Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop comic strip media as a learning media for mathematics so that it can create mathematical learning media by utilizing technology or called mobile learning, knowing the steps for developing learning media and designing m-learning learning media designs that are easy for students to understand. as well as knowing the quality of the Mathematical Strip Comic learning media that was developed through three test stages, namely expert validation testing, testing on teacher and student respondents, and evaluation for product revisions. In addition, a research and development development research approach is used in compiling work steps so that conclusions can be drawn that mathematical strips are learning media by utilizing image illustrations in loading the content of teaching materials that can attract students' interest and motivation in learning activities that are easier and more enjoyable. Assessment carried out by media experts, material experts, linguists, teacher respondents, and student respondents found that Comic Strip learning media is in a good category to be used as a support for mathematics learning.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mengenalkan matematika terapan kepada industri kecil. Mengubah persepsi pada kalangan pelaku industri bahwa perlunya pendekatan ilmiah dalam kegiatan industrinya. Serta membuat pelaku industri terbiasa menggunakan matematika untuk mengoptimalkan produksinya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di pabrik kue Lintang, salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang kue kering. Jenis produknya terdiri dari: kue tambang orisinal, kue tambang coklat, kue tambang super, kue tambang coklat super, kue sistik bawang, kue sistik ubi, dan krupuk seblak. Adapun pabrik kue ini setiap minggunya selalu mendapatkan pesanan jenis kue kering tersebut tetapi terkendala dengan sumberdaya yang terbatas di antaranya: modal, bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan mesin produksi. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Penghitungan menggunakan algoritma simpleks dengan bantuan aplikasi Operational Research. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, didapatkan keuntungan maksimal sebesar Rp 7.458.647 selama produksi periode (3 hari) jika memproduksi 10 sak kue tambang super orisinal, 3 sak kue tambang super coklat, 13,49 sak kue tambang besar orisinal, 1 sak kue tambang besar coklat, 2 sak kue sistik bawang dan 1 sak kue sistik ubi. Secara umum kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi peningkatan kualitas produksi pabrik Kue Lintang sehingga keuntungan akan diperoleh secara maksimal

Abstract

Kewirausahaan adalah suatu proses dalam melakukan ssesuatu yang baru dengan cara yang penuh inovasi serta kreatif kemudian bermanfaat bagi orang lain serta memberikan nilai lebih. Sudah banyak orang di dunia ini yang memilih Kewirausahaan sebagai sebuah pekerjaan, dan menjadikannya sebagai profesi atau untuk mata pencaharian. kewirausahaan bisa dilakukan siapa saja dan dimana saja termasuk di lingkungan sekolah yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Untuk menjadi seorang entrepreneur atau pengusaha, para siswa terlebih dahulu belajar bagaimana cara menjadi pengusaha yang handal. Untuk menghadapi tantanga tersebut, mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan serta produk kreatif sangan diperlukan terutama di Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Kejuruan. Siswa diharapkan mempunyai pola piker yang strategis yang sangat diperlukan oleh seorang wirausaha agar mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan dunia usaha. Cara yang mudah untuk mengembangkan usaha di lingkungan sekolah adalah dengan mengolah sampah dengan daur ulang sehingga sampah tersebut bisa dipakai kembali. Ecobrick menjadi salah satu solusi yang sederhana dalam mengolah sampah plastik menjadi bermanfaat dilingkungan sekolah serta menjadikan sekolah yang ramah lingkungan. Selain itu produk yang dihasilkan juga bisa dijadikan peluang usaha dan bisa dijual oleh siswa dengan cara marketing online.
