Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of elderly people in Cilawang Hamlet regarding the use of moringa leaves as herbal ingredients to support health. The problems identified include a low level of understanding about the nutritional content of moringa leaves, the correct processing methods, and the existence of inaccurate traditional beliefs. The outreach was carried out through lectures, discussions, simulations, and demonstrations of processing moringa into tea, powder, and food products, accompanied by educational media such as leaflets, videos, and presentations. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge, as indicated by an increase in the average pre-test score from 71% to 87% on the post-test, as well as an increase in the elderly's skills in processing moringa leaves hygienically and appropriately. This activity also produced outputs in the form of the formation of village health cadres, the availability of educational media, and increased moringa utilization practices at the household level. The conclusion of this program is that education-based outreach using visual aids and hands-on practice has proven effective in improving health literacy and encouraging the elderly to use moringa leaves as a safe, easily obtainable, and beneficial herbal alternative to support their health.

Abstract

Penggunaan Tekonologi Informasi telah mengubah interaksi antara pemerintah dengan warga negara. Berdasarkan Inpres No.3 tahun 2003 pemerintah harus segera melaksanakan proses transformasi menuju e-government.. Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran keberhasilan implementasi e- Government diPemerintah Kota Magelang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei berbasiskan kuesioner yang berisi daftar faktor sukses dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Responden merupakan administrator penyedia layanan publik di 29 Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD)Kota Magelang.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 10 faktor sukses yang ditanyakan tingkat kesetujuannya telah mendapat predikat baik. Dengan demikian 10 faktor sukses tersebut dapat menjadi pedoman dan fokus bagi Pemerintah daerah lainnya untuk mendukung kesuksesan implementasi e-Government. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei yang mengguna kan kuesioner yang berisi kajian faktor keberhasilan dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Menanggapi merupakan admin web penyedia layanan publik di 29 o rganisasi p erangkat d aerah (OPD) Kota Magelang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 10 faktor sukses yang di ajuka dan untuk responden, tingkat persetujuan telah mendapat respon yang baik. Dengan demikian 10 faktor sukses ini dapat menjadi pedoman dan fokus bagi p emerintah daerah lain untuk mendukung kesuksesan implementasi e- g overnment. Abstract

The advancement of digital technology in the field of education has encouraged the adoption of various innovative learning media capable of providing more interactive and engaging learning experiences while bringing students closer to real-life situations. One of the technologies with significant potential to support the learning process is Virtual Reality (VR), which enables students to gain learning experiences through immersive simulations of virtual environments. This study aims to analyze students’ responses to the use of Virtual Reality media and to examine the effectiveness of its implementation in creating a realistic learning environment in the Agricultural Product Processing subject for Grade XI students of the Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing (APHP) program at SMKN 3 Takalar. This research employed an experimental method conducted at SMKN 3 Takalar. The population consisted of all students enrolled in the Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing (APHP) program, while the research sample included 22 Grade XI APHP students who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. Data collection was conducted by administering closed-ended questionnaires using a Likert scale to students in both research groups. The findings revealed that the implementation of Virtual Reality media was more effective than expository learning in supporting the creation of a realistic learning environment. This was demonstrated by the questionnaire results, in which the experimental group achieved percentages ranging from 59% to 82%, while the control group obtained assessment percentages ranging from 50% to 73%. Based on these findings, the use of Virtual Reality had a positive impact, both in terms of its utilization as a learning medium and its ability to create a more realistic learning environment. Nevertheless, further development and refinement are still necessary to ensure that the application of Virtual Reality technology in the learning process can be utilized more effectively and adapted to the characteristics and needs of students.
