Abstract

The level of reliability of a distribution system is very important to ensure the continuity of electricity supply to consumers. This research was conducted to calculate the Saidi reliability index and the Saifi 20 kV distribution system in Pinang PLN in 2017 with the help of the Matlab R2008a application. A GUI is one of the Matlab programs that is widely used in describing information and commands, and its users are possible to form and format themselves according to the needs of the system itself. With the help of this software, it is hoped that it will be easier to calculate the system reliability index, namely the calculation of SAIDI and SAIFI, then the results can be made so that the database is more organized. The calculation results obtained will show the highest and lowest SAIDI and SAIFI values ​​that occur in each of the current months, making it easier to evaluate, analyze and improve the reliability of the electrical power system network in the future, especially in PT.

Abstract

Electrical Measurement is one of the courses in Electrical Engineering, which consists of theoretical and practical subjects. The system of taking practical courses should be implemented after taking theoretical courses or simultaneously in one semester. But in reality there are still students who take practical courses before taking theoretical courses, especially in the Electrical Measurement course. Based on the description above, the researcher would describe whether there is an influence of learning outcomes of Electrical Measurement Theoretical Courses on learning outcomes of Electrical Measurement Practical Courses. This research must be held to measure motivation to learn of students and learn the interaction between learning motivation and Electrical Measurement Practical Courses. This research was analyzed using two-way ANAVA (Two Way ANOVAI) with a 2x2 factorial design and further tests using Tukey Test. The result was there is an interaction between Electrical Measurement Theoretical Courses and student's learning motivation of their Electrical Measurement Practical Courses' results. This can be seen from 16.66 and Ft = 4.04 at α = 0.05 with Fh> Ft means H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Pangsa pasar suatu perusahaan pembangkit tenaga listrik ditentukan berdasarkan kontribusi daya mampu neto dengan mekanisme tata niaga listrik, melalui kompetisi harga energi listrik dan kesiapan daya mampu pembangkit atau dikenal dengan merit order pembangkit yang berdasarkan efisiensi pada pembangkit. Salah satu perusahaan pembangkit listrik telah mengalami penurunan pangsa pasar di Jawa Bali sampai dengan 2015 hanya tinggal 22%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model yang dapat menyajikan gambaran visual tentang hubungan parameter – parameter teknis dan keuangan yang saling berpengaruh dalam mengidentifikasi peluang-peluang teknik yang dapat menurunkan tara kalor pembangkit serta mengukur tingkat risiko masing-masing peluang. Selanjutnya model akan dikembangkan menggunakan sistem dinamik untuk memberikan gambaran kepada stakeholder tentang kinerja operasi dan keuangan dari peningkatan nilai tara kalor pembangkit pada profitabilitas perusahaan. Studi kasus adalah di PLTGU Priok blok 1 dan blok 2. Peluang teknik terhadap empat teknologi terbaru pembangkit dapat menurunkan nilai tara kalor pembangkit sebesar 10,369%. Sistem dinamik yang dibuat menunjukkan bukti adanya hubungan antara kenaikan pendapatan operasional dengan penurunan nilai tara kalor PLTGU Priok.
