Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of the GUPPI Al-Barkah Private Madrasah Aliyah committee in improving the quality of education in the Madrasah. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) The role of the madrasah committee in giving consideration to improve the quality of education in the Private Aliyah Madrasah GUPPI Al Barkah is realized in the form of giving input to the education management process and learning process; giving consideration to the provision and use of facilities and infrastructure needed and the use and utilization of madrasah budgets; 2) The support provided by the madrasah committee to improve the quality of education in the Private Aliyah Madrasah GUPPI Al Barkah by monitoring the condition of human resources and infrastructure. 3) the madrasa committee in carrying out its role as a controller in improving the quality of education in the Private Aliyah Madrasah GUPPI Al Barkah is carried out in the form of supervision of all educational activities in madrasas; 4) the role of the committee as a mediator is realized as a liaison and container of aspirations from the community.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the motivation of students during the learning in madrasah diniyah. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1) Learning methods at Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Falah using 6 methods, namely sorogan method, wetonan/ bandongan method, deliberation method, lecture method, rote method and demonstration method/ worship practice; 2) The driving factors of students participating in learning at Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Falah are intrinsic factors consisting of self-interest and strength, then extrinsic factors consisting of parents, community and environment, learning environment; 3) Motivation of students to take part in learning at Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Falah is categorized as sufficient (C).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in children's emotional social development through the method of playing hand puppets to the group. The method used in this research is classroom action research. After analyzing the data, the researcher obtained the following conclusions (1) the preparation of children's social emotional learning planning through the method of playing hand puppets was classified as good, this result was based on the observer's evaluation of the teacher's ability to prepare the learning plan to increase. the average value of cycle i is 76.03 and cycle ii reaches 90.58 up 14.28 from cycle 1; 2) the process of implementing learning through the method of playing hand puppets has increased, this is supported by the ability of teachers to carry out learning the better. the results of the observer's assessment of the teacher's performance in the learning process in cycle i, which was 85.55, and in cycle II it reached 92.77, up 7.22 from cycle i; 3) the increase in children's emotional social development can be said to be successful, this is based on the results of filling out the questionnaire of the child's emotional social development in each cycle experiencing an increase in results. the average value of child development in cycle i is 72.50 then in cycle ii it reaches an average of 93.33.

Abstract

This literature research aims to find out Abdullah Nashih ‘Ulwan's views on sex education for children. The results showed that: First, educational ethics are all actions that are in accordance with ethics in the world of education, so as to form qualified and moral human beings. Educational ethics that must be taught to children in general, namely the ethics of children to parents, the personal ethics of a student, the ethics of children to teachers, and the ethics of children when learning. Second, the ethics of sex education that is appropriate for children according to Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan, namely: 1) Teach ethics asking permission to enter (into the room of parents and others) within 3 times, namely: a) before the dawn prayer, because that time is the time when the husband and wife are still in bed, b) noon, because usually at that time is the time the husband / wife strips off their marriage with their partner, and c) after the evening prayer, because that time is the time to sleep and rest. 2) Ethics see as: ethics sees mahram, ethics sees fiancee, ethics sees wife, ethics sees women who are not mahram, ethics of men sees men, ethics of women sees women, ethics of non-Muslim women sees Muslim women, ethics of seeing children teenagers who are handsome, women's ethics see men who are not mahram, ethics see the genitals of small children, forced situations that are allowed to see, see with the aim to treat, and see with the aim of giving decisions and testimonies in court. 3) Keep the child away from anything that leads to sex; and 4) Teach the child the syar'i laws relating to adolescence and adulthood

Abstract

Kekerasan dalam Islam dengan tegas dan jelas adalah suatu hal yang dilarang kecuali dalam hal-hal yang besifat mendidik. Namun, pemberian hukuman dalam Islam tetaplah tidak diizinkan dengan jalan kekerasan. Kekerasan adalah jalan akhir yang ditempuh sesorang dalam mendidik. Hal ini juga harus tetap sesuai dengan ketentuan Islam dan tidak melampaui batas yang dapat membuat trauma dan luka fisik pada anak. Sedangkan dalam upaya menanggulangi kekerasan terhadap anak, banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi kekerasan pada anak diantaranya dengan memberikan perlindungan terhadap anak dan dengan pemahaman pendidikan Islam. Materi pendidikan adalah salah satu solusi agar tidak terjadinya kekerasan yaitu orangtua mengajarkan anak menghormati, berbuat baik dan merealisasikan kasih sayangnya kepada sang anak, dengan begitu anak memberikan hak orangtua karena anak telah mendapatkan haknya yakni pendidikan dengan penuh kasih sayang, kelembutan, keikhlasan dan keridhaan dari orangtua.

Abstract

This article aims to explore: 1) the concept of intelligence according to the perspective of Islamic education, 2) the intelligence development of students in the basic education period, and 3) the methods for developing intelligence of students in the period of basic education in Muslim families The basic concept of intelligence in a long-developed Islamic education perspective is: a) intellectual intelligence (thinking intelligence), b) emotional intelligence (moral), c) spiritual intelligence (spiritual intelligence). Efforts to develop students' intelligence in the basic education period can be done by applying methods: a) educating through the dialogue of the Qur'an and Nabawi, b) educating through the stories of the Qur'an and Nabawi, c) educating through parables, d) educating through exemplary, e) educating through 'Ibrah and willing, and f) educating through targibs and tarhib. Efforts to develop the intelligence of students in the period of basic education in the Muslim family environment must be based on Al_qur'an and As-Sunnah with the following description: 1) listening to the recitation of the Qur'an, 2) giving advice with good stories from Al -Qur'an and As-Sunnah, 3) Educating with parables derived from the Qur'an, 4) Educating by giving good moral example so that students can develop emotional intelligence, 5) Educating through 'ibrah and want' izah. Education can prepare learning designs that can stimulate students' thinking and thinking. Give pleasant hopes (Targhib) and punishment (Tarhib) Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk: 1) mengetahui konsep kecerdasan menurut perspektif pendidikan Islam, 2) mengetahui perkembangan kecerdasan peserta didik pada periode pendidikan dasar, dan 3) umengetahui metode pengembangan kecerdasan peserta didik pada periode pendidikan dasar di lingkungan keluarga muslim. Konsep dasar kecerdasan dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam yang sudah berkembang lama adalah: a) kecerdasan intelektual (kecerdasan berpikir), b) kecerdasan emosional (akhlak), c) kecerdasan spiritual (kecerdasan ruhaniah). Upaya mengembangkan kecerdasan peserta didik pada periode pendidikan dasar dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode: a) mendidik melalui dialog Al-Qur’an dan Nabawi, b) mendidik melalui kisah Al-Qur’an dan Nabawi, c) mendidik melalui perumpamaan, d) mendidik melalui keteladanan, e) mendidik melalui ‘Ibrah dan mau’izah, dan f) mendidik malalui targib dan tarhib. Upaya mengembangkan kecerdasan peserta didik pada periode pendidikan dasar di lingkungan keluarga muslim harus didasarkan pada Al Qur’an dan As-sunnah dengan uraian sebagai berikut: 1) mendengarkan tilawah Al-Qur’an, 2) memberikan nasehat dengan kisah-kisah yang baik dari Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunnah, 3) mendidik dengan perumpamaan yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an, 4) mendidik dengan memberikan keteladanan dalam akhlak yang baik sehingga dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik, 5) mendidik melalui ‘ibrah dan mau’izah. Pendidikan dapat menyiapkan rancangan pembelajaran yang dapat merangsang perenungan dan berpikirnya peserta didik. Memberikan harapan yang menyenangkan (Targhib) dan hukuman (Tarhib).

Abstract

Learning style is a cognitive, affective and psychomotor characteristic that can stabilize students in the process. A person's learning style is very diverse. By knowing learning styles from the start, students can develop all their intelligence potential, including logical-mathematical, linguistic, naturalist, physical-kinesthetic, visual-spatial, musical, interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. Therefore, the learning style and multiple intelligences can affect one's learning achievement. The author in this case conducted research at the Riyadlul Huda Sukaguru Islamic Boarding School, Singaparna, Tasikmalaya. This research is a correlational research that is survey in nature and takes a sample of 100 respondents. The data sources were obtained directly from the leadership, administrators and students with quantified qualitative data. Data collection techniques are carried out by: (1) Partial correlation coefficient analysis; (2) Multiple correlation coefficient analysis; (3) Analysis of the coefficient of determination; (4) t and F test; (5) Regression analysis. The results of the study prove: 1) There is a positive influence between learning styles and student achievement as seen from the b1 coefficient of +0.537 with a significant value of tcount of 0.000. It means that the significant value of tcount is 0.000 for b1 which is lower than significant alpha = 0.05. 2) A positive influence was found between multiple intelligences and student achievement as seen from the b1 coefficient of +0.561 with a significant value of tcount of 0.000. It means that the significant value of tcount is 0.000 for b1 which is lower than significant alpha = 0.05. 3) A positive influence was found between learning styles and multiple intelligences on student achievement as seen from the coefficient b1 of +0.349 and b2 of +0.343 with a significant value of tcount (b1) of 0.000 and a significant value of tcount (b2) of 0.001. It means that the significant value of tcount (b1) is 0.000 and the significant value of tcount (b2) is 0.001 which is smaller than significant alpha = 0.05.

Abstract

[Studi Pendidikan: Moderasi Islam Untuk Menangkal Radikalisme di Jawa Barat] Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam, sehingga diperlukan pemahaman tentang demokrasi berdasarkan Islam agar dapat diterima dengan mudah. Pluralisme di Indonesia termasuk Jawa Barat tidak akan berjalan dengan baik, jika tidak memiliki konsep yang dapat diterima oleh semua kalangan. Karena kelompok radikalisme sering kali menyuarakan pemurnian ajaran Islam dengan menolak sistem demokrasi, dan berujung dengan melakukan aksi teror. Konsep tersebut adalah pemahaman moderasi Islam, sehingga pendidikan mampu memberikan jawaban semua kebutuhan masyarakat yang majemuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis kritis dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji gagasan primer mengenai suatu “ruang lingkup permasalahan” yang diperkaya oleh gagasan sekunder yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dengan cara mengumpulkan beberapa dokumen, baik yang berbentuk buku, jurnal, majalah, artikel maupun karya ilmiah lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan. Teknik analisa data dilakukang dengan cara analisis deskriptif dan content analysis atau analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa Radikalisme berbasis agama di Jawa Barat tumbuh dan berkembang karena didukung oleh situasi masyarakat yang mengalami tekanan politik, ketidakadilan sosial, dan adanya jurang yang dalam antara kaya dan miskin. Moderasi Islam hadir sebagai wacana atau paradigma baru untuk memahami Islam yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai tasamuh, pluralisme dan ukhuwah. Islam rahmatan lil ‘lamin yang mengedepankan persatuan dan kesatuan umat, serta Islam yang membangun peradaban dan kemanusiaan dalam bingkai Islam Nusantara. Konstruksi, aktualisasi dan upaya moderasi Islam di Jawa Barat dilakukan oleh lembaga pendidikan agama dan keagamaan terutama Pesantren dengan mengedepankan karakter fikrah tawashshutiyyah, fikrah tasamuhiyyah, fikrah ishlahiyyah, fikrah tathawwuriyyah, dan fikrah manhajiyyah.

Abstract

The basis of this research aims to: First, to understand how learning planning uses the storytelling method with hand puppet media to improve children's discipline. Second, to understand how to implement the storytelling method using hand puppets in order to improve early childhood discipline. Third, to understand whether there is an increase in the development of children's discipline through the storytelling method using hand puppets. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) Kemmis Mc. Taggart. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis (data reduction, data description, and conclusions) and uses averages to find out the results of actions that can lead to improvements, improvements, and changes in research. The results of the research are: First, learning planning through the storytelling method using hand puppet media which begins with determining the learning theme, making a Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH), preparing learning media, carrying out activities, and carrying out assessments. Second, the implementation of learning is carried out in II cycles, each cycle consisting of 3 meetings with the theme of Nature Aemesta, Sub-Theme of Natural Objects, sub-theme of water, stone and fire, in accordance with the RPPH with opening, core and closing activities. . The three storytelling methods using hand puppet media have an impact on the development of student discipline in each cycle with an average cycle I meeting I 1.80 showing the Undeveloped category (BB), meeting II 2.00 showing the Starting to Develop category (MB), meeting III 2.31 shows the Start Developing category (MB). Followed by the second cycle, meeting I 2.71 showed the category of Starting to Develop (MB), meeting II 2.97 with the category Starting to Develop (MB), meeting III with a value of 3.14 in the category Developing According to Expectations (BSH).

Abstract

Learning in the modern era requires an adaptive approach to accommodate the diversity of students' learning styles to enhance the effectiveness of education. One innovative approach is multisensory learning, which combines visual, auditory, and kinesthetic sensory stimulation to aid students' understanding of concepts, particularly in abstract subjects such as science and mathematics. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method at a junior high school that has implemented this approach. The research subjects include 30 students, five teachers, and three education experts, selected purposively. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the multisensory approach effectively addresses the diversity of students' learning styles, enhances concept comprehension, and fosters an inclusive learning environment. This approach also supports students with special needs, such as dyslexia and sensory processing disorders, and improves students’ long-term information retention. Teachers play a significant role in the successful implementation of this method through training and innovative strategies. Thus, the multisensory approach has a positive impact not only on material comprehension but also on students' enthusiasm for learning and positive peer communication. This study recommends the importance of support in teacher training and the provision of resources to optimize the application of multisensory learning
