Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of graduate competency standards at SDN Kalongan 01 Ungaran Timur, based on (a) affective, (b) cognitive, (c) psychomotor aspects. The research subjects were school principals, teachers and staff employees. Seen at SDN Kalongan 01: (1) Students are not serious when praying (cognitive aspect) showing that students do not understand religious teachings, (2) Students are not yet responsible (affective aspect) seen when many students still break the rules, and (3) there are still many who cannot operate a computer (psychomotor aspect). After the research was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Then qualitative descriptive data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman Interactive technique. The research results show that the implementation of graduate competency standards at SDN Kalongan 01 is good. It is proven in the education quality report that affective and cognitive competencies have been achieved well. However, the psychomotor aspect needs to be developed further.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of coaching techniques in increasing the social competence of teachers at SDN Kalongan 01 Ungaran Timur. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews with teachers and students, observations. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in the social competence of teachers at SDN Kalongan 01 after coaching was carried out. It can be seen from the achievements of the Education report card at SDN Kalongan 01, indicator E.1.2. Participation of the Education Unit residents has increased after coaching was carried out by the school principal.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze planning strategies and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation implemented to improve the quality of education at SDN Kalongan 01. This research uses a qualitative case study approach with the aim of understanding in depth the planning strategies implemented by SDN Kalongan 01 in improving the quality of education . The planning strategy implemented at SD Negeri Kalongan 01 has had a positive impact on the quality of education. However, there are still several challenges that need to be overcome.
