Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Pemberian Penghargaan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (pekerja kasar konstruksi bangunan gedung) pada CV. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan seba This research aims to analyze the influence o work culture, awards, and work motivation on employee performance (rough workers in building construction) at CV. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach in the form of a survey of employees (rough building construction workers) at CV. As a result of the research, it is known that the constant is 1.023 with a T-Table comparison value at (df = 30-3-1) α = 0.05 of 1.706, which means the T-Test value is smaller than the T-Table value. However, if it is not influenced by the three variables (work culture, rewards, and work motivation) then the value decreases to -241 points. In conclusion, work culture (X1) has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) in the UPTD office building construction work, giving awards (X2) has a very significant influence on employee (Y) performance in the UPTD office building construction work, and work motivation ( X3) has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) in the construction work of the UPTD office building. Based on the overall results of the research, it was found that the three variables including work culture (X1), giving awards (X2), and work motivation (X3) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa constant sebesar 1.023 dengan nilai perbandingan T-Tabel pada (df = 30-3-1) α = 0.05 sebesar 1.706 yang berarti nilai T-Uji lebih kecil daripada nilai T-Tabel. Namun apabila tidak dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variable (budaya kerja, pemberian penghargaan, dan motiasi kerja) maka nilainya menurun menjadi -241 poin. Simpulan, budaya kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada pekerjaan pembangunan gedung kantor UPTD, pemberian penghargaan (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada pekerjaan pembangunan gedung kantor UPTD, dan motivasi kerja (X3) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada pekerjaan pembangunan gedung kantor UPTD. Berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan penelitian diperoleh ketiga variabel yang meliputi budaya kerja (X1), pemberian penghargaan (X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the influence of demographic factors (age) on the level of decision to purchase traditional foods, 2) to determine the influence of demographic factors (gender) on the level of decision to purchase traditional foods at Wage Market in Nganjuk, 3) to determine the influence of social factors (social class) on the level of decision to purchase traditional foods at Wage Market in Nganjuk, 4) to determine the effect of social factors (income level) on the level of decision to purchase traditional foods at the Wage Nganjuk market. The research method used was a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to buyers of traditional foods at the Wage Nganjuk market, using purposive sampling. The sample size was determined using the Lemeshow formula, which produced a minimum size of 96.04 respondents, then rounded up to 100 to anticipate incomplete data. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results showed that partially, the variables of age, gender, social class, and income level had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of < 0.05. Simultaneously, the four variables also had a significant effect with a significance value of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.941 indicates that 94.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the independent variables in this study, while the remaining 5.9% is influenced by other factors outside the model.
