Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of own capital, total assets, business volume, members and outside capital on the remaining business results in Savings and Loans Cooperatives. Sampling in this research used a purposive sampling method by analyzing 32 cooperatives from 83 Savings and Loans Cooperatives in Banyumas Regency from 2019-2022. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method. The results of this research show that the variables of own capital, business volume, have a positive and significant effect on the remaining business results, while the variables total assets, members, external capital do not have a significant effect on the remaining business results. The research results showethat own capital is a variable that has a relatively large influence on the remaining business results, so it is best for savings and loan cooperatives to maintain the condition of their own capital structure, and try to develop their members so that members increase the amount of principal savings and mandatory savings, so that they can increase their own capital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Status Sosial Ekonomi, Lingkungan Sosial, Locus Of Control Dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan Mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa prodi manajemen fakultas ekonomi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan Universitas Islam Negeri Prof. KH. Saifuddin Zuhri. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa angkatan 2019 hingga angkatan 2022 dan sudah mengambil mata kuliah manajemen keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang dibuat melalui Google Form dan disebarkan secara online melalui Whatsapp dan Instagram. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara cross sectional. Penelitian ini berhasil mengumpulkan sampel sebanyak 133, namun peneliti hanya menggunakan 128 responden yang telah mengambil mata kuliah manajemen keuangan. Hasil riset tersebut di simpulkan bahwa variabel status sosial ekonomi dan lingkungan sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa. Sedangkan variabel literasi keuangan, locus of control dan gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini membantu mengatasi masalah pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa dalam mengatur penggunaan uangnya untuk membeli kebutuhan dengan memperhatikan prioritas mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi kepada mahasiswa tentang pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Work Life Balance (WLB), Quality of Work Life (QWL), and Self-efficacy on Job Satisfaction among contract employees at Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto. Using a quantitative approach and saturated sampling, 107 respondents completed a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SmartPLS. Results show that WLB has a negative but insignificant effect on job satisfaction, while QWL and Self-efficacy have significant positive effects. These findings indicate that improving work environment quality and employee confidence plays a crucial role in enhancing job satisfaction. The study offers insights for HR strategies, especially in supporting contract-based employees.
