The purpose of this research is to find phenomena, positive implications and negative implications of the Covid-19 pandemic on Muslim women religiosity. Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, tests men with a touch of fear, loss of property, and death. Among the forms of testing for men is the presence of disease plague. Corona virus disease (Covid-19) began to spread in Wuhan China in December 2019. Covid-19 is now a pandemic that occurs in many countries around the world. Australia is a country in the southern hemisphere consisting of the mainland of the Australian continent, the island of Tasmania and various small islands in the Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean. Malaysia is a federal state in Southeast Asia. Indonesia is the largest archipelago country in the world and the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. The researcher chose three countries to get comprehensive results about the problem formulation in this study. The religiosity of a Muslim woman is the extent to which a Muslim woman adheres to religious values in her beliefs and practices in everyday life. The approach in this research was use a qualitative approach with the research type of case study and the design of this research is multi sites in three countries; Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia. The data were collected by using purposive sampling from key informants and snowball sampling. The result of this study indicates that: (1) There is a similar phenomenon of the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia. (2) The positive implications of the Covid-19 pandemic on the religiosity of Muslim women are on the sides: external individual religiosity, inner individual religiosity, and religiosity for social benefits. (3) The negative implication of the Covid-19 pandemic on Muslim women religiosity is on the side of religiosity which is direct-encounter and has the potential to cause crowds.

ABSTRACT The practice of bribery is not new in society. Bribes have become an alternate pathway to those who want to make their business whether in the public or private services sector. According to the 2020 GCB survey in Indonesia, 30% of the public claim to have paid bribes in the last year when accessing public services. In Islam, the practice of bribery is clearly forbidden by Allah and His Messenger. On the other hand, there are conditions where some agencies in public and private services are forcing a person to bribe because of the prevailing system. If someone does not bribe, then his rights will not be given or slowed down. From this study, the researchers want to know the legal status of bribing in order to take rights. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study techniques in collecting data and analyzing it with a descriptive method. The result of this study is that bribery given in conditions of taking rights or avoiding injustice is permissible with several conditions. Keywords: rights; take rights; bribery

ABSTRACT Islam is a religion that encompasses all aspects of life. One of them is that Islam pays attention to the continuity of human life through marriage. However, in reality, married life is not as smooth as imagined. Many married couples face disharmony in their marriage, which often leads to divorce. Divorce can occur for various reasons. As time progresses, more complex problems arise, one of which is known as "childfree." It is possible that the thoughts of the married couple will change with the changing circumstances and the passage of time. In such a situation, when one partner decides not to have children while the other partner chooses to remain childfree, a lack of harmony arises between them, leading to a new problem that may result in divorce. The aim of this study is to determine whether the reasons for choosing childfree can be used as a basis for divorce, either through "cerai talak" (divorce initiated by the husband) or "cerai gugat" (divorce initiated by either spouse). Considering that these reasons are not explicitly stated in the regulations. The method used in this study is a qualitative research approach. The research findings indicate that reasons for divorce not regulated by the Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) or other marriage regulations can be considered as the legal grounds for divorce. Divorce due to one partner choosing to be childfree can be categorized under point (e) or point (f) of Article 116 of the Islamic Law Compilation. Keywords: childfree, Islam, divorce, KHI.

Setiap remaja bereaksi berbeda-beda terhadap cerai mati orang tuanya, ada berbagai macam faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi psikologis mereka. Cerai mati merupakan cerai yang terjadi karena salah satu pasangan baik suami ataupun istri meninggal dunia. Kaliwungu Selatan adalah salah satu kecamatan di kabupaten Kendal Jawa Tengah. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah; (1) pandangan syariat Islam mengenai cerai mati dan dampaknya atas psikologi anak usia remaja, (2) dampak positif dan negatif cerai mati terhadap psikologis anak usia remaja, (3) solusi dari dampak cerai mati terhadap psikologis anak usia remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu; (1) Islam telah mengatur mengenai cerai mati dan hak-hak pasca terjadinya cerai mati dari masing-masing pihak yang bersangkutan dan dampaknya atas psikologis anak usia remaja, (2) ada 5 dampak positif cerai mati terhadap psikologis anak usia remaja di Kaliwungu Selatan dan ada 5 dampak negatif cerai mati terhadap psikologis anak usia remaja di Kaliwungu Selatan, (3) ada 4 solusi dari dampak cerai mati terhadap psikologis anak usia remaja. Every teenager reacts differently to their parents' divorce, there are various factors that can influence their psychology. Death divorce is a divorce that occurs because one of the partners, either husband or wife, dies. South Kaliwungu is one of the sub-districts in Kendal district, Central Java. The problem formulation in this research is; (1) the view of Islamic law regarding divorce and its impact on the psychology of teenagers, (2) the positive and negative impacts of divorce on the psychology of teenagers, (3) solutions to the impact of divorce on the psychology of teenagers. This research uses a qualitative case study research method. The results of this research are; (1) Islam has regulated death divorce and the post-death divorce rights of each party concerned and its impact on the psychology of teenage children, (2) there are 5 positive impacts of death divorce on the psychology of teenage children in South Kaliwungu and There are 5 negative impacts of divorce on the psychology of teenagers in South Kaliwungu, (3) there are 4 solutions to the impact of divorce on the psychology of teenagers.

The ideal state is characterized by how the state's political situation is. Stable state’s politic creates an ideal state for leaders, government, and the people. The state's political stability can be realized by the structure of the political system that regulates a state. The mindset of the people and governments, those who are strong in upholding and realizing the state's philosophical values which include the values of humanity, unity and social justice are steps for an effective political system that creates the state's political stability. The state’s political stability according to the perspective of hadith is theoritical review about the values of political stability contained in the hadiths of government. Sahih Muslim is one of the books written by Imam Muslim which discusses chapters containing hadiths about certain aspects. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find the concept of state’s political stability, hadiths about the state’s political stability in Sahih Muslim, and analysis of the concept of state’s political stability according to the hadith perspective. The approach in this research is a literature study by collecting data related to research from written sources and analyzing these data using deductive analysis methods. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The concept of state’s political stability is manifested by the adherence of the people and governments in realizing the state's philosophical values. (2) There are several redactions of hadiths about the state’s political stability in Sahih Muslim, among them are: The hadith from Abu Hurairah, the hadith from Ibn Umar, and the hadith from 'Auf bin Malik. (3) Analysis concept of state’s political stability according to the hadith perspective includes several discussions, among them are: state’s political stability according to the hadith perspective, interdependence of government hadiths in Sahih Muslim and state’s political stability, deviation of hadiths interpretation about state’s political stability in Sahih Muslim.

In proceedings at a religious court, someone who is litigating will experience difficulties in the proceedings. This is because the proceedings and legal rules in religious courts are complicated, so a person needs a lawyer to ask for legal assistance in proceedings at a religious court. However, the reason why a person brings an attorney in a religious court needs to be studied further to find out the reasons why litigants bring attorneys in a religious court and their role in accompanying their clients in religious courts. This research is a field research conducted at the Jember Religious Court using a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the reason someone brings attorneys to Jember Religious Court is a lack of knowledge of law, the complexity of the proceedings at the Religious court, someone who is in a case wants to get a satisfactory result, and someone who is having a case is busy with his livings and work. The role of attorneys in accompanying clients at the Jember Religious Court is to represent clients, to cause the ligitants to be present, to provide legal advice to clients, to assist with case administration, to provide legal services to clients, and to defend client interests. The complexity of family relationships and conditions, which are constantly influenced by various factors, encourages individuals who seek to strengthen family harmony to utilize external support as a tool for realizing and creating a harmonious family. One such example is education, which is an inseparable element of daily human life. Online preschools offer an innovative solution that not only meets the educational needs of children but also opens new opportunities through engaging approaches with the potential to strengthen family harmony. This study aims to explore how the capabilities of Alkindi Online Preschool, as an educational product that upholds values supporting family well-being, can serve as a means to reinforce the harmony of its participants’ families. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Primary data were obtained from in-depth interviews with current and former student guardians, class teachers, the founder of Alkindi Online Preschool, and a family psychologist, while secondary data were obtained from various literature sources. The results of this study show that Alkindi Online Preschool can be used as an instrument to enhance the family harmony of its participants thanks to the family-oriented values embedded in the concept of “My Mother, My Teacher”, the Qur'an-based curriculum and instillation of Islamic values, the delivery of vision and mission posters, the empowerment of mothers, and the support system for mothers.
