Abstract

This study aims to determine the Termination of Work Relations Dispute Settlement according to Law No. 2 of 2004. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and library research with the approach of material / primary data, material / secondary data, and material / tertiary data. The results of the study state that if no agreement is reached, either party or party can file a lawsuit to the industrial relations court at the local district court where the worker or laborer works. The length of the mediation process is prolonged because many parties want to interfere in mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training and discipline on the performance of level 5 employees at PT. Quindofood Bogor. This research uses descriptive quantitative research using saturated samples of 43 level 5 employees of PT. Quindofood Bogor. Data collection in this study uses questionnaire, observation, and documentation, then with the SPSS program using the Multiple Linear Regression technique. The results of this study indicate that job training has a significant effect on the performance of level 5 employees at PT. Quindofood with t value t-table (2,085 2,021). Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of level 5 employees at PT. Quindofood, with t value t-table (4.001 2,021). Training and discipline affect simultaneously the performance of level 5 employees at PT. Quindofood with F-count value (34,428) F-table (3.23). This shows if PT. Quindofood wants to improve the performance of level 5 employees so training and discipline must be implemented and applied consistently.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on work motivation to improve employee performance at the Directorate of Business Development PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk Cilegon. The research was conducted using a questionnaire survey method to 60 employees as a sample. This study uses a quantitative approach with a path analysis research design. Data analysis in this study includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and path analysis test. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that leadership style has a direct and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a direct and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a direct and significant effect on work motivation, corporate culture has a direct and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a direct and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a direct and significant effect on employee performance with work motivation as an interverning variable, while organizational culture has a direct and significant effect on employee performance but is not significant through work motivation as an interverning variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Islam Terpadu SMPIT Assalam Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang. Budaya organisasi diidentifikasi sebagai kerangka kerja yang mengarahkan perilaku dan keputusan pegawai, sementara motivasi belajar merujuk pada dorongan internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi semangat belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja guru dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 72,9%, serta motivasi belajar siswa dan kinerja guru dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 83,0%. Secara simultan, kedua faktor ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, diuji menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Versi 28. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya mempertimbangkan budaya organisasi yang kuat dan motivasi belajar siswa dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pendidik di institusi pendidikan.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah seseorang yang mempunyai kemampuan memimpin seperti kecerdasan yang mumpuni, kreatif dalam memberikan arahan. Kompetensi adalah kemampuan seorang dalam melaksanakan kewajiban-kewajibannya secara bertanggung jawab. Kinerja merupakan suatu hasil kerja seseorang berdasarkan kuantitas dan kualitas yang dicapainya. Tujuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut : Untuk mengetahui apakah secara bersama-sama pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Anggota Polri Pada Direktorat Keamanan dan Keselamatan Korlantas Polri. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik random Sampling atau secara acak dari populasi 174 orang dan sampelnya 30% jadi 53 orang dijadikan sampelnya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Anggota Polri diperoleh nilai parsial sebesar 0,914 berarti ada pengaruh sangat kuat atau pengaruhnya dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 83,5%. Hal di buktikan dengan uji hipotesis variabel Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Anggota Polri diperoleh nilai thitung = 8,712 > t0,05 (51) = 1,680 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima berarti berpengaruh signifikan. Berpengaruh positif antara Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Anggota Polri diperoleh nilai parsial sebesar 0,875 berarti ada pengaruh sangat kuat atau pengaruhnya dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 76,6%. Hal di buktikan dengan uji hipotesis variabel Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Anggota Polri diperoleh nilai thitung = 5,006 > t0,05 (51) = 1,680 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima berarti berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan pengaruh positif variabel Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap variabel Kinerja Anggota Polri dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.836 sedangkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,700 atau 70,0%, hal ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa hasil analisa secara bersama-sama variabel Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap variabel Kinerja Anggota Polri memiliki pengaruh sangat kuat. Dibuktikan dengan uji F (ANOVA) atau Fhitung variabel Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi Kerja secara bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap Kinerja Anggota Polri di peroleh nilai sebesar 58,215 dimana lebih besar dari Ftabel (52) sebesar 2,790 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 karena 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

Integrated management system (IMS) can integrate several management systems in companies such as: Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Systems Safety Management (ISO45001). The purpose of this study is to answer the question of what and how to implement IMS policies in industrial companies in the fields of occupational safety, occupational health and environmental sustainability. This IMS implementation research was conducted on a manufacturing industry that has implemented IMS. The research method is conducted with qualitative methods with CIPP evaluative model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). This study succeeded in uncovering the implementation of IMS in the manufacturing industry which was investigated that the IMS had been fully implemented in the Occupational Health and Environmental Management and Safety System (HSE). The IMS is implemented at the policy level or management commitment (context), HSE planning (Input), operational implementation (process), HSE monitoring and evaluation and a review (Product) for continuous performance improvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis waktu tunggu pelayanan obat menggunakan konsep lean dan fishbone diagram di instalasi farmasi rawat jalan RS XX - Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan pedoman wawancara pada 6 informan, serta menganalisis 110 resep di instalasi farmasi rawat jalan. Untuk memastikan kualitas data, dilakukan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menggunakan value stream mapping (VSM) menunjukkan bahwa rasio value added dan non value added melebihi 30%. Ditemukan enam jenis waste dalam proses pelayanan obat, yaitu overproduction, transportation, motion, waiting, defect, dan extra-processing. Penelitian ini juga melakukan analisis akar permasalahan menggunakan fishbone diagram dengan mempertimbangkan aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhinya, yaitu man (tenaga kerja), method (metode), machine (mesin), material (bahan), dan environment (lingkungan). Oleh karena itu, langkah-langkah perbaikan yang disarankan adalah sebagai berikut: pembuatan Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) untuk memastikan setiap langkah dalam proses pelayanan obat terdokumentasi dan terstandarisasi, pembuatan flow chart proses pelayanan obat untuk memvisualisasikan secara jelas alur kerja dan mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan, penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam manajemen data dan informasi terkait pelayanan obat, penambahan tenaga pelaksana yang cukup dan terlatih untuk memastikan proses pelayanan obat berjalan lancar dan efisien, terus melakukan evaluasi secara berkala untuk memonitor perbaikan yang telah dilakukan, sehingga hasilnya dapat lebih terukur dan dapat dijadikan informasi yang relevan dalam pengambilan keputusan lebih lanjut. Dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan proses pelayanan obat di instalasi farmasi rawat jalan RS XX dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanannya secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This articles aims to gain an in-depth knowledge of the human resources of “Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar” design to the implementation capability in the classroom, especially what has been and has not been implemented in the course of Indonesian education. The researchers has obtained several data that have collected from various sources such as book publications, journal publications, and other newspapers that discuss issues of an independent curriculum as well as its implementation and output. The researchers analyzed under a phenomenological approach, a technique where to get a phenomenal answer from a large amount of data to answer the issues of this study. The research used coding the data, evaluating in-depth data, and interpreting the data. Hence, the researchers could draw conclusions that answered the problem validly. The result showed that the human resources in Indonesian, independent from curriculum design to implementation in schools, found significant obstacles where the government was successful in designing the curriculum but it was constrained in implementation. It can be seen quite a lot has been achieved and a lot has not been achieved. Thus these results were helpful for the subsequent study. Abstract

With a simple random sampling technique, a sample of 75 employees was taken at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar Pekanbaru Branch as a respondent in this study. There is an Influence of Leadership on Employee Performance. It is proven that the t-value for the Leadership variable (X1) is 4.526 while the t-table value for n = 75 is 1.992. So 4.526> 1.992, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be stated that Leadership (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). There is an Influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance. It is proven that the t-value for the Work Environment variable (X2) is 5.980, while the t-table value for n = 75 is 1.992. So 5.980> 1.992, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that partially the Work Environment variable (X2) has an effect on Employee Performance (Y). There is an influence of Leadership and Work Environment together on Employee Performance. It is proven that the ANOVA test obtained an F-value of 57.759, while the F-table (a 0.05) for n = 75 was 2.73. So Fcount > from Ftable (a 0.05) or 57.759 > 2.73 with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be said that Leadership (X1) and Work Environment (X2) together or simultaneously have a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). The Adjudted R Square (R2) value is 0.605. This shows that 60.5% of Leadership (X1) and Work Environment (X2) together have an effect on Employee Performance (Y), while the remaining 39.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
