Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment. The research method used is quantitative with a causality research design. The data collection technique uses saturated samples, where the entire population is sampled. The population in this study were 110 members of the Karawang Regency Regional Executive Board of the Indonesian Youth National Committee, consisting of 97 men and 13 women. Data were collected using the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) and the organizational climate scale constructed by the researcher. Hypothesis testing was conducted with simple regression analysis using SPSS version 25.0 for Windows 64-bit. The results showed a significance value of 0.025 (P < 0.05), which means that there is a negative effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment in members of the Karawang Regency Indonesian Youth National Committee. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.045 indicates that 4.5% of the variation in organizational commitment is explained by organizational climate. In comparison, the remaining 95.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Digital Well-Being Psychoeducation Program was implemented at SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat to enhance students’ understanding and awareness of healthy, balanced, and responsible technology use. The program involved 40 students from grades X and XI, aged 15 to 18 years old. The learning materials covered key topics including the digital world and its psychological impacts, strategies for managing screen time, digital literacy, and the development of essential psychological skills such as self-esteem and assertive communication. The sessions were designed to be interactive and reflective, integrating discussions, educational games, and contextual activities that resonated with students’ everyday digital experiences. Results from the pre-test and post-test demonstrated a notable increase in comprehension, with the proportion of students classified as having “good knowledge” rising from 27.5% to 62.5%. Beyond cognitive improvement, students’ reflective feedback indicated positive growth in digital awareness and self-regulation, such as better time management, more critical evaluation of online information, and improved balance between online and offline activities. As part of the program’s sustainability efforts, a follow-up initiative was developed through the creation of a Digital Well-Being school wall magazine and the use of the school’s official social media platforms to showcase student-produced educational content. These initiatives aim to nurture a lasting culture of digital wellness and literacy within the school community. Overall, the findings suggest that psychoeducation serves not only to strengthen digital literacy but also to foster a reflective, empathetic, and sustainable approach to digital well-being among adolescents. Keywords: Psychoeducation, Digital Well-Being, Digital Literacy, Adolescents ABSTRAKProgram Psikoedukasi Digital Well-Being dilaksanakan di SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa mengenai penggunaan teknologi yang sehat, seimbang, dan bertanggung jawab. Abstract

: This study aims to explore parental involvement in supporting early childhood learning processes, focusing on forms of involvement, influencing factors, and their impacts on children’s development. The background of this research is based on the importance of education during the golden age (0–6 years) in shaping the foundation of children’s cognitive, socio-emotional, and moral development. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with 3 parents of kindergarten students in Klaten as research subjects. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, analyzed using triangulation techniques to ensure validity. The findings reveal that parental involvement, such as assisting children in learning, providing emotional support, and maintaining consistency in learning methods at home, significantly impacts children’s academic abilities, social-emotional skills, and learning motivation. Major challenges identified include parents' busy schedules, lack of understanding of their roles, and the perception that education is solely the school’s responsibility. The study concludes that synergy between family and school is crucial to optimize early childhood development. This research offers practical recommendations to strengthen parental involvement through parenting training and collaborative programs with schools.
