Abstract

The recipients of this service program are micro and small business actors who are members of KSPPS BMT Mentari Ummat Wangon. This activity was carried out to increase participants' knowledge and habituation regarding discipline in managing business finances with the ease of digital applications. This activity was conducted through counselling and training sessions for all participants offline. Some stages are pre-field observations, situation analysis and planning, preparation of places and equipment, program implementation (counselling, training, and mentoring), and monitoring and evaluation. The counselling and training materials provided were financial mindset, planning and budgeting, business financial management and training on using digital media in recording business transactions. The result of this program is that participants understand the importance of disciplined business financial management, even though it is done; besides, participants can operate digital applications for business financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance, to explore the role of employee satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance, and the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. As a mediating variable. The object of this research is civil servants (PNS) at the Banyumas Regency Health Office, with a sample size of 100 respondents taken using the total sampling technique. 100 respondents were taken using the total sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the data processing tool used is SMART-PLS to analyze the results. Research results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while compensation and discipline on employee performance, while compensation and work discipline do not show a significant effect. In addition, job satisfaction was shown to function as a mediating variable that affects the relationship between compensation and employee, employee performance, and work discipline on employee performance. Implications of this study indicate that the Health Office needs to take a more holistic approach to improving employee performance by focusing on developing a positive organizational climate and increasing job satisfaction. Organizational climate and increasing job satisfaction, although compensation and work discipline remain important in the context of employee well-being.

Abstract

  This research was conducted to determine empirical evidence regarding the influence of brand image, service quality and product quality on consumer loyalty for iPhone products at the Official Store iBox Purwokerto. The independent variables in this research are brand image, service quality and product quality, while the dependent variable is consumer loyalty. The population of this research is the people of Purwokerto who have made transactions at iBox Purwokerto. The sample used was 130 people using purposive sampling technique. This analysis uses SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research are that Brand Image has a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty. This will increase consumer interest and satisfaction which can increase their loyalty. Service Quality has a negative effect on Consumer Loyalty. This explains that consumer dissatisfaction reduces consumer loyalty because service quality is not good which is caused by reliability, responsiveness, guarantees, empathy, physical evidence and product quality which have a positive effect on consumer loyalty. This means that iBox Purwokerto must maintain and improve their products. In this way, consumers will tend to buy the product repeatedly and recommend it to others. Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Product Quality, Consumer Loyalty   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh citra merek, kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen produk iPhone di Official Store iBox Purwokerto. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah citra merek, kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah loyalitas konsumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Purwokerto yang pernah melakukan transaksi di iBox Purwokerto. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 130 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis ini menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Citra Merek berpengaruh positif terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Hal ini akan meningkatkan minat dan kepuasan konsumen sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitasnya. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa ketidakpuasan konsumen menurunkan loyalitas konsumen karena kualitas pelayanan yang kurang baik yang disebabkan oleh keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, bukti fisik dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Artinya iBox Purwokerto harus menjaga dan meningkatkan produknya. Dengan cara ini, konsumen akan cenderung membeli produk tersebut berulang kali dan merekomendasikannya kepada orang lain. Abstract

The purpose of this study This study aims to test and analyze the effect of resilience, leadership style, communication, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. leadership, communication, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at An Ni'mah General Hospital Wangon, Banyumas Regency. at An Ni'mah General Hospital Wangon, Banyumas Regency. This type of research is quantitative-survey research. The population in this study were employees of An Ni'mah Wangon Hospital, Banyumas Regency, totaling 280 employees. totaling 280 employees. The sample was taken using the Roscoe formula which amounted to 105 employees at An Ni'mah Wangon General Hospital, Banyumas Regency. Technique sampling technique in this study using Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Analysis techniques in this study This study uses Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 3.0 statistical analysis. used for validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing. Results This study proves that leadership style and work motivation affect employee job satisfaction at An Ni'mah General Hospital. while resilience and communication have no effect on job satisfaction of An Ni'mah General Hospital employees of An Ni'mah General Hospital.
