Abstract

Di Indonesia prevelensi perokok anak 13-15 tahun mencapai 26,8 dari total populasi Indonesia. Dimana yang lebih memprihatinkan lagi didapatkan juga bahwa pelajar yang merokok dari umur 10-14 tahun naik 2,1 persen (%) yaknidari 9,5 persen (%) menjadi 11,5 persen (%). Di Provinsi Lampung berada di atas rata-rata nasional yaitu 38,0 %. Sedangkan di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah presentase penduduk usia 15-19 tahun yang merokok adalah sebesar 33,7 % , Berdasarkan hasil pre survei wawancara bebas tentang bahaya merokok terhadap siswa kelas VII,VIII,IX masing-masing 10 orang setiap perwakilan kelas, untuk memperoleh, data pengetahuan bahaya merokok pada siswa, didapatkan 6 orang (60%) siswa kelas VII yang mengerti tentang bahaya merokok dan , 7 orang (70%) siswa kelas VIII yang merokok, dan 7 orang (70%) siswa kelas IX yang merokok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan dengan menggunakan media audio visual terhadap pengetahuan tentang bahaya merokok pada Siswa SMP N 1 Seputih Banyak Lampung Tengah Tahun 2014.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analitik. Populasi yang akan diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan subyek penelitian atau subyek yang diteliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP N 1 Seputih Banyak Lampung Tengah Tahun ajaran 2013-2014 dengan jumlah 210 siswa. dan sampel sebanyak 138 responden. Analisa digunakan dengan Analisa bivariat uji T (Paired Sample T-Test)Secara umum pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil, Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa bahwa hasil pengetahuan pada tes awal (pretest) dan pengetahuan akhir (posttest) menunjukkan rata-rata nilai yang berbeda. Dari tabel tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa rata-rata nilai pretest adalah sebesar 52,25 dengan nilaii minimum 35 dan nilai maksimum 80. Berbeda dengan nilai posttest yang memiliki nilai hasil belajar sebesar 75,87 dengan nilai minimum 50 dan nilai maksimum 100. Perlu lebih ditingkat guru untuk melakukan penyuluhan menggunakan media audio visual tentang bahaya merokok. Kata Kunci : Audio Visual, Merokok

Abstract

Accreditation is a systematic evaluation process aimed at assessing the feasibility and quality of educational institutions, playing a significant role in driving improvements in education quality. This study aims to examine the role of accreditation in enhancing the quality of education at MTs Al-Idris, a madrasa committed to shaping an excellent generation based on Islamic values. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study found that accreditation serves not only as an indicator of quality achievements but also as a strategic tool driving holistic improvements, including in curriculum, teaching staff, facilities, and stakeholder satisfaction. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for madrasa in optimizing accreditation outcomes to achieve higher-quality education.

Abstract

Leaders are the decisive factors in the success or failure of an organization and effort. Whether in the business or in education, health, company, relegi, social, political, state government, and so forth, a leader's quality determines the success of an institution or organization. Leadership is an unavoidable social fact of arranging relationships between individuals associated with one society. Where each individual has a collective purpose that wants to be realized together in society. On this research will be concerned about how leadership education in human resources. As for the research methods used in this study are qualitative research methods, to be exact library research. With a documentary data collection technique and data analysis analysis of content analysis. The results of this study show that the ideal nature of leaders in Islam is knowledge, the spirit of calling upon goodness, noble virtue, istiqomah, patience, justice, honesty, discipline, the soul responsible and has the spirit to build. Leaders must inspire and instill a spirit of cooperation in realizing Shared vision and mission.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a critical indicator that measures the quality of development in a region through health, education, and economic dimensions. This study aims to analyze the key factors influencing HDI and its impact on social development in Indonesia. Using a descriptive analysis approach, secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) were utilized to evaluate HDI trends and disparities in recent years. Findings indicate that HDI improvement directly impacts community welfare, strengthens social stability, and reduces economic inequality. However, challenges such as regional disparities and unequal access to basic services must be addressed to achieve sustainable development. The implications of this study are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in designing more inclusive development strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the work ethic of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in enhancing students' learning motivation at SMP Islam Terpadu Darul Muttaqin Rumbia, Central Lampung Regency. The background of this research highlights the crucial role of teachers in fostering effective learning environments and encouraging high student motivation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included the school principal, PAI teachers, and eighth-grade students. The findings reveal that a strong teacher work ethic—reflected in time discipline, mastery of subject matter, teaching creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility—significantly contributes to increased student motivation. However, several challenges remain, such as teacher tardiness, limited creativity in delivering material, and weak content mastery. Therefore, continuous improvement of teachers' work ethic is essential to support the achievement of optimal educational outcomes.
