Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the improvement of speech skill using audiovisual media. The research method used is descriptive method while the form of research is a classroom action research with the nature of collaborative research. Place in research took in the country’s basic school 36 Pontianak Selatan. Subjek in research that is the teacher as a collaborator and student grade VA amounted to twenty people.Data collection techniques used are techniques of observation and documents. This research is done as much as 3 cycles with each.The result of the research are (1) the ability of teachers to design the learning cycle i have average 2.80, category average, cycle ii average 3,38 good category and cycle iii 3,66 excellent category. (2) the ability of teachers to implement learning cycle i has average value of 2.65 categories enough ,cycle ii average 3,44 categorized good and iii cycle average 3,79 category is very good. Then on the result of students’ speaking skill on the first cycle of the average score of 58.58 on the second cycle of the average score of 72,73 students in the third cycle student average score 82.31 It can be concluded that using audiovisual media in learning Indonesian language. Keywords : Improvement, Speaking skill, Audiovisual Media

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of the Cooperative Learning Type Picture and Picture on the poetry writing skills of fifth grade students at the 13th Elementary School in West Pontianak. The research method used is an experimental, Non-Equivalent Group Design type Quasi Experimental form. The research population was all students of class V Elementary School 13 West Pontianak, totaling 72 students. The sampling technique uses probability sampling while the sample is the VA class as an experimental class with 35 students and the VB class as a control class with 37 students. The data collection technique used the measurement technique. Data collection tools are written tests in the form of essays. The results of data analysis namely, the average score of the control class post-test was 69.18 and the experiment was 78.28. Based on the results of t-test calculations obtained tcount 3.146 > t table 1.98, then Ha is accepted. This shows that there is an influence in the poetry reading skills of the control class students with the experimental class. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Mind Mapping learning method on the learning outcomes of Social Sciences of fifth grade students of East Pontianak 09th Elementary School. The research method used was an experiment, a form of Quasi Experimental type of non equivalent group design. The study population was all fifth grade students of East Pontianak Elementary School 09 of 100 students. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The technique used is direct observation and measurement. Data collection tools in the form of observation sheets and multiple choice tests. The results of data analysis are, the average score of the control class post-test is 56,19 and the experiment is 62,91. Based on the results of the t-test calculation obtained by tcount 2.38>ttable 1.98, then Ha is accepted. This shows that there are differences in the learning outcomes of the control class students with the experimental class. Calculation of effect size is 0.64 with medium criteria. The conclusion of this study is that there is the influence of the Mind Mapping learning method on the learning outcomes of Social Sciences in fifth grade students of East Pontianak 09 Elementary School in the medium category. Keywords: Learning Methods for Mind Mapping, Learning Outcomes, Social Sciences

Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed  to analyze the effect of model Mind Mapping against learning outcomes Social Science grade V 66 Country elementary school City of Pontianak. The methods used in this research was a method of experimentation. Experimental design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this research was the entire grade of the sample selection Technique  was Simple Random Sampling. Sample research VA class as experiments and VB  class as control. Data collecting technique used in this research was measurement technique. Data collecting tool in the form of test results of student learning. The study resulted average post test experimental 80.19 and class results average learning post test control 72.78 class. After analyzed by t-test acquired t count amounted to 3.322 and t α = 5% table (with dk = 32 + 32 – 2 = 62) of 1.994, meaning t count (3.322) > t table (1.994), the Ha received. So it can be concluded that there was a Mind Mapping model of influence against the learning outcomes Social Science grade V 66 Country elementary school City of Pontianak. The calculation of effect size (ES), retrieved the ICE of 0.81. Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study was how does the use of non examples of model use for writing description skills of fourth grade students of West Pontianak 55 State Elementary School ?. This study aims to analyze the magnitude of the effect of using the examples of non-examples models on description writing skills of fourth grade students of West Pontianak 55 State Elementary School. The method used in this study was the experimental method. The form of research used was quasi experimental design with a non equivalent control group design pattern. From data and data analysis, the type of research used was quantitative research. This study used a sampling technique that was by sampling technique. The data collection tool used was a test. The population is all students from two classes totaling 60 students, while the sample was class IVA and class IVB which amounts to 60 students. Based on the data analysis, the results of the experimental class post-test average = 70.68 and the results of the post-test control class average = 61.79. This shows the influence of students in learning to write descriptions using the examples non examples model. After t-test was obtained tcount 4.83 for dk 58 and α = 5% obtained t table was 1.68, which means Ttest and ttable, then Ha was accepted, which means there was a significant effect on the use of examples non examples models. From the calculation of the effect size (ES), obtained (ES) of 0.8 with medium criteria, this means that the use of examples of non-examples models has a moderate influence on students' description writing skills.Keywords: Influence, Examples Non Examples, Writing Description skills.

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to describe the correlation between independence and learning motivation on learning outcomes in the fifth grade thematic learning of SDN 46 Sungai Raya. The research method used was descriptive research with a correlational study form. The population in this study were 25 SDN 46 Sungai Raya students. The sample in this study were 25 students who were determined by the sampling technique, namely class V SDN 46 Sungai Raya totaling 26 students. The results showed that independent learning was 79.04%, learning motivation was 75.8%, and learning outcomes were obtained an average of 75.6. Statistical calculations used the product moment correlation formula, namely learning independence with learning outcomes obtained rcount of 0.78 and learning motivation with learning outcomes obtained rcount of 0.876. Independence and learning motivation on learning outcomes used the multiple correlation formula and gafe by R_ (y. 〖X_1 x〗_ (2)) of 0.775. it was categorized as a strong relationship with Fcount of 45.128 and Ftable ¬α = 5% of 3.42 which means (45,128)> Ftable ¬ (3,42), then Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there was a relationship between independence and learning motivation on learning outcomes in thematic learning in class V SDN 46 Sungai Raya. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Student Teams Achievement Division learning method on the learning outcomes of Social Sciences of thrid grade students of Pontianak City 05th Elementary School. The research method used was an experiment, a form of Quasi Experimental type of non equivalent group design. The study population was all thrid grade students of Pontianak City Elementary School of 40 students. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The technique used is measurement technique. Data collection tools in the form of multiple choice tests. The results of data analysis are, the average score of the control class post-test is 68,95 and the experiment is 79,25. Based on the results of the t-test calculation obtained by tcount 2.414>ttable 2.016, then Ha is accepted. This shows that there are differences in the learning outcomes of the control class students with the experimental class. Calculation of effect size is 0.77 with medium criteria. Abstract

AbstractThis research is a descriptive qualitative research. This study aims to describe the integrative thematic learning planning in class IV 66 Pontianak City Primary School and describe the implementation of integrative learning in class IV Pontianak City Primary School 66. To achieve these objectives, research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation using triangulation techniques to test the validity of the data. Data analysis using the model of Miles and Hubberman, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: (1) integrative thematic learning planning conducted by teachers has been carried out in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture Regulations  educational process standards Number.22 of 2016 by making syllabus and lesson plans before the learning process (2) the implementation of integrative thematic learning undertaken by teachers ie starting with activities introduction, the core activities using a scientific approach and closing activities have been carried out in accordance with Minister of Education and Culture Regulations  Number.22 of 2016. Keywords: Learning, Integrative Thematic Learning.

Abstract

AbstractLack of teaching and learning interactions as well as the use of monotonous learning strategiescauses low student learning outcomes in social studies learning. This study aims to provideaccurate information regarding the use of Think Pair Share Type Cooperative models and seethe impact of improvement on student learning outcomes in VA class SDN 07 Pontianak Kota.The method used in this research is descriptive in the form of collaborative classroom actionresearch. The subjects were researchers and students of Class VA SDN 07 Pontianak Kotasemester 2 of 21 people. The implementation of this class action is carried out in 3 cycles. Theresults obtained are the ability of researchers in making plans to implement learning theaverage score of cycle 1 of 3.69. In cycle 2 it was 3.85 and in cycle 3 it was 3.93. The ability ofresearchers to carry out social studies learning process by using the Cooperative Think ThinkShare type model in cycle 1 was 3.66. in cycle 2 it was 3.78 and in cycle 3 it was 3.95. Studentlearning outcomes also increased in cycle 1 averaging 51.42, in cycle 2 averaging 55.23 and incycle 3 averaging 90.From the data collection, the research hypothesis is stated "If the teacheruses the Cooperative Learning model Think Pair Share type in social studies learning outcomeswill increase".Keywords: Cooperative Type Think Pair Share, and Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to produce a validated powerpoint based instructional video media. The research method used is research and development (R&D) by adapting the Borg and Gall design development model. The data sources of this study were the results of observations, interviews, expert validation, student responses, and documentation during the use of powerpoint-based instructional video media. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that the process of developing the powerpoint-based instructional video media had gone through 7 research steps, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, product validation, revision, testing, and final product revision. The feasibility level of the instructional video media developed is very good in terms of design and material aspects with an average value of 3.76 and 3.57, and the results of product trials are very good with an average value of 3.58 .
