Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sijeruk village, Banjarmangu district, Banjarnegara regency have shown significant development. However, there remain several challenges faced by UMKM entrepreneurs, including limited marketing outreach, financial reports intertwined with household finances, and inadequate innovation in product development and packaging. This community service initiative aims to address these issues effectively.

Abstract

Understanding data processing for young researchers such as students is crucial to completing the final assignment. An important phase in determining research results after data collection in the field is completed is the data processing stage. This stage is often an obstacle for novice researchers due to the limited development of materials from lectures that have been attended previously. Therefore, this community service becomes a medium for solving problems, namely by holding data processing training carried out in the form of a workshop. This data processing workshop is used for data collected through secondary data and primary data which is carried out in providing materials and practices. This workshop uses the SmartPLS software tool, starting with an introduction to the software, terms of use, and data processing practices. This activity is carried out within the STIE Totalwin environment, namely by forming a community service team as a resource person and the activity implementation committee. The training that was carried out can be followed well. The implementation of the data processing workshop can be carried out and run smoothly. The benefits of this activity are felt by all parties involved in this workshop.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance students’ awareness of customs compliance through education on import policies, thrift clothing regulations, and their impacts on local industries. The program was conducted at Kantor Bea Cukai Tanjung Emas on October 22, 2025, involving 34 Diploma III students specializing in Export-Import studies who were preparing for internships in MSMEs engaged in international trade activities. The activity employed an educative-participatory approach using the Community Based Research (CBR) method through educational sessions, interactive discussions, case studies, and reflection activities. The results showed that participants experienced increased understanding regarding import regulations, the prohibition of imported secondhand clothing, customs supervision, and the economic impacts of illegal imports on domestic industries. In addition, the activity succeeded in fostering critical awareness among students regarding the importance of legal compliance and support for local products in the era of globalization and digital trade.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen MSMEs in Ngabul Village through comprehensive business mapping and location-based digital marketing assistance. The mapping process was carried out through direct field observations involving several business actors, documenting product types, production capacity, marketing channels, and the challenges they encounter in expanding market reach. Findings indicate that most MSMEs hold significant potential, supported by the presence of local tourist destinations such as Ngetuk Garden and the Jepara Durian Market, which consistently attract visitors. However, the adoption of digital media remains limited, particularly in content management, the use of location-based features, and the selection of appropriate platforms for each product category. To address these gaps, the community service team provided practical training focused on basic content creation techniques, location-based promotional strategies, and maintaining consistent uploads to enhance visibility among potential customers. Through a tailored and hands-on approach, this program is expected to improve MSMEs’ capacity to adapt to technological advancements and expand their marketing opportunities, thereby contributing to the economic development of Ngabul Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work experience, and competence on employee performance at CV Global Health Science Group. Employee performance is an important factor in achieving company goals, so it needs to be supported by high work motivation, adequate work experience, and competencies appropriate to the field of work. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to CV Global Health Science Group employees as research respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that motivation, work experience, and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Thus, it can be concluded that increasing work motivation, developing work experience, and improving employee competence can improve employee performance optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, pendapatan, dan toleransi risiko terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa STIE Totalwin Semarang. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya minat investasi di kalangan mahasiswa di era digital, namun masih terdapat kesenjangan antara minat berinvestasi dengan kemampuan finansial, pengetahuan, dan keberanian dalam menghadapi risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 95 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa. Sementara itu, pendapatan dan toleransi risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Secara simultan, literasi keuangan, pendapatan, dan toleransi risiko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,584 menunjukkan bahwa 58,4% keputusan investasi dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendapatan dan toleransi risiko memiliki peran yang lebih dominan dalam memengaruhi keputusan investasi dibandingkan literasi keuangan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan pendapatan dan pengelolaan toleransi risiko menjadi aspek penting dalam mendorong perilaku investasi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tekanan dan kesempatan terhadap penyalahgunaan aset dengan Fraud Risk Assessment (FRA) sebagai variabel moderasi. Kasus penyalahgunaan aset masih sering terjadi di berbagai organisasi, yang mengindikasikan lemahnya sistem pengendalian internal dan proses penilaian risiko kecurangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 312 pegawai sektor publik dan swasta yang memiliki tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan aset organisasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan peran moderasi antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesempatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyalahgunaan aset, sedangkan tekanan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung. Selain itu, Fraud Risk Assessment (FRA) terbukti berfungsi sebagai mekanisme pengendalian yang efektif dengan memperlemah pengaruh kesempatan terhadap penyalahgunaan aset serta memperkuat hubungan tekanan terhadap perilaku fraud, karena meningkatkan deteksi dan visibilitas risiko.

Abstract

Understanding how financial inclusion and financial literacy affect the Roemah Difabel Indonesia Foundation financial management was the aim of this study. This study employs a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis. Data collection methods used in this study include observation, surveys, and documentation. The study was conducted at the Roemah Difabel Indonesia Foundation, with a sample size of 51 respondents with various types of disabilities. The findings demonstrated that financial literacy have negative, not significant, and financial inclusion had a positive and significant. Additional research revealed that the Roemah Difabel Indonesia Foundation financial management was significantly impacted by financial inclusion and financial literacy. People with disabilities at the Roemah Difabel Indonesia Foundation are more educated about financial inclusion than financial literacy because, in practice, they can access financial services but lack the knowledge to manage them.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to examine the relationships among work stress, work motivation, work performance, and employee performance at PT Wizzmie Boga Abadi Cirebon.I used all 100 employees at PT Wizzmie Boga Abadi Cirebon as the population for my research.Methods: My research used a census method (total sample) with 100 respondents from the entire population. The data analysis I conducted used multiple linear regression.Results: The data analysis I obtained from the research indicates that work stress does not affect employee performance. However, work motivation together with work performance has a significant impact on employee performance at PT Wizzmie Boga Abadi Cirebon. From the study’s findings, we can understand the importance of internal management and the factors that influence employee performance at PT Wizzmie Boga Abadi Cirebon. Recommendations for the Company: Although work stress does not significantly impact employee performance at PT Wizzmie Boga Abadi Cirebon, it is recommended that stress be managed to prevent it from becoming a long-term problem. PT Wizzmie Boga Abadi Cirebon can implement several work-life balance programs, provide counseling facilities, and foster a positive communication environment between employees and superiors. To increase motivation and work performance, the company is recommended to provide performance-based rewards, provide career development opportunities, and establish a transparent and fair evaluation system. Furthermore, team-building activities, regular training, and rewards such as bonuses and public recognition can strengthen employee morale. Creating a supportive and appreciation-oriented work environment at PT Wizzmie Boga Abadi Cirebon has the potential to create employees who are not only high performers but also loyal.
