Abstract

Economic growth in a country can be reflected by the number of construction projects. To achieve robust economic growth, effective human resource management is required to enhance productivity. One aspect that affects work productivity is the labor force. This research aims to analyze the factors and tasks that influence labor productivity in Concrete Bearing Replacement Projects. Given the many factors or criteria to consider, the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) method is used for identification. The Fuzzy AHP method assists in evaluating various criteria and determining the relative weights of each factor to make informed decisions. To simplify the analysis, 4 criteria and 12 sub-criteria are used. Based on the analysis, the factor with the greatest impact on labor productivity is the work area (K2-1) with a weight of 0.1327, while the factor with the lowest weight is the accuracy of material delivery to the location (A2) with a weight of 0.0442. The tasks that relatively impact labor productivity include loading and unloading concrete bearings (A3) with a weight of 0.0029, replacing concrete bearings with a weight value of 0.0026, and the lowest impact tasks are dismantling gongsol and revising curves, with a weight value of 0.0022.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan posisi tempat bertemunya tiga lempeng tektonik dunia sehingga sebagai tempat berkumpulnya berbagai macam bencana. Bencana adalah peristiwa atau rangkaian peristiwa yang mengancam dan mengganggu kehidupan dan penghidupan masyarakat yang disebabkan, baik oleh faktor alam, non-alam dan kelalaian manusia sehingga mengakibatkan timbulnya korban jiwa manusia, kerusakan lingkungan, kerugian harta benda, dan dampak psikologis. Tsunami adalah salah satu jenis dari bencana tersebut. Tsunami adalah gelombang laut besar yang ditimbulkan oleh gempa bumi di dasar laut karena adanya subduksi lempeng, pergerakan patahan, letusan gunung berapi dasar laut. Desa Kunjir adalah salah satu desa yang ada di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan yang terkena dampak bencana tsunami. Meskipun Desa Kunjir memiliki potensi yang besar terhadap bencana tsunami tetapi rencana mitigasi terhadap ancaman bencana tsunami yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat desa masih sangatlah minim, Mitigasi dapat berupa pembuatan terumbu karang buatan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kunjir, Kecamatan Rajabasa, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Provinsi Lampung. Pelaksanaan kegiatan transplantasi dilakukan melalui dua tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi.  Berdasarakan kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan kelompok mitra dalam penerapan teknologi terumbu buatan dan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai perawatan terumbu karang.

Abstract

The increase in the volume of passengers and goods in rail transportation in Indonesia has an impact on the condition of railway infrastructure, especially railway infrastructure. The main focus of this condition is the risk of rail damage, especially broken rails. So a holistic assessment approach is needed to identify the root causes and formulate appropriate treatment and improvement strategies. The aim of the research is to identify the factors causing the rail to break and analyze the causes. This research uses a risk level value analysis method by multiplying the results of probability and impact, thus producing a risk value. Risk variables such as extreme rain events, expansion in the alignment area, and mud pumping are high level risks. This is followed by medium, low and very low risks, according to the classification of each risk variable analyzed. Therefore, the priority scale for handling broken rail repairs is grouped based on the risk level value starting from the highest risk to the lowest risk. The conclusion is that risk variables such as extreme rain produce a risk value of IDR 296,881,200 with a probability value of 0.99% and an impact of IDR 29,988,000,000, expansion in the straight area produces a risk value of IDR 376,992,000 with a probability value of 1.10% and impact IDR 34,272,000,000, and mud pumping produces a risk value of IDR 394,128,000 with a probability value of 1.15% and impact IDR 34,272,000,000, these three risk variables are classified as high risk.
