Abstract

Abstract

This study addresses the issue that the implementation of Green Production is often assumed to yield sustainable competitive advantage, yet evidence shows that benefits are inconsistent and may not translate into long-term competitiveness without internal mechanisms. The purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between Green Production implementation, innovation capacity, and sustainable competitive advantage in the context of sustainable industrial competitiveness. The study employs a library research design using qualitative content analysis of relevant written literature, drawing on both primary and secondary sources related to the three keywords. The data consist of conceptual descriptions and explanations extracted from scholarly books, journal articles, and prior research that discuss Green Production practices, Innovation Capacity capabilities, and the multidimensional meaning of sustainable competitive advantage. The study concludes that sustainable competitive advantage is more likely to be achieved when Green Production is accompanied by strengthened Innovation Capacity, which enables organizations to convert operational green changes into valuable and enduring innovation outcomes.

Abstract

This study addresses the persistent gap in industrial sustainability whereby emission reduction efforts are often not integrated with energy efficiency optimization. The aim is to examine the role of green production in linking these two environmental outcomes within manufacturing industries. The research employs a qualitative literature-based methodology, using content analysis to synthesize findings from relevant written sources connected to green production, emission reduction, and energy efficiency optimization. The data consist of primary and secondary literature that describe key concepts, mechanisms, and reported relationships among the three focal constructs. The analysis shows that green production functions as an integrative framework through which process and operational improvements reduce energy intensity and, consequently, support emission reduction. The study concludes that effective environmental performance in manufacturing requires coherent strategies that simultaneously target energy efficiency and emissions, supported by continuous monitoring and organizational commitment.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation of the banking industry has significantly increased the importance of cybersecurity in protecting financial systems and customer information. This study aims to analyze the major cybersecurity challenges faced by modern banking institutions and identify effective strategies to enhance cybersecurity resilience. The research employs a qualitative approach using the library research method by collecting data from academic journals, books, institutional reports, and cybersecurity regulations related to the banking sector. The findings reveal that phishing attacks, ransomware, insider threats, cloud security vulnerabilities, and mobile banking risks are among the most significant cybersecurity challenges in the modern banking industry. Additionally, the study highlights the importance of artificial intelligence, employee awareness, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder collaboration in strengthening banking cybersecurity systems. The research concludes that banks must adopt proactive cybersecurity strategies and continuously improve technological, organizational, and human resource capabilities to maintain customer trust, operational stability, and long-term business sustainability in the digital banking era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumption, investment, government spending, and poverty on economic growth during the 2014 Q1–2024 Q4 period. The study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of time series obtained from official sources. The collected data were tested using multiple linear regression, and supported by descriptive statistical tests, stationarity tests, correlation tests, and autocorrelation tests. The results show that consumption, investment, and government spending have a positive but insignificant influence on economic growth. Conversely, poverty has a negative but significant influence on economic growth. Simultaneously, all independent variables do not have a significant effect on economic growth. The relatively low coefficient of determination value indicates that there are still other factors outside the model that influence economic growth. This finding emphasizes the importance of poverty reduction in driving increased economic growth.
