Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital dan praktik keamanan bermedia sosial yang berorientasi etika bagi guru di SMA Negeri 1 Batu. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka pada 16 Juni 2025 dengan partisipasi sekitar 40 guru. Pendekatan yang digunakan berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan aplikatif (workshop) berdurasi ±2,5 jam yang mengintegrasikan paparan konseptual, demonstrasi teknis (manajemen kata sandi, pengaturan privasi, verifikasi dua langkah, serta identifikasi serangan phishing), dan diskusi studi kasus. Evaluasi dilaksanakan melalui instrumen pre-test dan post-test yang dilengkapi kuesioner umpan balik untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan dan kesiapan penerapan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman konseptual serta kesiapan praktis peserta dalam menerapkan langkah-langkah keamanan digital dasar, disertai respons positif terhadap relevansi dan aplikabilitas materi. Peserta mengusulkan perluasan cakupan materi misalnya aspek tindak pidana siber dan pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan dalam konteks pendidikan serta rekomendasi untuk mekanisme pendampingan berkala. Kesimpulannya, intervensi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran etika dan kapasitas dasar keamanan digital di kalangan guru; untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan penguatan kompetensi, disarankan pengembangan modul lanjutan, monitoring berkala, dan evaluasi kuantitatif yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

The telecommunications sector in Indonesia has experienced rapid development in recent years, characterized by the increasing number of telecommunications operators offering various services and products. Therefore, there is competitive rivalry among operators. The right strategy is needed to survive and compete effectively. One of the efforts that can be made by telecommunication companies is to evaluate operational performance. This research aims to analyze the sentiment of X users towards telecommunication operational performance, at Telkomsel and Tri operators using text mining methods, namely Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Decision Tree Learning (DTL). The research data is obtained by crawling from the X application, then the data is processed to remove unnecessary words or affixes. Then data modeling and validation is carried out using split validation and cross validation techniques. In the split validation technique, the data is divided into 70% training data and 30% testing data, while in the cross-validation technique the fold parameter is set to determine which fold has the highest accuracy. The results of the study show that the SVM method has the highest accuracy, where in split validation the accuracy is 84.29% for Telkomsel data and 75.70% for Tri data. Similarly, in cross validation, the accuracy is 82.15% on fold 4, 7 for Telkomsel data and 61.41% on fold 9 for Tri data. In addition, it is known that Telkomsel data has 18.64% positive sentiment and 81.36% negative sentiment. While Tri data has 61.11% positive sentiment and 38.89% negative sentiment.

Abstract

The development of technology in Indonesia, especially in the field of education, has now brought convenience in carrying out activities related to education, for example in the PPDB (New Student Admission) activities where many schools still carry out PPDB activities offline. This activity feels less effective and efficient in the current digital era, so a system is needed that can facilitate the PPDB process in all schools, especially in Indonesia. By using the PPDB application, it is hoped that the schools concerned can adapt to the increasingly advanced technological era and not be fixated on the old, outdated system. This research was compiled using the Research and Development (R&D) research method with a Waterfall approach that includes several stages that must be carried out, including needs analysis, system design, application implementation, system testing, and maintenance. And for the testing phase, using blackbox testing aims to measure the ability of our application to function and run well or not. This research is expected to assist in the implementation of PPDB activities. This system is designed and designed using Visual Basic, then for database processing using MySQL. We designed this application to be as simple and as simple as possible so that it is easy to use by students and schools that have access to the application. This application is expected to inspire other schools that have not yet implemented an online PPDB system.

Abstract

Learning basic web programming requires learning materials that support conceptual understanding, programming practice, and systematic problem-solving. This study aims to develop a Moodle-based eWeb Learning platform using a Problem-Based Learning approach focused on computational thinking skills, assess the feasibility and functionality of the product, and analyze user acceptance. The study employed the Research and Development method using the ADDIE model. A limited pilot test involved 48 students from the Information Technology Education, Informatics Engineering, and Information Systems programs who had a background in Web Programming or Software Engineering. Data were obtained through expert validation, black-box testing, and the Technology Acceptance Model questionnaire. The validation results were 86.67% for content experts, 88.57% for media experts, and 89.09% for item experts; all were classified as highly valid. Black-box testing yielded a score of 89.66%, indicating that most system functions performed as expected. User acceptance reached 90.42% for Perceived Ease of Use, 89.42% for Perceived Usefulness, and 88.89% for Behavioral Intention to Use, with an average of 89.58% in the very good category. Spearman’s correlation coefficient showed a positive and significant relationship between PEOU and PU, PEOU and BI, and PU and BI. Thus, eWeb Learning is deemed viable, with most system functions operating as expected and receiving very good user acceptance.

Abstract

Database learning in Basic SQL Query material requires instructional media that supports concept explanation, problem-solving activities, query practice, discussion, and assessment in a structured environment. This study aimed to develop E-base Learning as a Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS), determine the feasibility of the product, and analyze user responses using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study employed Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The product contains a Database course, Basic SQL Query materials, problem-based learning activities, discussion forums, assignments, quizzes, assessment features, an SQL Compiler, and an AI Assistant. Product feasibility was examined through media expert validation, material expert validation, test-item validation, and Black-Box Testing. User responses were collected from 37 limited-trial users and analyzed using the TAM aspects of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Behavioral Intention to Use. The results showed that media expert validation reached 88.57%, material expert validation reached 86.67%, and test-item validation reached 90.91%, with an average expert validation score of 88.72%. Initial functional Black-Box Testing reached 79.31%, while non-functional testing reached 80.00%; after revision, previously invalid scenarios became valid. User responses reached 88.32% for Perceived Ease of Use, 88.43% for Perceived Usefulness, and 88.65% for Behavioral Intention to Use, with an average of 88.47%. Spearman correlation showed positive and significant relationships among TAM variables. Therefore, E-base Learning is feasible as a learning support medium and receives a very good level of user acceptance.

Abstract

Learning on the Network Security element still relies heavily on conventional face-to-face methods at SMK Hasyim Asy'ari Lamongan, since the school does not yet have a Learning Management System (LMS) specifically dedicated to supporting this topic, leaving students passive and struggling to grasp abstract technical concepts. This study aimed to develop, and to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of, a Moodle-based LMS named “TKJ Smart Learning” integrated with the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve students' cognitive competency on the Network Security element. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, comprising the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The developed product includes Network Security learning materials, discussion forums, project-based learning activities, group role assignment, project monitoring, assignments, quizzes, assessment, reflection, and student activity tracking. Feasibility was evaluated through expert validation of the teaching module, media, materials, and test instruments, together with Black-Box Testing, while effectiveness was analyzed using pre-test and post-test scores from an experimental and a control class comprising 45 grade XI Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) students. The results showed an average expert validation score of 94.25% (Highly Valid), with Black-Box Testing achieving a 100% success rate. The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test showed a significant pre-test–post-test improvement in both classes (p < 0.001), and the Mann-Whitney U Test revealed a significant difference between the experimental and control classes (U = 401.5; p < 0.001). The experimental class obtained an N-Gain score of 0.765 (high category), compared to 0.447 (moderate category) for the control class. Therefore, the Moodle-based TKJ Smart Learning LMS implementing Project-Based Learning is considered feasible and effective in improving students' cognitive competency on the Network Security element.

Abstract

Abstrak—Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah Learning Management System (LMS) "Mindlab" berbasis website yang dilengkapi dengan fitur Compiler Online dan Profile Showcase untuk mendukung praktik Pemrograman Terstruktur. Terdapat kebutuhan akan platform sistem informasi terpusat yang mampu menyediakan lingkungan eksekusi kode pemrograman secara real-time langsung di dalam peramban, serta fitur dokumentasi portofolio digital yang saling terintegrasi dalam satu sistem, guna mengatasi keterbatasan spesifikasi perangkat keras dan fragmentasi platform. Sistem dibangun menggunakan arsitektur full-stack dengan framework Next.js, basis data Supabase (PostgreSQL), serta integrasi layanan pihak ketiga berupa Piston API dan Wandbox sebagai mesin kompilator kode online. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) melalui tahapan siklus perancangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Pengujian fungsionalitas sistem dievaluasi menggunakan metode Black Box Testing yang menghasilkan tingkat validitas sebesar 99,07% dari 216 skenario uji, membuktikan bahwa fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan sangat baik dan tanpa kecacatan (bug) mayor. Selain itu, evaluasi non-fungsional dari sisi antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna diukur menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil pengukuran UEQ menunjukkan bahwa lima dari enam skala berada pada posisi Above Average terhadap tolok ukur (benchmark) global produk digital. Kesimpulannya, rancang bangun sistem LMS Mindlab terbukti andal secara teknis, fungsional, dan mampu memberikan kualitas pengalaman pengguna yang sangat baik sebagai platform eksekusi dan manajemen pemrograman terstruktur.   Kata Kunci— Learning Management System, Mindlab, Compiler Online, Next.js, Black Box Testing, User Experience Questionnaire, Full-stack Development.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan Smart Attendance System (SMARTAS) sebagai sistem pelengkap presensi masuk sekolah di SMKN 2 Surabaya agar pencatatan kehadiran dapat dilakukan pada setiap sesi pembelajaran. SMARTAS mengintegrasikan autentikasi face recognition, QR Code berbasis waktu, dan validasi lokasi GPS untuk memastikan kesesuaian identitas, waktu, sesi, serta lokasi pengguna. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif, edukatif, dan berbasis teknologi yang mencakup koordinasi dengan mitra, analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan TypeScript dan JavaScript dengan PostgreSQL sebagai basis data, pelatihan model wajah menggunakan TensorFlow.js, konfigurasi QR Code aktif selama satu menit, pembatasan lokasi dalam radius 50 meter, pengujian black-box, evaluasi pengguna, dan serah terima sistem. Sasaran implementasi mencakup 114 guru dan 2.577 siswa. Hasil pengujian terhadap delapan skenario fitur utama menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan fungsional sebesar 100%. Evaluasi terhadap 30 responden menghasilkan skor System Usability Scale sebesar 88,3, nilai kemudahan penggunaan 4,61 dari 5, kualitas antarmuka 4,62 dari 5, dan kepuasan keseluruhan 4,73 dari 5, yang seluruhnya berada pada kategori sangat baik. Implementasi SMARTAS memperluas cakupan presensi dari kehadiran masuk sekolah menjadi kehadiran per kelas dan mata pelajaran, sekaligus mendukung SDGs 4 melalui penguatan tata kelola, pemantauan partisipasi siswa, dan transformasi digital layanan pendidikan.

Abstract

Students' cognitive abilities in the Structured Programming element at the vocational secondary school level remain a challenge in the implementation of Phase E of the Merdeka Curriculum, particularly in the mastery of programming logic and problem-solving concepts. This study aims to analyze the improvement of cognitive abilities among Class X RPL students at SMK Antartika 2 Sidoarjo following the use of a website-based LMS entitled Mindlab, integrated with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) instructional model. The study employed a Time Series Design conducted across three meetings in May 2026. Cognitive ability data were collected through pre-test (O1, O2) and post-test (O3) instruments that had been validated by subject matter experts. The media validation yielded 83.14% (Very Valid), the learning module 85.59% (Very Valid), the subject matter 82% (Valid), and the cognitive test items 80.63% (Very Valid). Inferential analysis using the Paired Sample T-Test revealed a calculated t-value of 68.45 with 30 degrees of freedom (df) and a p-value of less than 0.001, indicating a statistically significant increase in students' cognitive abilities. The magnitude of cognitive improvement was further assessed using the Normalized Gain (N-Gain) test, which produced a mean score of 0.732, classified within the high gain category. User experience evaluation using the UEQ instrument showed that the majority of scales were positioned Above Average against the global benchmark. These findings indicate that LMS Mindlab is significantly and effectively capable of enhancing students' cognitive abilities in the Structured Programming element of Phase E.

Abstract

The learning process of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using Java for undergraduate students of Information Technology Education (PTI) tends to be conventional and teacher-centered. The absence of interactive media and the lack of Problem Based Learning (PBL) integration in the existing system cause students to struggle in understanding programming logic. This study aims to develop a website-based Learning Management System (LMS) named "Resolva" that integrates PBL syntax and an online compiler to improve students' cognitive abilities. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) adapting the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects involved 30 undergraduate students of PTI Class of 2022 A, utilizing a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. Data collection instruments included expert validation sheets, cognitive tests (pre-test and post-test), and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The results showed that the "Resolva" LMS is highly feasible for use, with validation scores of 91.76% for teaching modules, 89.34% for materials, 87.5% for test questions, and 74% for media, alongside a functionality test success rate of 97.92%. There was a significant improvement in cognitive abilities, evidenced by the Paired Sample t-Test (p < 0.001) and an average N-Gain of 0.6067 (moderate category). User response testing through UEQ indicated "Positive" criteria across all six dimensions (Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty). It is concluded that the "Resolva" LMS is valid, practical, and effective in improving cognitive skills in Java programming and provides an excellent user experience.
