Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in local economic growth in Bojonegoro Regency, but many still face challenges in marketing, financial management, and branding. Chick'n Crunch Stick, an SME with culinary potential, faces similar challenges in expanding its market, managing financial records, and building a professional business image. This mentoring program aimed to enhance the partner's capacity by strengthening digital marketing, improving financial management, and developing a more consistent brand identity. The program adopted a participatory approach through observation, needs analysis, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The mentoring results showed that the partner successfully implemented digital marketing through the TikTok platform, adopted digital financial recording using the Kasir Pintar application, and improved marketing management and financial administration. These interventions enhanced the partner’s managerial capacity, strengthened promotional activities, and improved business competitiveness in the local market. The findings indicate that participatory mentoring can improve the managerial capacity and competitiveness of SMEs through the integration of digital marketing and digital financial management.

Abstract

In each country, rural areas account for a portion of the available land; However, these things are generally still outside the mainstream of innovative development processes. It is important to understand the various factors that influence this because each village has unique needs, challenges and resources. These factors include the availability of ICT infrastructure, the level of community digital literacy, government support, access to capital, and active community participation in the planning and implementation process. The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the role of government in the success of smart villages, analyze and determine the role of universities in the success of smart villages, analyze and determine the role of industry in the success of smart villages, analyze and determine the role of society in the success of smart villages. This research method was carried out through quantitative descriptive analysis, the data in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. The research results show that the role of government and the role of industry have a significant positive effect on the success of smart villages, while the role of universities and the role of society do not have a significant effect on the success of smart villages.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel IPM, tingkat pengangguran dan kemiskinan berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data indeks gini rasio, indeks pembangunan manusia, kemiskinan dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta tahun 2010-2022. Menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda dan diolah dengan software E-views 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel IPM memiliki pengaruh terhadap Ketimpangan Distribusi Pendapatan di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta tahun 2010-2022. Kemudian Variabel Kemiskinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Ketimpangan Distribusi Pendapatan di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta tahun 2010-2022. Dan Variabel Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap Ketimpangan Distribusi Pendapatan di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta tahun 2010-2022. Namun demikian, variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Kemiskinan, dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka secara bersama-sama (simultan) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta tahun 2010-2022.
