Abstract

This study examines the influence of advertising spending, customer relationship management, market segmentation, and competitive positioning on brand awareness and revenue growth in the retail sector of Indonesia. Data from 300 participants were gathered and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares version 3, employing a quantitative methodology. The findings demonstrate that all proposed connections are statistically significant and positive, suggesting that making smart investments in advertising, implementing good customer relationship management techniques, conducting precise market segmentation, and establishing a strong competitive position have a substantial impact on increasing brand awareness and driving revenue growth. These findings provide significant information for retail managers and marketers who want to optimize their marketing strategy and achieve sustainable growth in a competitive market.

Abstract

Abstract

In the context of rapid digital transformation, human capital has become a central pillar of organizational resilience and global competitiveness. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 61 peer-reviewed articles published between 2018 and 2024 to examine contemporary strategies in talent retention and upskilling within digitally evolving workplaces. The findings reveal five dominant themes: talent retention strategies, upskilling and reskilling initiatives, digital HRM systems, employee engagement, and global workforce agility. These themes highlight the growing convergence between strategic HR practices and technological advancement. Organizations that integrate personalized learning pathways, data-driven decision-making, and inclusive talent development frameworks demonstrate greater adaptability and innovation. However, the review also uncovers regional disparities, implementation gaps, and the need for culturally responsive leadership. This study contributes to the theoretical enrichment of digital-era HRM and provides practical insights for policymakers and organizational leaders aiming to future-proof their workforce through aligned and agile human capital strategies.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendorong transformasi digital pada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui strategi kolaborasi Digital Marketing serta pembentukan tim kerja yang efektif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, tim memberikan pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan WhatsApp Business, dasar-dasar pemasaran digital, serta pentingnya struktur kerja tim yang solid dalam pengelolaan usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terhadap konsep Digital Marketing dan mulai mengaplikasikan fitur digital dalam usahanya. Selain itu, peserta menyadari pentingnya pembagian peran dalam tim untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Kesimpulannya, transformasi UMKM melalui pendekatan digital dan kolaboratif merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha. Diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan untuk memastikan penerapan strategi ini secara optimal. Kata kunci: UMKM, Digital Marketing, WhatsApp Business, transformasi digital, tim yang efektif

Abstract

Program Community Development ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola keuangan dengan teknologi digital, yang sangat penting agar usaha dapat bertahan dan berkembang di tengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Kegiatan ini mencakup pemahaman laporan keuangan, manfaatnya bagi bisnis, serta proses pencatatan transaksi yang sistematis. Peserta juga diperkenalkan dengan berbagai aplikasi keuangan digital yang dapat membantu pencatatan dan pengelolaan bisnis mereka, salah satunya adalah Kledo yang menawarkan fitur lengkap seperti pencatatan transaksi harian, analisis keuangan, serta pembuatan laporan keuangan otomatis. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan pelaku UMKM dapat lebih memahami pentingnya digitalisasi dalam pengelolaan keuangan, meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis, serta memperkuat daya saing mereka di era digital. Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang tepat, UMKM dapat lebih mudah mengontrol arus kas, mengoptimalkan strategi bisnis, dan meningkatkan transparansi keuangan yang akan berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan usaha mereka.
