Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of elementary school students insolving mathematical problems on the least common multiple and thegreatest common divisor material. The indicators used in this study referto polya problem solving, namely understanding the problem, making aplan, executing the plan and checking again. This research method appliesdescriptive qualitative design. The subjects of this study were students ofclass IV B Elementary School 24 Southeast Pontianak. Sources of data inthis study consisted of the results of mathematical problem solving abilitytests and interview data. The results showed that students with a high levelof ability and students with a moderate level of ability were able to writewhat they knew well. The abilities possessed make it easy to apply problemsolving based on polya step, especially in understanding problems, makingplans and checking back. The difficulties experienced by students are inthe third stage, namely carrying out the plan, students often writeincomplete answers and have difficulty in arithmetic operations.Keywords: Math Problem Solving Ability, Least Common Multiple andThe Greatest Common Divisor Materials

Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed  to analyze the effect of model Mind Mapping against learning outcomes Social Science grade V 66 Country elementary school City of Pontianak. The methods used in this research was a method of experimentation. Experimental design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this research was the entire grade of the sample selection Technique  was Simple Random Sampling. Sample research VA class as experiments and VB  class as control. Data collecting technique used in this research was measurement technique. Data collecting tool in the form of test results of student learning. The study resulted average post test experimental 80.19 and class results average learning post test control 72.78 class. After analyzed by t-test acquired t count amounted to 3.322 and t α = 5% table (with dk = 32 + 32 – 2 = 62) of 1.994, meaning t count (3.322) > t table (1.994), the Ha received. So it can be concluded that there was a Mind Mapping model of influence against the learning outcomes Social Science grade V 66 Country elementary school City of Pontianak. The calculation of effect size (ES), retrieved the ICE of 0.81. This means that Mind Mapping model gave effect to the results of student learning. Keywords : Mind Mapping Model, The Results Of The Study, The Social Science.

Abstract

Based on the background presented that the learning process will still becarried out even with limited face-to-face, then researchers are interested inconducting research to know the implementation of learning during thepandemic, then the researcher formulated a common problem of this study ishow to implement learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose is todescribe how to implement learning during the covid-19 pandemic in gradeIV C. The research method used is qualitative research. This type of researchis descriptive research. Research location in the field. The research subjectconsists of teachers and students. Research data sources include primary andskunder data. Data collection techniques with observation, interview, anddocumentation techniques. The results showed that the implementation oflearning has been running face-to-face but the results have not been effective,student learning outcomes are still relatively low because it is difficult toassess objectively, student activities while in school are still not good, studentresponses to learning activities vary, namely some who receive well there arealso still adapting, and there are still factors that support and inhibit theongoing learning activities.Keywords: Activities, Implementation of Learning, Inhibitory andSupporting Factors, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed was to analyze the influence peer tutoring method of student learning output in learning mathematics in grade V of State Elementary School 06 North Pontianak. the research method was an experiment, form of quasi Experimental's non-equivalent group design. the research population of all grade V students of public Elementary School 06 North Pontianak  werw counted to 43 students. the withdrawal sample tec hnique used purposive sample. the technique used was observation and measuring. the data collection tools are observation sheets and essay question. the data result was the average score of class control post-test was 62,09 and the experiment was 70.69. based on the counting result t-test was 2,060 > t-table 2,020 then ha is accepted. it shows that there is a difference in students learning output of class control and class experiment. the value of effect size was 0,77 with middle criteria. it can conclusion that t­here is an effect of the application of the peer tutoring method on student learning output in learning mathematics in grade V public Elementary School 06 North Pontianak.Keywords: Learning Outcomes,Mathematics, Peer Tutoring

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of the application of the think pair share model to the mathematics learning outcomes of grade V students of Pontianak city 17th elementary school. The methodology that was used for this study was the experimental methods. As for the population in this study was 90 students from the grade V in the 17th elementary school. The sample in this study are all the students of grade VC with a number of 32 students as an experiment class and students of VA with a number of 29 students as control class. The data collection techniques that was used were a measurement techniques. Based on the analysis results that were obtained tcount (2,041) > ttable (1,671) thus, the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there are differences in learning outcomes between experiment class and control class. Based on the calculation of the effect size were obtained as much as 0,38 with moderate criteria. It can be conclude that learning by applying think pair share model has a moderate effect on student learning outcomes in grade V of Pontianak city 17th elementary schools.Keywords: Cooperatif Learning, Learning Outcomes, Think Pair Share Model.

Abstract

AbstractThe research aimed. Analysis impression approaching contextual teaching and learning to mathematics result studying at 4th class elementary school 34 Pontianak City. Method  is was using is experimenal  method. The kind of research is was used is Quasi Experimental Design. Populatin of this research were student 4th class to 197 number sample of this research were student from 4th C to 33 numbers, as experiment class and student from 4th class D to 33 number as control class. Data collecting techniques is were used is measuring techniques. Based on analysis obtaining t count (2,580) > t table (1,670) which alternative hypotesis was accepted. As of can cencluded there were differences studying result between experiment class was using contextual teaching and learning impression and class was used deduktif impression. From calculated result effect siqe aqcuisiton ES as big as  0,46 with medium caractere. It mean studying by using contextual teaching and learning impression give medium effect to students 4th class result studying at elementary school 34 of Pontianak City. Keywords: Contextual Teaching and Learning Approaches,  Learning Outcomes,   Mathematics
