Certification is a determination given by a professional organization to a person to show that a person has competence, able to do a specific job or task. The management of certificates at PT Markco International is still carried out in a simple manner using Microsoft Office applications, starting from managing personal data, passing person status, numbering and issuing certificates. The design of this Certificate Management Information System is intended to provide a better solution, namely a web-based information system that can convert the currently running manual system into a computerized system using a database. Waterfall software development method and data collection techniques by conducting observations and literature studies are applied in the development of this program. This design discusses the process of managing personal data, registration agencies and certificates. As a result, the certificate management program that has been created can manage related information such as data on persons, agencies, certificate categories, registrations and certificates. This proves that the Certificate Management Information System Design at PT Markco International can manage the certificate management process well.

Abstrak - Pandemi COVID-19 mempengaruhi pandangan masyarakat terhadap bidang usaha menggunakan media online yang semakin berkembang seiring dengan berkembangnya internet di Indonesia.Terlebih lagi kebijakan pemerintah yaitu pembatasan sosial berskala besar yang membuat perusahaan e-commerce diminta untuk menciptakan website yang efektif dan memikat konsumen, karena faktor utama dan paling penting yaitu kepercayaan dan manfaat yang dirasakan, hal tersebut yang akan mempengaruhi nilai kualitas informasi website yang diterima dan juga niat beli para konsumen. Banyaknya platform e-commerce yang ada membuat sulitnya masyarakat memilih dan menentukan e-commerce yang terbaik. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan sebagai rekomendasi e-commerce terbaik dengan menggunakan metode SAW. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitas informasi dan kualitas keamanan, kualitas interaksi pelayanan, design ui&ux, dan update pembaharuan. Didukung oleh data yang diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner yang telah disebarkan sehingga didapatkan data yang valid. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh dengan perhitungan metode Simple Additive Weighting membuktikan bahwa Shopee menduduki peringkat pertama dengan nilai 20.1, peringkat ke dua Blibli dengan nilai 8.225, peringkat ke tiga Tokopedia dengan nilai 3.372, peringkat selanjutnya diduduki oleh Lazada dengan nilai 3.155, Bukalapak dengan nilai 0.925, dan teakhir Jd.id dengan nilai 0.91.Kata Kunci: E-Commerce, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. Abstract - The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the public's view of the business sector using online media which is increasingly developing along with the development of the internet in Indonesia. Moreover, the government's policy is large-scale social restrictions that have forced e-commerce companies to create websites that are effective and attract consumers, due to factors such as The main and most important is trust and perceived benefits, these things will affect the value of the quality of website information received and also the purchase intention of consumers. The number of existing e-commerce platforms makes it difficult for people to choose and determine the best e-commerce. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of being the best e-commerce recommendation using the SAW method. The criteria used in this study are information quality and security quality, service interaction quality, UI&ux design, and update updates. Supported by data obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been distributed so that valid data are obtained. The final result obtained by calculating the Simple Additive Weighting method proves that Shopee is ranked first with a value of 20.1, Blibli is ranked second with a value of 8,225, Tokopedia is in third place with a value of 3,372, Lazada is ranked next with a value of 3,155, Bukalapak with a value of 0.925, and finally Jd.id with a value of 0.91.Keywords: E-Commerce, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.

Toko Arabic merupakan salah satu pelaku usaha yang menjual kue dan roti khas arab, seperti roti konde, kue kamir, kue ka’ak dan sebagainya. Kurang maksimalnya sistem penjualan yang terjadi di Toko Arabic menjadikan pelanggan yang ingin melakukan pembelian masih dilakukan melalui aplikasi bertukar pesan atau datang secara langsung. Selain itu informasi terkait progres pembelian yang dibutuhkan oleh pelanggan kurang terlayani dengan baik, sehingga hal tersebut dapat membuat loyalitas pelanggan berkurang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem penjualan di Toko Arabic dengan merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi yang diintegrasikan dengan API WhatsApp agar mempermudah rangkaian transaksi yang dilakukan dan pemberian informasi terkait penjualannya, karena dapat dilakukan kapan pun dan di mana pun. Metode yang dipakai dalam pengumpulan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Selanjutnya untuk metode pengembangan perangkat lunak sistem penjualan kue dan roti khas arab berbasis web ini menggunakan model waterfall, sistem informasi penjualan kue dan roti ini juga dibangun menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter dan MySQL. Hasil dari perancangan sistem informasi penjualan kue dan roti di Toko Arabic berbasis web ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi oleh Toko Arabic dan dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

K.S.U Jaya Raya is the cooperative of savings and loan whose membership includes local people who apply for loans for business capital. K.S.U Jaya Raya is still recapitulating the savings and loan transactions that are sourced from notes and then copied to Ms. Excel for reporting. The implemented data processing requires a lot of energy and time, errors in data processing that have an impact on the quality of information in the report. Therefore, this study contains the design of a savings and loan information system that uses the waterfall model as a software development model consisting of analysis, design, coding, testing and support. Data collection techniques used consisted of observation, interviews and literature study. This system provides facilities for two (2) levels of access, consist of admin and finance department. Admin able to manage member account data, loans, installments, loan and installment reports, list of term deposits, deposit deposits, withdraw deposits, deposit reports, operational costs and operational expense reports. The finance department able to manage loan types, types of deposits, users, opening balances, access loan reports, installment reports, savings reports, operating expense reports, general journals, ledgers, trial balances, reports of remaining operating results, and balance sheets.

Vehicle license plates are identifiers used to uniquely identify vehicles. However, to identify vehicle license plates there are several problems encountered, namely the different formats of vehicle license plates that make license plate recognition more complicated, vehicle license plates often contain visually similar combinations of letters and numbers (for example the letter "O" and the number "0" or the letter "I" and the number "1"), . in poor lighting conditions license plates may not be clearly visible. To solve this problem, image recognition, image processing, and pattern recognition technologies can be used. The three technologies can be used to recognize characters on vehicle license plates, but cannot yet be used to recognize the colors contained on vehicle license plates. The purpose of this research is to identify and record vehicle license plate numbers quickly and accurately, monitor the presence of vehicles in a supervised area, assist in managing parking, reduce the need for human interaction in the vehicle identification process, The methods used to recognize motor vehicle plates are edge detection and character segmentation which involves image processing to detect the edges of the vehicle plate, followed by segmentation of individual characters in the plate. Another method used is optical character recognition which involves using an optical sensor to take an image of a vehicle plate, then using character recognition techniques to identify the numbers and letters on the plate. The result of this research is that the motor vehicle number recognition system can work in various lighting conditions and poor weather conditions and can monitor and control vehicles in the parking area. The finding obtained from this research is that no method has been used for color recognition on motor vehicle plates.

Beasiswa merupakan bentuk bantuan atau pemberian yang diberikan kepada pelajar untuk mendukung pembiayaan pendidikan. Tujuan utama dari beasiswa adalah untuk menciptakan kesempatan yang lebih adil dan merata dalam akses pendidikan. Namun, masih terdapat banyak pemberian beasiswa yang tidak tepat, sehingga menyebabkan ketidakadilan dalam sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan menciptakan sistem penunjang keputusan pemilihan penerimaan beasiswa menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan alternatif yang digunakan berupa rata-rata rapor, penghasilan ayah, penghasilan ibu, semester, kelas, jumlah saudara kandung, jumlah saudara yang sudah menikah, jumlah organisasi, jumlah prestasi, dan jumlah uang jajan perhari sebagai input untuk menentukan penerimaan beasiswa. Hasil dari pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan metode SAW menunjukkan bahwa penghasilan orang tua memiliki bobot tertinggi dengan nilai 0,20, diikuti rata-rata rapor yaitu 0,15, penghasilan ibu 0,10, Jumlah saudara kandung 0,10, jumlah organisasi 0,10, jumlah prestasi 0,10, kelas 0,10, semester 0,05, jumlah saudara yang menikah 0,05, jumlah uang jajan perhari 0,05. Dengan demikian, penghasilan orang tua menjadi faktor penentu utama dalam pemilihan penerimaan beasiswa.

PT. JM Therapy Jakarta Barat adalah salah satu perusahaan penjualan alat-alat terapi yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan kesejahteraan hidup. Saat ini proses bisnis yang terjadi pada perusahaan tersebut masih menggunakan sistem yang manual seperti pada proses transaksi pemesanannya yang dimana pembeli harus datang langsung mengantri dan dokumen penjualan yang masih berupa kertas nota dan surat jalan. Sarana promosi yang ada sekarang masih belum maksimal dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada perusahaan tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, penulis merancang sebuah sistem pemasaran yang dimana sistem ini menerapkan model waterfall dalam pembangunannya, dan dibangun dengan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan MySQL. Sistem pemasaran ini diharapkan mampu memperkenalkan informasi produk alat terapi dan mempermudah dalam pembuatan laporan.

Abstra Covid-19 has had a significant impact on people's lives, resulting in the paralysis of almost the entire economy and education, especially in the education sector, resulting in many students being unable to carry out teaching and learning activities at schools or universities. Based on this, the Ministry of Education and Culture has issued an appeal to stop face-to-face teaching and learning activities at schools and universities and replace them with distance or online learning. Resulting in teaching and learning activities to be less than optimal for students or students, there is dissatisfaction with the distance or online learning system, the purpose of this study is to measure the level of student satisfaction with online lectures by applying data mining techniques, classifying the level of online learning satisfaction using an online learning approach. k-NN algorithm and Decision Tree with 100 questionnaire data that has been collected from active students who carry out online lectures with an accuracy rate of 96.00% from the k-NN algorithm and a satisfied precision value of 95.51%, a satisfied recall value of 98.84% on a precision value the dissatisfied class is 90.91%, the recall value of the dissatisfied class is 71.43%. While the accuracy results using the Decision Tree algorithm approach is lower with an accuracy of 95.00%. based on research results that the level of student satisfaction with distance learning or online is quite high.

This research was carried out to identify and ensure that existing system procedures in Cimanggis District function properly using the Cobit 5 framework in auditing the e-payment application information system. Based on an audit of the e-payment application information system collected using a quantitative capability analysis method, after a thorough evaluation of the e-payment application, from the questionnaire data it can be concluded that the domain with the highest score, namely the DSS01 Manage Operations domain, has a total maturity index value of 7 .89 maturity level value 1.58 percentage value 158% with Fully Achieved achievement value and GAP value (0.42), DSS02 Manage Service Request and Incidents, got a total maturity index value of 7.87, got a maturity level value of 1.12 percentage value of 112%, with a Fully Achieved achievement value and GAP value (0.88), DSS03 Manage Problems, got a total manturity index value of 7.22, got a maturity level value of 1.44, a percentage value of 144%, with a Fully Achieved achievement value and the GAP value (0.56), with a level 2 target, namely Repeatable but Intuitive, it must be corrected in the domain and sub-domain used, and if there are problems, they must be repaired immediately.
