Abstract

Proses produksi telah banyak berevolusi dengan diperkenalkannya konsep manufaktur inovatif yang handal. Salah satu komponen mesin yang banyak diproduksi adalah cylinder head. Cylinder head harus tahan terhadap temperatur dan tekanan yang tinggi selama engine bekerja. Oleh sebab itu umumnya cylinder head dibuat dari besi tuang. Kendala yang ada saat ini yaitu proses pembuatan cylinder head kurang efektif dan efisien karena ketika menetapkan sudut untuk membuat reamer berbasis manual, selain itu setting benda kerja tidak otomatis sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang terlalu lama. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan adanya jig dan fixture. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi perancangan fixture (Society of Manufacturing Engineers). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat kelebihan dari jig dan fixture yang telah dirancang ulang yaitu: 1) memiliki stoper yang berfungsi untuk memberhentikan benda kerja, dengan sudut yang sudah ditentukan sehingga tidak perlu mensetting sudut kembali; 2) tidak mudah bergeser apabila fixture dipasang dan sejajar di meja frais; 3) terdapat dua engsel sehingga lebih balance; 4) pemasangan tidak rumit sehingga tidak memakan banyak waktu dalam pembuatan produk.Kata kunci: Jig and fixture; redesign; head cylinder The production process has evolved a lot with the introduction of innovative reliable manufacturing concepts. One of the engine components that are widely produced is the cylinder head. The cylinder head must withstand high temperatures and pressures while the engine is running. Therefore, generally the cylinder head is made of cast iron. The current constraint is that the cylinder head manufacturing process is less effective and efficient because when setting the angle to make the reamer a manual basis, besides that the workpiece setting is not automatic so it takes too long. The solution to this problem is the presence of jigs and fixtures. The research method used is the fixture design methodology (Society of Manufacturing Engineers). Based on the results of the analysis, there are advantages to the redesigned jig and fixture, namely: 1) it has a stoper which functions to stop the workpiece, at a predetermined angle so that there is no need to set the angle again; 2) it does not move easily when the fixture is installed and parallel to the milling table; 3) there are two hinges so that it is more balanced; 4) installation is not complicated so it does not take much time to manufacture the product.Keywords : Jig and fixture; redesign; head cylinder.  DAFTAR RUJUKAN Basuki, B., Yoto., Suyetno A., & Tjiptady, B. Abstract

Masterweb is a concept where multiple web services are integrated into a centralized platform, offering seamless access and management of various online tools and resources. Research discusses the effectiveness of masterweb in optimizing digital-based learning and education management. Research method uses a mix method approach with an exploratory design. Paper also highlights the importance of transforming learning media in the digital era and how digitalization can improve the quality of vocational education. Research results show that the application of Masterweb allows the adoption of blended learning methods that combine conventional approaches with digital elements. Collaboration with expert companies in developing e-learning and multimedia systems also ensures the availability of ICT infrastructure that supports the smooth learning process. With Masterweb, teachers and school management can be more effective in recording teaching and learning activities, monitoring student attendance, and increasing the effectiveness of monitoring and developing student skills. This research provides important insights into the importance of technology integration in education to increase efficiency, effectiveness, management and the attractiveness of learning in the digital era

Abstract

The Quester CWE 370 truck is one of the most widely used transport vehicles in the industry, where reliability and operational efficiency are critical to ensuring a smooth supply chain. This research aims to optimize truck performance through vessel system modification, which focuses on improving fuel strength and efficiency. The modification process includes checking the raw material, cutting, welding, and smoothing, which is followed by testing to ensure fuel flow stability and better engine response. The results show that vessel system modifications not only improve fuel efficiency, but also extend engine life and reduce the need for routine maintenance. Thus, these modifications provide long-term benefits for the company in terms of operational cost savings and increased productivity.

Abstract

Website menyajikan informasi yang dapat terpublikasi dan menjadi konsumsi masyarakat sehingga masyarakat dapat memperoleh informasi lebih cepat dan informatif. Berkembangnya teknologi muncul berbagai kemudahan pengguna dalam memperoleh informasi lebih cepat melalui Chatbot. Pengujung website kampus Politeknik Masamy Internasional (POLMAIN) dapat membaca informasi pada masing-masing halaman website. Informasi yang disajikan pada website dirasa kurang lengkap dan informatif dalam mencari data atau informasi karena tidak memiliki fasilitas pencarian sehingga pengunjung harus membaca informasi satu per satu pada halaman website hingga pengunjung website mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah semakin hari jumlah pengguna yang ingin mengajukan pertanyaan dalam waktu bersamaan semakin banyak dan membutuhkan respon dengan cepat sehingga perancangan fitur chatbot ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut untuk mempercepat pengguna mendapatkan informasi tentang kampus POLMAIN serta agar website kampus POLMIN lebih interaktif karena dapat melakukan tanya jawab untuk memberikan informasi. Chatbot pada website kampus POLMAIN ini dibangun menggunakan platform Eva.id. Perancangan fitur chatbot website kampus POLMAIN ini memiliki beberapa tahap yaitu identifikasi masalah, identifikasi dataset melalui survei pertanyaan, pengumpulan data, membuat dataset, identifikasi spesifikasi perangkat kersa dan perangkat lunak, perancangan chatbot, implementasi chatbot dan ujicoba. Hasil survei pertanyaan dijadikan sebagai dataset knowledge base pertanyaan pada chatbot. Platform Eva.id membantu pembuatan fitur chatbot ini dimana penulis memasukkan dataset kedalam fitur knowledge based pada platform Eva.id. Knowledge based telah terbentuk, selanjutnya adalah tahap pengintegrasian chatbot ke website kampus POLMAIN dilakukan dengan menyalin script web widget dengan bahasa javascript di fitur channel dari platform Eva.id, selanjutnya script tersebut ditambahkan dalam script tampilan website POLMAIN. Fitur chatbot ini memiliki dua(2) hak akses yaitu admin dan pengguna. Admin dapat mengelola pertanyaan, jawaban, keyword dan live chat. Pengguna dapat bertanya melalui bot atau melalui live chat dan menerima jawaban pertanyaan. Fitur chatbot pada website POLMAIN ini dapat membuat fungsi website sebagai pusat informasi yang lebih dinamis dan realtime tanpa harus membuka platform lain seperti aplikasi chatting Whatsapp karena memiliki fasilitas live chat sehingga lebih efisien dan mudah digunakan.
