari variabel X dan variabel Y yaitu: Y = 5,780 + 0,876X + e. Jika promosi diberisi 1 satuan, artinya penjualan bernilai 5,780 satuan. Dan jika promosi ditingkatkan 100% maka akan diikuti dengan peningkatan penjualan sebanyak 87,6%, dengan asumsi variabel lain tidak mengalami perubahan. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis, yaitu diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk variabel promosi (X) lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar (24,680 > 1,985) dan nilai signifikan nya yaitu dibawah 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Maka berarti: Variabel promosi secara parsial dinyatakan terbukti berhubungan signifikan dengan penjualan, sehingga artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima.
